I agree with many of the reviewers on here about the quality of the shoe: very cheap, with uneven seams and visible glue. After 3 hours of wear, the leather (is it really leather?) creased on one foot and sort of bubbled away from the inside lining. I like the look of this shoe, just wish it was of a higher quality.

Wonderful and classic shoe! The RSVP shoe is a perfect fit me for. It is a classic pump that can be worn with a suit and down to jeans. I receive compliments on my shoes all the time, and this is one show that I feel is 100% true to fit! I have a wide foot and the RSVP will accommodate width from B to C which is perfect. If you are looking for a classic pump, look no further!

The shoe runs small (narrower than what a "medium" should be). I was also not impressed with the quality of the shoe in terms of stitching along with the glue marks from attaching the soles. Another interesting thing I noticed is that no where on or in the shoe does it tell you what it is made out of. Well, I can't return the shoe because I wore it to work, but at least I now know to never purchase this brand of shoe ever again!

Super cute shoe - This is a great looking shoe! Unfortunately the brown croc style runs at least a 1/2 size too small. So I'll be exchanging them for a bigger pair. Thank you to Zappos for the free shipping and return shipping!

Cheap, poor quality -
Stay away from this shoe!!! The photo is deceiving. The quality of the leather is some of the worst I've seen. The texture of the leather seems like it would rub into my skin. This shoe is not worth the price. On the website, the shoe looks classic and sleek. However, when I opened the box, I was highly disappointed because the shoe looked cheap and clunky.

Smoking hot and sexy!
My husband absolutely adores these shoes. If your man gets hot for high heels then these are the ones! The shape, the height, the toe cleavage! I have them in the black patent and I will be getting them in the red patent. Great value and quality.

I have this shoe in red, black, and navy, and the 7 1/2 seems true to size. I have tried 2 pairs though in brown, and the brown is really small. The first pair I finally gave away after a few attempts to wear, thinking they would stretch. The second pair I have returned, and I am going to try again in a 1/2 size larger, although as small as the 7 1/2 seemed, maybe a whole size larger would work better- we'll see.
The black patent seemed a little snug too, and I returned it, and am waiting for the black leather to become available, as it has been out of stock for some time now. As for the navy, black and red- beautiful shoes, very sexy and stylish. Not the most comfortable, but not bad for a very high-heeled pump. I wish it came in taupe and camel.

This is the only pair of shoes I have worn to death, and then bought the same exact pair again. These are the best pointy-toe pumps I have and they’re not expensive! They aren’t the most comfortable shoes in the world, but they aren’t uncomfortable either. I never had problems with blisters wearing these shoes. I have four pairs! Would definitely recommend them.

Cute, but not a comfortable shoe. There's very little padding, no arch support, and the shoe is oddly shaped. I couldn't tie it tight enough to keep my heel snugly in the shoe. So, I returned the shoes. It's too bad, because Keen is capable of doing great shoes.

Love these shoes!
I bought the burgundy patent leather shoes, and I am so happy with my purchase! They are really beautiful, and surprisingly comfortable. They were right on the money as far as the size goes. I was very happy with Zappos' service too - will recommend to anyone!

I bought this in black 2 wks ago, but wore it first time today. Omg, this is the hottest, most comfortable shoe. I'm constantly on my feet walking around the office, so I thought these shoe would kill my feet by midday. They look just like my Joan & David ones, except the other pair costs much more. It's the perfect black heels, pointy-toed shoe. I'm back to buy these in other colors. Loooovee them. Excellent purchase, I'm very happy :)

Sexy-but they hurt -
I bought these shoes and they are cute; however, they definitely run a 1/2 size smaller. I wore these shoes for a special event and traded them out for my isotoners as soon as the event was over. Needless to say, I gave them to my girlfriend who wears a smaller size. They are in a better home now.

While I liked the look and feel of the first pair I purchased, the heel came out the second time I wore them. Zappos graciously sent me a new pair with no charge to me. So far I have not had any problems with the new pair. I did, however, purchase the same shoe in silver, have only worn them twice and there seems to be something loose in the heel of the shoe.

RSVP is the BEST -
This is my second pair of RSVP stilettos, and they are EXCELLENT. They are so very comfortable that you forget how high they are. You forget you’re even wearing stilettos! More beautiful in person than online. Another excellent Zappos experience. These shoes are not for the faint of heart, buy only if you love and live in high heels.

Good everyday work shoe -
The size is a little larger so I got a half size smaller & they fit perfect. Very comfortable shoe to wear in the office and out later but I wouldn't go dancing in them. Not the best quality but I go through pumps like crazy because I'm ruff on shoes and usually order 4 pairs a year for everyday wear. At times it feels like the heel will eventually break off but again I'm very hard on shoes.

Waaaaay too small -
I'm really shocked most people said it felt true to size. Maybe I just got a bad pair. It wasn't just snug. I couldn't even cram my foot into my regular size. I'm going to try a full size larger, wish me luck.

Sleek and Sexy - It is so hard to find a simple yet elegant gray shoe. This was it and it's very comfortable. The test for me with any shoe is whether I can run for a bus in them (gingerly but run nonetheless). Jade passes!

Great red pump -
Sexy red patent pump! Nice point, not too pointy, but perfect pointy! Just a little toe cleavage! I got so many compliments on these heels! Goes great with dresses or jeans. An eye catcher for sure! Great fit, ordered my regular size, and no problems... and Zappos was quick and wonderful as usual.

Really Great!!! I have ordered several pairs of these shoes, and they are just great. I wear them everywhere. I find them to be very comfortable. But then again, I have worn high heels since I was twelve years old, and I have no problem walking in them for long periods of time. My husband really likes how I look when I wear these shoes. I like how much he compliments me when we go out, and I wear them, especially one of the black patent leather pumps I ordered. These shoes are just great!

Cute but not the best quality -
These shoes are cute but they are definitely not the best quality, you can really tell when you look at the workmanship in the sole. Also, they are a bit narrow; I have regular width feet and after 30 min of walking in them I had blisters on the insides of my feet. If you have bunions - just forget about it!

Not the best quality -
These shoes were fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, they looked rather cheap so, I returned them. If you want a sexy silver pump go with Gabriella Rocha "Fierce" pump instead, they are better quality at an even cheaper price.

A word of caution -
I second all the positive opinions about this shoe. I certainly love them, but I just have one word of caution for those who live in warm places. I walked on the Las Vegas strip at noon on a warm summer day in these shoes, and after 10 minutes or so, I noticed that the bottom of the shoe started to feel really warm. After awhile it felt like I was walking barefoot on heated concrete, but if you just want to wear them at the office, they are chic and professional… yet super sexy.

Perfect Pumps -
I really do adore these pumps... they are just about perfect for everyday and everything. I've been looking for a pair like these for a long time and suffering a bit along the way, if you know what I mean. Now I have them and I do so appreciate them. Like yesterday - I wore my black patent leather ones all day at work and then to a VERY long meeting last night and then to a VERY long after-the-meeting discussion. I sat in the front row so I had plenty of legroom and it also gave me a good chance to really appreciate the look of these heels. Crossing my legs and enjoying the classic look of the stiletto heels and pointy toes, etc. Thank you so much RSVP and Zappos for a pair of classic pointy toe stiletto heel pumps that this girl can actually live in - and I can tell you that's definitely NOT true for all pointy shoes!
