The best I have ever owned!!!!!
These are the most comfortable shoes ever!!! I have had plantar fasciitis for months now and have been in soo much pain. I have been buying shoes like crazy and still have had so much pain. I had lots of pain with the clogs, with their hard heel. With these shoes I had NO HEEL pain :):) Yay!!! I will be buying all colors available!!! Peace. :)

Best Airport Shoe - Sizing Inconsistent -
I love Dansko's and own several pairs. The Courtney with the 'New Generation' sole is a fantastic walking show. My sister actually uses it for hiking. Orthodics fit nicely and the velcro strap as easily adjustable a quick to slip in and out. The only caution is that Dansko is notorious for being inconsistent on sizes. I am a 9/39 and had a great pair of Courtney's that fit perfectly. I bought another pair, even in the same color, and they were very tight and too short. With Zappos great service you're fine as long as you don't wear them outside. I made that mistake not paying attention and had to give them away. Otherwise, fantastic shoe.

Cute, but Won't Support You Like a Regular Clog -
I bought this shoe expecting it to behave like a regular Dansko clog, but found its sole much too flat to give my arthritic knees the support they need. The arch is good but I still find my knees hurting after wearing this shoe, even around the house. Also, I found them very "hard," though from the picture I thought they'd be softer, like a sneaker. I found the sizing ok, though they do look huge on my feet. I thought they were cute with the Mary Jane strap and the red, but unfortunately can't wear them if I have to walk anywhere.

Great shoes, but the strap is already broken -
I love these shoes - I am really bummed because I have to send them back to the manufacturer. The side holding the plastic loop broke and I cannot close one of these shoes.

Great work shoe!
I'm a flight attendant and am always looking for cute but well-made shoes -- not an easy thing to find. These Mary Janes fit the bill! Very comfortable even the first time I wore them, no breaking in needed. Also, there's no metal shank so I don't have to take them off at airport security. And Zappos' shipping was lightning fast! Fantastic!
I just got these today and I love them! They are very comfortable. I was a little worried after I ordered them because I wear hand knit sock and though the velcro might snag them, but the hook part of the velcro is on the shoe not the strap. The heels are very cushiony. I normally wear a 41 in European shoes, but I got a 42 and they fit fine. A little room for some socks, but not too much.

Another great clog.
I have been a clog fan for many years and Dansko is one of my favorite brands. The Courtney style might be the most comfortable Dansko that I have worn yet. I wore them today for the first time and had no trouble at all during 8+ hours at work. The insole is incredibly comfortable. I'm thinking about trying one of the similar styles too.

Not as cute as in picture -
I ordered my normal Dansko size, and they seemed to run huge -- but not necessarily so huge that I would be successful sizing down. They looked SO cute in the picture; I was shocked to see that they made my feet look like ocean liners. I mean, huge! I did like trying on the NextGen line, as I hadn't tried it before. However, I found the Corrine to be more to my liking.

What fun shoes -
These shoes look and feel great! I love how they "force" you to stand up straight and "love" your feet. And then there are the constant compliments I get on them. (Purple shoes always stand out.)

Supporting and solid!
On the heavy side, with great support. Sturdy comfort shoe. Just fits snug on the top of the foot for me so it rubs some. These will be a favorite I am certain. Very well made. Can't beat Zappos for delivery and service!

Great shoes along with great service -
I am so impressed with Zappos service-it exceeds all of my expectations. This shoe is extremely comfortable. I usually wear a lady’s 10, 41 in other European shoes, such as Birkenstock. However, I ordered a 42, and the fit is perfect-I do not wear an 11.5-12 as indicated on the size chart.

Comfort is beautiful -
I was so glad I bought these shoes. I live in Florida and have few covered shoes. I needed a pair for a trip to NYC. I own Dansko sandals and have noticed that my foot/hip/lower back pain is diminished when I wear those sandals. Even athletic shoes don't provide as much relief. I was on my feet all day, subways, museums and I tolerated it extremely well. I wear a 91/2 shoe C width, 40 or 41 Euro sizes. I bought the 41 which felt a little large at home, but perfect in the city. I was so glad to have covered shoes as an April rain storm hit NYC for our entire vacation week. The shoes are also very water repellant -- an unexpected bonus. The shoes are a little clunky looking, but sort of unnoticeable in a way. I loved the comfort which was so much more than just foot comfort. I wish the shoes were made in a N width for my daughter who has achy feet. These are way too wide for her.

Dansko's Courtney -
I have been a fan of Dansko clogs for years but recently I had to search for new shoes that could accommodate my new orthotics. The Courtney has a removable insole and its style also provides the freedom my foot needs. These are the only non-athletic shoes I've found that I can wear now. I wish they had a slightly more fashionable appearance and came in more colors but I don't have any significant complaints. I'm still a fan: Thank you Dansko!

My (Hansel) and Gretel shoes -
I was somewhat disappointed in these shoes-mainly the look of them, but I kept them anyway to wear running errands, etc. They are fairly comfortable and easy to put on.

One of the best travel shoes I found!
I am a travel writer, and publish a site on how to travel lightly. One of the biggest challenges to traveling that way (and for the true veterans, traveling lightly enough you don't have to check in your luggage) is to travel with as few pairs of shoes as possible. The Courtney, in its nubuck leather versions, fit the bill for me. They are nice enough for dresses and slacks, but casual enough for shorts or jeans. Unless you plan on doing some heavy hiking or running on the treadmill, you can travel with just this one pair of shoes, giving you SO much room in your carry-on to fit the rest of your travel needs. An A+ from me!

In the past, I've had problems with more fashion oriented Dansko’s that weren't up to the usual Dansko quality – not true with these. Great arch support and room for my bunions without looking orthopedic. Great for travel—they can be quickly removed at the airport, and they look great with pants, skirts, and shorts. They are as comfortable as a sneaker, but you won’t look like a tourist.

I enjoy wearing this sturdy, pretty Maryjane. Great support for my high arches, and the comfortable toe box is such a relief. If the velcro strap holds up, I'll be perfectly satisfied with this shoe.

Comfortable and Sassy -
These shoes are very comfortable; they have a squishy insole that makes my feet feel good all day. They are excellent traveling shoes; the velcro strap makes it easy to take them off and on, so going through airport screenings is a cinch. They're casual enough to wear with jeans, and fancy enough to wear to work. The red insole color comes off onto my socks a little bit, but so far that's come out in the wash. I'm very happy with these shoes.

Perfect for flight crew!
These shoes changed my life! I had foot surgery last summer and just returned to work as a flight attendant. My orthotics fit perfectly in these and they don't set off the metal detectors in the airport!

Watch out - not for everybody!
Cute, but... the "sliding heel" action + slippery insole = recipe for injuries. I did not even get from my door to my car. No, I am not prone to falling, I was wearing socks, and I have decades to go before this can be blamed on age.
Also, you do have to have "a doll arch" to wear these. Like with most Dansko models, if you have flat feet these are going to hurt!!! And, if you want the hard sole for the good of your metatarsals, also beware - the shoe is shaped so that it will put MORE weight on fifth metatarsal and this might increase the risk of stress fractures. So much for getting this as "orthopedic" shoe.
Also, I find the "arch support" rating not all that useful; "excellent arch support" would really mean "excellent" for those with high arch. For the flat-footed, it would mean days of pain after an hour of wear.

Waaay cute, but...
I LOVED this shoe--the arch fit my "Barbie" foot, the length was great, but my foot sloshed in the toe box. Too bad. I'm disappointed I had to return them.

Awesome Shoe -
I love the style - and the easy velcro strap - not bulky, very sleek looking on the foot! LOVE THIS SHOE. Only downside, the breaking in time, have some rubbing on my little toe, but in fairness may be due to the arch supports I wear causing more pressure in the toe width. It has been minimal, and better each day with wear. Leather helps mold to my foot. VERY COMFORTABLE and attractive shoe - my favorite one of all Dansko's to date.

Not quite what I expected -
I thought it would be exactly what I was looking for: sporty but more dressed than sneakers, cute but not too jazzy. However, this is a very chunky, heavy and STIFF shoe. I'm hoping they will break in a bit and get more comfy for wearing all day. Maybe the problem is that they are probably a 1/2 size too big. Expensive too compared to other similar types. Oh well, can't win em all and maybe they'll still work out with more wear.

Giant doll feet!
Yes, these shoes are soft and comfortable, but they are BIG all over--wide, thick soles, very orthopedic-looking for someone with thin feet/ankles. My feet are thin, but not narrow, and my ankles are also small, so I ordered a 1/2 size smaller (7 instead of 7.5). When I put them on, my feet looked like I was wearing giant doll shoes. They were so funny they looked like I was wearing costume shoes! (I should have listened more to the review that said they looked dorky!) I felt disappointed because these looked cute with the colors etc...But they were just not for me, so I sent them back, and as usual, Zappos had excellent service - the return was quick and easy. I'm continuing to search for cute casual shoes...
