2 strikes and your out!
This is a fabulous bag with one BIG fault! The shoulder straps fall apart. Thanks to Zappos I returned the first faulty bag without a problem and was immediately sent a new one. Problem: the second bag did the same exact thing within a month. Thanks to my local shoe repair I have had the handles rewoven. Spending another $50 on an already expensive bag just isn't right!

The bridal party had shoes purchased at another store, but now the entire bridal party is wearing the Coloriffics shoe from Zappos! The bride asked me if it was o.k. and I said Yes.
