The sandals fit perfectly in my usual size and were comfortable the first day, when I did a lot of walking! I ordered the silver metal color, which look even better in person, and have gotten many compliments.

I loved the burnt copper color in the picture and so glad to say that it's even better in person. Sophisticated color in a sandal that makes it easy to dress up or down. Also worried that it would prove too wide for my narrow-medium width feet (I usually wear medium, but do okay on narrower shoes), but it was perfect in my usual size 5. The footbed has a nice molded shape for the feet, and decent arch support that isn't nearly as good as my Dansko clogs, but still very good overall. Heel is just right, not too high, not too low; the shoe has a feminine look but none of the discomforts of heels thanks to the footbed and the raised front sole. Overall, great-looking sandals that I'll be wearing with pants, jeans, shorts, and summer dresses, and can handle a walk.

These sandals are really comfy. I have plantar fasciitis so my feet are extremely picky, but they always request these sandals. I originally got the metallic bronze color, but one thing you may not realize from the photo is that the metal color is very "wrinkled" and a bit sloppy looking. The toffee leather is much nicer in my opinion.

I bought these Paris sandals, wore them twice, and the entire sandal ripped apart at the hem. Unacceptable for a pair of sandals at this price. Extremely disappointing. The two times I did get to wear them, they seemed very clunky and the footbed was slippery. I own another pair of Noat shoes, which I love, but these really let me down.

I love these shoes. I wore them in Las Vegas for a week and they were comfortable up to about 8 hours each day. After that I wanted them off my feet as they seemed to lose their cushioning sole. They are stylish enough to wear with dresses and skirts and they give me a lift without throwing my back out of alignment. Not a fan of the silver metal, but the black seems to go with everything. Super comfortable and good looking. Thanks Zappos for outstanding customer service in my quest for the perfect shoe!

I ordered Naot Paris for a girlfriend's getaway where I knew we were doing quite a bit of walking and I wanted something comfortable but with some style. The metallic color is great, even better looking than in the pictures. And, the shoe is cute, though a little bit clunky looking. The footbed is very comfortable and I sprayed it with suede protector before wearing to keep it looking nice. I did get a blister on my right little toe after the first day of walking for a few hours. Subsequent wearings haven't caused any blisters, so I'm hoping for no problems from here on out. I would have rated it 5 stars if that blister hadn't popped up. Thanks for the fast shipping, Zappos!

Loved the look of this shoe, but my foot slid forward (the insole doesn't have the Hallux toe grip that the Alyssa has). Made me feel a tad unstable, just enough that I wouldn't wear the shoe as much as I want to.

I love this shoe for its comfort and style. I need a removable foot bed to add more cushioning so this shoe works great for me. Most sandals do not have this feature. So I have 3 pairs in 3 different colors, but wish they came in black since I need a black pair of sandals. These sandals are very comfortable for several hours at a time and are great for people with feet that tend to hurt like me. I add an additional foot bed as well as cut outs for more comfort. It works for me. These are my favorite sandals and usually the ones I wear.

I love these sandals! I bought a pair in black and liked them so much I bought another pair in steel, a bluish gray color. They have good arch support, look good, and are very comfortable to walk in and wear all day. A great solution to what to wear in the summer and look stylish in casual or business casual clothes.

Love these black sandals. They are cute, stylish and very comfortable. Could wear them all day right from the beginning. They are mostly a casual sandal, but could easily be worn with skirts too.

I bought these for a trip to Chicago - lots of walking there! I wanted comfort and something a little dressy, and this style was perfect. The ankle strap adjusts with velcro, so it was easy to loosen or tighten as the day progressed. I had tried (and returned) several others, J-41, Earth, Birkenstock and more, and those tended to flatten my foot so it looked awfully wide, and the styles were more casual than what I was after. These are great.

These are my favorite sandals. The size is not true. I wear a 9US, but the equivalent of 40 was too small. The second pair, 41, were perfect. The comfort and the style are what made them my favorite. You can dress them up or be casually cool.

I bought these sandals during a very bad flair-up of plantar fasciitis. I put them on and I haven't taken them off. Very comfortable! The leather straps are very soft. I can wear them with anything! I wear a 9-1/2 or 10 and always a clog style shoe. I bought these in a size 41. They are a tad wide so I don't mind the ankle strap. The Velcro closure makes it a snap to get them on and off. I know the 40 would be too small since the length fits perfectly. The insoles are removable if you wear an orthotic. I find Naot's insole so comfortable never use my orthotics with these sandals. The sole is like the Dansko clogs I wear in a size 41.

Wonderful, comfortable, attractive sandal. Ankle strap holds it snug on your foot when on uneven terrain. Very soft leather! I'm very tender- footed and have a bunion, yet was able to wear them all day, first day. A new experience for me. Love them and love Zappos!

This has got to be the most comfortable sandal I have ever owned. I have worn Naot before, but this beats them all. It has a wonderful foot bed that enables me to stand in them for hours without my feet getting tired. I have a narrow foot, so the velcro strap is very helpful. I had seen this shoe in a color I did not like last year...almost bought it then. I was so glad when they came out with this pretty bronze color. The perfect summer walking shoe!

This shoe saved my European vacation! I have a bunion that can be painful, and these shoes give me the support I need without hurting the bunion. I walked all over Spain and France with these shoes, and I got compliments on the shoes frequently. They look prettier in person. Wear them with jeans, capris, or skirts. I wear a size 8 1/2, so the 39 fits me perfectly.

I love these shoes! They were completely comfortable from the moment I put them on. The blue color is nice, a bit of a muted blue, which I like. The velcro strap allows you to adjust the fit. I would suggest getting a suede protector and spraying the inside of the shoe before you wear them. It keeps the color of the suede brighter and cleaner. I have another pair of Naots that I didn't do that with, and the inside looks more worn and dirty. I know they are a bit pricey but they last and they are so comfortable. I still wear a pair I bought 2 years ago, and they look great!

I’m only allowing myself to buy one pair of shoes this summer, and I’m so glad I picked these! They are ultra comfortable, with just the right amount of heel. The velcro closure is great: customizes the fit and is easy on/off. And the bronze color is great with so many summer colors & outfits. Naot shoes have awesome support, yet are always comfy. And Zappos has ‘em all! YAY!

The Naot footbeds are made for me (and anyone else with high arches and medium to narrow width feet). The edge of the footbeds turns up, so your feet don’t spread out like they do in a wider shoe. I like the way they look, which is sort of "hand-made" in the sense that the stitching is not exactly smooth. These sandals are flatter than they look in the photo. I like them very much, and particularly like the color, which is bronze/brown. Naot makes interesting shoes that are fun to wear and comfortable.

Maybe not the prettiest shoe, but it will do!
At first glance this shoe may not be the prettiest one in your closet, but it is extremely comfortable and actually looks pretty good on the foot. The blue color is terrific with jeans.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
