I love my NB 926. I wear AFO's (braces) in my shoes which requires extra depth and width. I have purchased many shoes that I could not wear, but these are great. The extra width and stability are so good for my needs. I ordered my shoes online one night and they arrived the next day. Wow, what service! Thanks Zappos.

I wear a 7.5 or an 8, and always order workout type shoes in 8. They seemed to be that size, but also a bit wider than B (med) but not too wide. There was minimal arch support and sole is like a block of wood - no contours, just flat. They went back mainly because of the flimsy insole and not enough arch support.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and these are the only walking shoes that keep my hips from hurting. They are not sleek like most athletic shoes, so I only wear them for exercise. I think Zappos is an amazing site; my shoes usually arrive the next day!

These are great walking shoes for people like me, who have wide feet and high arches. They have a wide toebox (I wear a D width), accommodate my orthotics well, and provide excellent heel stability. If I could improve them, I would ask for a less "retro" style and more cushioning.

I have found the perfect shoe for me! Got these two weeks ago, took 'em out of the box, put them on my feet and have worn them everyday without so much as a sore spot. They are comfortable and a joy to wear. I will definitely order these again. Now I just don't need you to discontinue them for any reason.

I just purchased these shoes and have been wearing them for a week. They are already the most comfortable shoes I've ever known. The toe box is unbelievably roomy. I can actually stretch and wiggle my toes and not bump into anything--and I have an extra wide foot. They also keep my foot from rolling inward or outward, but not so stringently that my foot gets fatigued or sore. I'm here online to buy another pair. Thank you New Balance. Thank you Zappos!

Best pair of tennis shoes I have ever owned. Well worth the money. If you can afford these, buy them you won't be sorry you did. Fits true to size. Extremely comfortable.

Very unhappy with both pair of New Balance sneakers I purchased...seams seem to be stitched poorly...have tried with heavy socks really hurt too much to wear...very disappointed.

I have very hard to fit feet due to a high arch and wide width, but as soon as I put these on, I knew that they would work well. I work in them every day. Standing for long times and walking at others. Great shoe.

I work out four times a week, and this shoe has proven to be extremely comfortable and supportive for my feet. As someone with a triple E foot, it is very difficult to find shoes that fit, but not only does Zappos have a wide selection of shoes, their customer service is fantastic. I only shop at Zappos now and am always satisfied.

Great for problem feet -
I have worn the NB 926 for a good 3 years by now, and I find that this shoe works the best for my feet issues, which includes pronation, flat feet, hyper flexible metatarsal joint and generally fatigued feet. Also, they accommodate my custom orthotics quite well and also do a great job at absorbing the impact of my stride. I wear this shoe, either my white or black pair, most of the time. I would highly recommend this shoe to many folks who have similar issues as I do.

Very comfortable, but very boxy -
I ordered these shoes to take on vacation as I knew we’d be doing a lot of walking. I have a Morton’s neuroma and have to use orthotics. First off, let me say that Zappos helped me out in getting the shoes to me as fast as possible without the added shipping cost. They were great! I have a long narrow foot (normally 8.5 AA), but I ordered a 9 AA after reading several reviews about running short. They fit fine. Lots of toe room and very comfortable. When I put them on and looked down at my feet, all I could think of was they looked like shoe boxes without the lids! They were so boxy and white. Hubby asked me if I wanted comfort or style and reminded me they weren’t ballerina slippers! I kept them because they are so comfortable, but I definitely hate the look. Guess you can’t have both.

Best shoe for UPS drivers -
The customer service is the best at Zappos!! I would have to say this is the best shoe for UPS drivers; when you are on your feet and in and out of your truck so much you can not beat the comfort of these shoes.

These sneakers are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. I have plantar fasciitis on both feet and these shoes are so comfortable I have no discomfort.
I bought the white for walking and in the past a black pair for work.

After having foot surgery a few years ago, my Dr. told me to ONLY wear NB 800 or above. I was thrilled to find these as they are all leather. No break in time, they were great out of the box.

This style is the most comfortable walking shoe I have purchased from New Balance. It is my second pair. I tried another style but came back to this one. I just wish it had a bit of color on it; it looks like a nursing shoe.

Fantastic Shoe!
This shoe gets me through my day as a security officer in an art museum. It holds my feet well, has plenty of "bounce" and the wide toe box allows my feet to breathe. I wear orthotics so I order a size larger. I am extremely happy with this shoe and recommend it highly.

New Balance was recommended by my foot doctor. I need very good support that decreases my foot pain. I have worn the WW926 for three years now and it is absolutely great. My job involves a lot of walking on concrete floors and this shoe has helped so much. I intend to continue wearing them.

Good for walking--NOT Good for standing -
I ordered these shoes for work--I am an ICU nurse and stand for 12 hour shifts. I also have a bunion on one foot so the wide width helps with that; however my feet are killing me at the end of my shift with these shoes. The cushioning of the foot does not seem to be enough for standing all day. They are good for walking though. My other NB running shoes are more comfortable for standing.

I wear these in white for my job at a medical office. They are definitely sturdy and hold my feet in a postural correct position. They look ok...a little like old-person orthopedic shoes.

Great sneaker for bunions -
I have an extra wide foot due to bunions. This shoe nicely fits the extra wide foot and the "skinny foot” that has had surgery. I found the sizing in length to be true to size. Normally sneakers run a 1/2 size smaller and you have to size up.
