LACES IMPRACTICAL -
Great shoes. Very stylish and comfortable but the cool shock-cord and plastic laces do not hold up. After only 45 days of wear, the plastic end piece broke off. Laces no longer work as expected and the shoes don't look so cool. Am contacting Clarks for replacement.

Great shoe -
The laces hurt the top of feet when sitting down but I guess I'll get used to it. Other than that very comfortable shoe.

Better than Teva -
I was looking for a replacement for a similar shoe I had from Teva. This one seemed about right and is working out fine.
There was a little bit of a rub on my left heel at the top edge but it seems to have gone away after a few wearings. Felt true to size if not slightly bigger than marked...not a full half size bigger though.

I never went wrong with Clarks. Frankly, I don't think it's possible not to be satisfied as long as it's the right size. One of the best brands money can buy and certainly the most comfortable.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
