Awesome Shoe!!!!!!!
I saw these in a department store and I just had to try them on. They were absolutely gorgeous on my feet. Only thing is you have to buy them half - one size larger as they are very narrow. I now have them courtesy of Zappos and coupled with the excellent customer service they provided, I am one happy chick!!!

Great looking shoe -
Bought these recently. Also tried the "Slits" shoe, but as I suspected, the sling back style didn't work for me (I've never had a sling that I didn't walk out of in 2 steps or less). I really like the color and style of this shoe (I got the walnut brown). However, unlike the other 4 S.W. pumps I have, this shoe felt a little big shortly after I put it on the first time I wore it. That problem has been solved with the little stick-in pads that go at the ball of the foot, and one shoe also needed a thin heel grip. BTW, I bought the "Foot Petals" brand of grip (at Dillard's), and they are MUCH better than drugstore stuff like Dr. Scholls (usually too thick for dress shoes). Only minor complaint now -- the edge of the toe box is slightly stiff and a little sharp, so it rubs a bit at the base of the big toe. Still able to wear them for 10 hour days, though!

Very high, fun shoe -
Great look. Very tall. A bit narrow. Order 1/2 size up. Tends to slide off of the heel when walking -- as do most high, platform shoes; they do not have enough give in the arch to flex as your foot does when you walk.

Awesome shoes -
These shoes are hot and surprisingly comfortable. I usually wear an 8 and bought these shoes in that size and they fit perfectly. And the reviewer who said that these shoes produced a slimming effect was definitely right.

HORRIBLE to walk in!!
Horrible---looked like cheap shoes & were terrible to walk in--even just around my closet that is carpeted! Platform & material were very bulky--not chic.

Why do SW shoes hurt so much? I had to return these; I think I am done with this brand because they never think about comfort. I want to look good, yeah, but I don’t want to pay the price with blisters and hurt feet!

I took a reviewer's advice and bought a 1/2 size down, and will use a heel or toe insert as well. Very beautiful and comfortable, I got in the black maxi gator and they are better in person-makes your legs look skinnier as well. Nicely crafted but pricey.

Fantastic...if it's a matched pair -
I bought one pair of this shoe style and liked it so much I bought it in a different color. However, when the second pair arrived, I was surprised to find that the right shoe was amazingly uncomfortable. It differed from it's mate and most definitely from the earlier pair. Then I saw the problem and even confirmed it with a tape measure: the right shoe was cut more shallow than the left. The 'pair' didn't match. Upon further exam, it even appeared that the leather was different right to left shoe, as if the two shoes had been manufactured at different facilities. I'm glad that the first pair, which are amazing looking and very, very comfortable, were not mis-matched and mis-cut, as the second pair most definitely is. I was surprised, as my experience with Weitzman shoes over many years, had me thinking that such a mess up would never pass SW quality control to enter the marketplace.

Love it.
The shoe is hot! Very comfortable and looks incredible. Only problem is my foot slides forward in it. I'm usually a perfect 7 and in this case I wish I had ordered a 6.5

 |  | I wanted to call and commend you on the customer service I received and how thrilled I was to find Zappos. I will definitely be ordering again and again. The town I live in, here in Wyoming does not have many shopping options and I would need to travel about 5 hours for a major shopping trip. This is a fabulous service with free shipping on orders and also for returns. I know of several people here that will enjoy using your service also and I am certainly going to tell them about Zappos.
