EXTREMELY HAPPY -
The shoe itself is a perfect fit, true to size and width. It is everything I expected from the maker. I am so happy overall with both product and Zappos. I can't remember the last time I went into a shoe store to make a purchase. Thank you Zappos!

The Snake -
The Alberto is a classy shoe with a stylish look that I wear with dressy and casual attire. I also own the Alberto in Navy Blue and Cognac. I've worn Stacey Adams shoes for about 30yrs. No matter what style I've purchased Stacey Adams always get a compliment from men and women. Keep them coming!!

Awesome shoes and lot's of compliments on looks.
I have worn Stacy Adams shoes for years and this shoe is the only one you can take out of the box and put on and go to work and you don’t have to break them in. Fit like a glove and look more expensive than they are. Zappos is the best, they Rock. There service can't be beat.

Great looking shoe -
This shoe is a great looking shoe and comfortable. I got this shoe for a formal event I was on my feet for several hours which included dancing. My feet were tired but the shoes felt good.

A Class Act-
I purchased these shoes for Christmas and think they are a class act. Well designed, looks extremely good. Unable to comment on long term wear since they are new. But they are definitely sharp. Blue is my favorite color, son having a shoe in blue is definitely a plus.

I purchased these shoes recently. I wear 10.5 medium and they fit perfect right out of the bow. They are very comfortable. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the looks. They are very classy and affordable. I will purchase another pair for my collection. These are highly recommended.

I have always had a problem getting fitted in some shoes and European makes will not fit at all. I am pleased with the looks, fit and comofort of this shoe. I have never worn Stacy Adams shoes and have never owned a pair of white shoes.

Great look - not very comfortable -
Looked around for quite a while and decided to try a pair as these are very stylish shoes. Purchased a size 9.5 (my usual) but they were loose to the point my heels slid up with every step. Returned and ordered another pair, this time a size 9. They felt slightly snug but very nice nonetheless while walking around the house. Wore them to work and within half a day of walking they really began to hurt. Both felt very stiff right where the shoe flexes directly over both big toes. By the end of the day I had two very raw toes. A week later I still cannot wear the shoes without feeling pain where they previously dug-in!!
I will try to have them stretched but at this point I think its a loss and cannot recommend these for purchase. Being I wore them and the soles are scuffed I do not believe I can return them either.
ZAPPOS handled my first pair return flawlessly!!! Their prices are great and I seriously doubt there is a larger selection to be found anywhere else. VERY pleased with Zappos and have recommended them to many colleagues.

 |  | To Whom It May Concern: I am extremely pleased to be able to write you this letter. Less than a week ago I accidentally mailed something valuable in my Zappos return shipping box along with the two pairs of shoes I wanted to return. I also ended up sending a valuable Louis Vuitton bag. Now, this may not seem like a big deal, but the issue was that the bag was not mine, it belonged to my sister. I do not have the means to spend that much money on a purse - but my sister does - and I knew if I didn't get it back, she was going to be very upset because they don't make this particular purse anymore. I, too, was going to be upset that I had to refund her that money because I can't afford it. As soon as I had realized what I'd done (or thought I'd done), I called UPS... they were of no help because it was just a drop off and they didn't have the tracking number. I then called Zappos customer service and was greeted very kindly when I explained what I had done. Then today, less than a week later, I received the bag that I had accidentally shipped in the mail. Not only did you not charge me for the return shipping, but the bag looks like it is in better condition now than it was before! I called immediately to say thank you and I think ended up frightening your supervisor because I started crying... I was so happy that I just started hysterically crying! (I am pregnant and sometimes my emotions are CRAZY!) Please accept my sincerest thanks for your staff's attention to this matter. I am truly thankful and if I wasn't before, will now surely be a satisfied Zappos customer! I will gladly continue to shop with you - and be sure to tell friends of my wonderful Zappos experience!!!
