Perfect adjustments! Perfect fit!
The leather is really soft, and so far, they are really comfortable. It almost feels as if they are already broken in. I wear a Munro size 6.5, so I ordered the 37. I was a little surprised at how generous the room is over a trouser sock. I think there will even be room for a nicely padded boot sock. This was an excellent purchase and Zappos service is unbelievable. I ordered them Monday after 5pm and I'm wearing them Wednesday. Amazing!

Fantastic!
I had never ordered this brand before but loved the style. So glad I ordered them. The leather is very soft, and I love the tuxedo look of these boots. Extremely comfortable, roomy toe box, and the heel is perfection. It's a woman's version of a man's shoe in boot form.

These are fabulous boots!
Having never ordered shoes over the internet, I was a bit nervous, but when I received them (within two days, I might add) I was thrilled! A little tight through the ball of the foot, but after a couple hours of wearing they stretched out nicely. They are comfortable and stylish - giving me something more work appropriate than the docs I had been wearing to my office job. Ultimately, just a fantastic purchase. I will certainly buy more of this brand. True to size and beautiful!

Stylish, comfy boots -
These are perfect winter boots that look great with short skirts, long skirts, skinny jeans and wide-legged trousers. The leather is super soft and the boots are very comfortable. I didn't have to break them in at all. The sizing is perfect. I wear a European 38 (US 7.5, UK 5.5) so felt comfortable ordering a 38 and they fit perfectly! I love that they are a narrow fit and seem to have a little more style than other boots I've bought in the past. A very recommended buy.

Great looking and fitting boots -
I was looking for a flat brown boot with a little something different. These have it. Great wing-tipped look and fits! Comfortable and you can adjust the lacings to fit your calf.

Fits even larger size calves!
The description doesn't mention it but there is a subtle looking elastic gusset near the zipper so this boot can fit normal-sized legs with ease. I am a size 9 regular, and the 40s fit perfectly (my calf is 15 1/2" around). The lace-up makes this boot perfectly adjustable and the zipper makes it easy to get on and off. The leather is soft and comfortable and the heel isn't too high. It's perfect!

Soft and wonderful -
I just received these boots and I don't regret the purchase at all. The entire boot is the softest leather I have ever felt. I can't see having to break these in at all. The ankle area isn't stiff and they're very light. The contrasting stitching looks great and the soles are sturdy. The sole also offers a lot of skid protection (more than what's visible in the pictures). I wear an 8 regular and ordered the 8 - 8-1/2 size and they fit perfectly. These are very well made!

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
