These are very comfy shoes. I don't know what the difference is compared to scores of other shoes in basically the same style, but these are comfortable and the others are not. I love the coral color, and they are a little more stylish than the average sport sandal. I bought these because I had a small broken bone on the outside edge of my foot. So many shoes have a ridge there that hurts, and these don't. In addition the soles are well cushioned and the straps are padded and grip my foot like a glove, not too tight or too loose. I wear them loose to avoid hurting the sore spot, and they stay on just fine and don't slip around. The price is higher than I want to pay, but they are worth it. I buy so many shoes that are only marginally comfortable. I would pay this much again to have as much comfort and style. I buy a lot of shoes that turn out to not be comfortable. It's better to buy fewer shoes, but have them all wearable.

It's hard not to sing praises for the comfort and fit of these Mephisto sandals. They're lightweight, attractive, fit my feet like a glove. I've been looking for a pair of sandals for more than a year and am glad I found one. The quality is true Mephistos! As for Zappos: kudos and hurrah!

These are super comfy sandals. I am recovering from a severe calf injury, and needed an alternative to wearing sneakers around all day. I have quite a few other Mephisto sandals that are usually very comfortable, but given my recovering injury, they don't support the ankle enough at this time. As a result, when I wear my other Mephistos (these don't have ankle straps), the injured calf muscles gets really stiff within the first 15 minutes or so, very uncomfortable to keep walking around. I just got these sandals and spent half the day walking around; no stiffness at all, very comfy. They do deliver the walking comfort and support similar to a pair of sneakers, which is quite amazing, and are super light, too. They also don't look like they have much arch support and my feet always hurt in shoes without proper arch support. But so far, I have not had any problems with these at all, so somehow without the usual Mephisto contoured footbed, the arch is still getting enough support in these.

My very first pair of Mephistos, but definitely not my last! I have been searching for over a year for a pair of light blue walking sandals that don't look clunky. Finally saw these on Zappos and sent for them and couldn't believe the comfort and the look! Right out of the box they fit like a glove thanks to the velcro straps and perfect interior sole and heel padding, and they're very attractive on the foot. I've had more strangers complimenting me on these shoes than any I've ever had. I'd love to get another pair in a different color but they only come in the blue and a red which I wouldn't be able to use much. These Allrounders are great shoes and the price is quite modest for Mephisto; I will definitely try another style in this collection!

I'm telling you the speed of delivery was amazing. I am totally in love with this site. I not only saved on shipping, but I saved on the Florida sales tax I would have had to pay in the store. I bought my first pair of Mephistos at the store, but then ordered my next two pairs from you. I am so happy!

Very light in weight but also surprisingly supportive. Not clunky on your feet at all. Was searching for a good sandal for my mom. Wanted it to be adjustable everywhere--forefoot, ankle, heel (since her feet swell), comfortable, not too heavy or clunky since she is not that steady on her feet. After trying about 5 other pairs (Merrell, Ecco, Teva), she settled on these. I tried all those sandals on as well, since my size is close to hers, and I agree, this one fit like a glove and feels like walking on a cloud. Too bad they were the most expensive of the bunch! I do think they run about a half size short though.

The All Rounder did exactly what I needed! A comfortable summer sandal with great support. I experienced no break in period. With the support these shoes provide I can walk with confidence on our pebble beaches and slight slopes. Four women have asked me what I was wearing and were they as comfortable and supportive as they looked! One was a long time waitress--she knows shoes!

I LOVE these shoes. I tried two other pair first and sent them back. These are lite and very comfrortable. I have a narrow foot and these fit perfect.

These shoes were the very best. They felt part of my feet. I wore them right out of the box on vacation. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had in a sneaker type shoe. Also they look adorable on my foot and with the velcro and have plenty of adjustability. Easy to get on and gives me great support with the ankle strap. Wish I could find the style in a regular shoe.

I love Zappos, but had to go elsewhere this time to get my size and color. I never would have known that this sandal existed without you, though! I just wanted to repeat what others have said, that you should size up, if in doubt. Most of my sandals are a 37, but the 38 was right for me in these. The cushioning and resilient sole are fabulous for serious walking, and the nylon padding does a great job of keeping blisters away.

I love the fit of this shoe. You can wear them all day right out of the box, no break-in period. Great for walking around a city on a hot day. Style is casual, yes, but I have worn them out to dinner with slacks. Adjustable straps are great for feet that swell during the day. Generally Mephisto shoes are too narrow for me, but these are not.

WOW!!! These sandals fit comfortably as soon as I put them on. I have trouble finding sandals that have enough support at the ball of my foot. These sandals fit the bill. The heel support is excellent also. I would recommend these sandals to anyone, and I have.

I found some comfort initially, but instead of breaking in they became more uncomfortable. The right shoe did not fit as well as the left, and I assumed a larger size was needed, but the 6-1/2 was much too big.

Happy Feet!
These shoes arrived at my door 1/2 an hour before leaving for the airport. I had searched all over for a comfortable warm-weather walking shoe. These were perfect. I had a little initial irritation on my pinkie toes which was resolved when I tightened the straps. Overall my feet were very happy during long, humid, city walks. They are better looking in person, even my 11 year old fashionista daughter approved. Try them - your feet will love them!

Allrounder says it all!
I was looking for a sandal that would allow me to go from running daily errands right into square dancing the night away in comfort, and this shoe fits the bill to a "T" for me. Those square dancing shoes and even other sandals leave my feet and legs aching at the end of the evening, and my running shoes are just too clunky (albeit very comfortable) to dance in.

Mephisto’s saved my poor tired feet -
Thank god for Zappos and their wonderful service. I have been having foot problems most of my life, and found Zappos website. By reading the remarks of other readers, I was able to find a wonderful pair of shoes that are comfortable. They are Mephisto’s Allrounders, and I love them! I am moderately happy with this shoe. I was surprised at how many reviewers said it had excellent arch support, since to my mind it has very little. Other reviewers complained about the footbed material, which tends to make the feet perspire. I didn't think this would apply to me, because my feet tend to be cold and dry, but when I actually tried the shoe, I had to agree with them. On the plus side, the shoe is sturdy and the straps are comfortable and adjustable, and the nonslip sole is very practical. As far as looks go, I find the shoe to be not as clunky as most sports/comfort sandals, and looks okay with casual denim skirts. I'm forever on the lookout for the "perfect" summer shoe, and this isn't quite it.

My third pair of Allrounder Mephisto Clipper -
Without doubt the most comfortable sandal I've ever worn. I can walk long-distances in cool comfort.
The look is not the most streamlined in the world but the ability to adjust the straps 3-ways more than makes up for it.

Very nice -
This sandal is very nice except that the footbed tends to get a little hot in very hot weather. Makes for some sweaty feet. The straps are extremely comfortable and totally adjustable. Not too much arch support. I expected more from Mephisto.

Will accommodate wide feet!
Very comfortable shoe--feels like I'm practically barefoot and is very light. Good quality workmanship and nice stying. I have wide feet and this sandal was able to fit without problems. Unfortunately, my feet are also flat and need good arch support, which this shoe does not have. If you have normal or decent arches, this is your shoe. If you have flat feet or plantar fasciitis and need good support, keep shopping.

At Last- the Best!
This shoe cannot be found everywhere. It is the most perfect trekking sandal- out of the box perfect comfort. Best combination of style, quality, fit, and comfort. All Mephisto runs short- so order up a half to a whole size.

Mephisto Allrounder Clipper -
These are terrific sandals. All the adjustable straps easily fine-tune the fit, and the soft, yet firm, foot bed create a well fitting and comfortable shoe. My feet are very troublesome due to MS, so these work very well for me and are very comfortable through long periods of wear. Only one minor complaint--the foot bed, which is not leather, tends to get a little sweaty after wearing for long periods. Nonetheless, it is pleasant feeling for the most part. As always, Zappos is the best. It remains my favorite web store of all. A review of my order history can easily demonstrate my loyalty to Zappos. I tell everyone about Zappos.

Comfortable good looking sandal -
Since I already had the Mephisto All-Rounder Niro model which my feet loved (I have to wear sport orthotics for fallen arches in all my shoes), I decided to take a chance on Mephisto sandals and they didn't disappoint me...maybe a little less arch support than the Niro but that's because they're an open sandal instead of a closed sneaker/shoe. Much much better than Ecco sandals I bought last year before a Disney trip that made my feet hurt. I wore these sandals for two days to Disney and Universal Studios and my feet didn't complain once!
