The soles and heels of this shoe were all chewed up after only one wear. No arch support. Material does not breathe well. Cute design, but very poor quality!

Darling shoes, but...
These are inexpensive, trendy, and oh so adorable. I ordered the tan with the gold metallic straps and they are really cute. Really cute, but I'm with the other reviewer who commented on the toe factor. You can't call it toe cleavage - it's more like the middle parts of your toes are exposed through the open area of the criss-cross straps. It's not particularly attractive and in my opinion, it detracts from the charm of the shoe. Then again, maybe it's just my toes and/or perhaps it's just more pronounced in the larger sizes - I ordered a 10. I like these shoes so much that I briefly contemplated inserting some fabric underneath the straps, but came to my senses and opted to return them. These are not shoes that are built to last or that are meant to be worn for long walks, but they are so cute and unlike similar sling-back flats. And did I mention the cool burlap-y woven texture that contrasts with the smooth gold synthetic? Going, going, back to Zappos, and I am waiting (but not for long - thank you Zappos) for my next order. Will they be THE right ones (you know, a right and a left)?

I read the other reviews and ordered the shoe anyway. I thought that I could deal with the foot cleavage. The shoe is very interesting, but looks kind of cheap. It felt comfortable, but I was concerned about the strap sliding off. I returned it.

Cute, different but causes blisters -
Everything about this shoe is great except for the sling back. On me it continually rubbed on the inner sides and caused a blister in just a few minutes. Even with them becoming softer over time I could tell it would always bother me. Very cute otherwise.

Best purchase from Zappos.com yet!
Not only are these shoes awesome to look at and go with everything but they are so super comfortable! It is hard for me to find shoes that don't pinch- I found them! Love these!

They don't look as good in person -
I decided to keep them because I don't have a pair of grey shoes (they're more grey than black) but they don't look as good in person in my opinion.

Perfect casual shoe -
Love them -- very comfy, and the fabric part looks almost velvety from a distance which is cool. I usually wear a 9.5, sometimes a 9, sometimes a 10, and I ordered a 10 which fit great -- so choose the upper limits of your size range. One thing that surprised me is how much my toes show at the front, underneath the X -- it's too much toe to even count as toe cleavage -- but I decided I didn't mind that. I predict these becoming my casual go-to shoes for summer.
