Not as adjustable as it looks -
I like the styling of this shoe and was excited by the funky cross strap, which makes it look like the shoe would be quite adjustable. But you can only tighten it so much before you run out of velcro. As a result, I can't tighten these as much as I'd like. I didn't notice this at first because actually, I had to break in the shoes a bit across the ball of the foot... tightening would help me with the arch support and instep. I’m disappointed I will not get as much wear out of these as I was hoping (Size 12M, FWIW).

Good width for those with orthotics -
I like that this shoe really is wider - helps when you have orthotics. It is pretty comfortable though I wish it had a bit more arch and a bit more cushioning.

As a size 12, with one foot a size larger than the other, let's face it...there just aren't many cute shoes out there. Then I ordered the Stockholm and was so happy! It's comfy and cute and true to size. My daughter asked me why I was so excited about a shoe, but we large sizes can understand when we find one we like!

My Thursday shoes -
My Thursday work days are 9 am to 9 pm-- all on my feet, so I call these my Thursday shoes. Much cuter and expensive looking than they appear in the pictures. The quality is awesome. The arch support is good, but it's not like wearing a running shoe. I like the shine on the black sole. Very comfortable and very stylish with a casual look. True to size and it's great they come in wide widths.

Great fit and look. This comfortable shoe is trim and neat - my only suggestion is that they use a "dee-shaped-ring" where the strap goes through. I have a very high instep and the rectangular one pulls this in an awkward path.

amazing shoe!
The picture of this shoe doesn't do it justice; the materials are beautiful and rich. I only gave it four stars for overall b/c I wore almost all the way through the front sole in only a week and will have to go to a cobbler to resole that part. I have very strange feet and am inhumanly hard on shoes though, to be fair.

Comfortable from day one. I am a 9.5 WW and was thrilled to read that these ran wide... finally a cute pair in this style for me after waiting years for a WW version to come out! I get lots of compliments and these are very comfortable. Highly recommend them!

Nice looking shoe but had to return it.
I ordered a size 12. It fit like a glove. Not too narrow, not too wide. Just right. But I normally put insoles in my shoes and there is no room whatsoever for that in this style. Darn shame, too. I really liked the way they looked and felt but I knew if I was on my feet all day, the soles would be too thin and hard for me without my insoles. Really hated to return these...

Good for bad feet!
I have totally flat feet and have to wear orthotics with sneakers (which is what I usually wear). However, I tried these on w/o orthotics originally, and thought they seemed fairly comfortable because the strap can be adjusted for tightness. The foot beds were not removable, so I figured I couldn't wear my orthotics. However, I found out that my orthotics fit OVER the regular footbed and the shoes fit fine! Note: I needed size 11 in these shoes, although my normal size (with orthotics) is 10.5.

These are really comfortable shoes, and cute too. My one complaint is that the toe is fairly narrow, and after a full day of wearing them (and doing light/moderate walking and standing) my toes felt a little uncomfortable. Maybe this will be remedied as they stretch. Otherwise, great shoe.

These shoes turned out to be quite nice. Not perfect, ordered a 10 wide but was not quite as wide as I was expecting, but overall quite comfortable right out of the box. No need to break in. Really cute with black jeans. Shoe a little slippery on wet surface. Zappos, as always was great. Ordered shoe on a Tuesday night at about 7pm, shoes were waiting for me when I got home from work the next day. Would recommend these shoes and, definitely, Zappos.

I was looking for a shoe that would sort of replace wearing white athletic shoes with jeans. I chose this shoe because it was made of leather and I really liked the way the leather straps criss-crossed the shoe, looks very much like a cycling shoe. I know, because my husband is a cyclist! I ordered the shoe in an 11w. I normally wear a 10w but wanted to pair these shoes with socks so I figured one size up would do it. They are extremely well made, the size was perfect with a pair of socks, and the straps fit and fasten perfectly. The only thing I would say that could be better on these shoes is they could use a softer foot bed with a bit more support. The shoes were not cheap and for the way the rest of the shoe is made; they could easily have made a more supportive and cushioned foot bed. The look is great, however, and I’m still considering purchasing them in the blue/black combination. I currently own the shoe in the brown combination. I have to give Zappos five stars on every possible rating. Absolutely fantastic job, Zappos! I have purchased at least eight pairs of shoes, boots, purses, and have nothing but compliments regarding customer service, etc. keep up the excellent work, and bless you for being there!

Worth the money -
I don't usually spend this much on shoes, so I was a little hesitant. The shoes look great and are very comfortable. They are very well made and will last a long time which to me justifies the price.

It was great to find a nice-looking shoe that would accommodate my orthotics. So many look like "old lady comforts", but these look quite trendy. I have to buy a size larger and wider than I normally would, so can't be too picky about the style. This one worked even though the insole was not removable.

Soft's "Stockholm"
These are very nice looking shoes----good quality. They look great with casual clothes. They feel good on my foot, though a bit narrow----could not wear a heavy sock with them. One thing wrong is that I have a high instep and the strap is not long enough to attach to the hook and loop very well. If you have a high instep, I would not recommend these shoes. I kept them because I needed a casual shoe right at the time and the ties were not available, but the strap keeps coming loose and I am going to have to take them somewhere to get the strap lengthened or add another strip of hook and loop

This is a very comfortable, handsome shoe! They are definitely my favorite shoes. The sole looks like it would be slick in rain/snow but they actually have excellent traction.

PERFECT, PRETTY, DIVINELY COMFORTABLE EVERYDAY SHOES!
Sofft is a real mixed bag for me usually. One pair fits great...the next is ridiculous. For one thing, their idea of a narrow shoe seems to, er, fluctuate. These, happily, are not only a true narrow but a realistic one--narrower in the heel, wider in the ball of the foot: like REAL feet. The arch support is SUPERB, the sole is perfect, the colors and workmanship terrific. They hit this one out of the park. Only debit: velcro straps could adjust a little tighter, and they may not be as durable as they should be in the long run. But still--GREAT shoe. :) The red version is sooo pretty, too!

True Comfort -
This shoe is like walking on a cloud. It is lightweight, has a comfortable footbed, and a great arch support. It is rare I can put a shoe on my troubled feet and just take off. This shoe is truly wonderful.

 |  | Only order from Zappos. I ordered my shoes half a size too small. I bought them with three day shipping on Monday to ensure I would have them for an early trip to the beach on Friday. When I spoke with a Zappos representative yesterday, she arranged everything and upgraded my shipping so I would still receive my shoes by Friday. You cannot find customer service like this anywhere.
