A great pair of boots -
When I recently purchased a motorcycle I knew I needed good boots and of course Zappos had dozens of different pairs of boots....almost too many too pick from!!! I settled on the engineer boots and was completely satisfied. They were even better looking than the picture portrayed...they also were very, very comfortable. They felt a bit loose at first, but a thicker stocking rectified that, besides my feet are narrow anyway...at any rate I was completely satisfied with the boots, your service, and especially this follow up....keep up the good work!!
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: any westeern or working boots,wellington's etc.

Sweet Pups -
These boots are more comfortable than I had hoped them to be. I had figured that they'd be a bit un-cozy due to their rugged style, but they are pretty darn neat-o. I wanted a pair of boots that were black and manly, yet understated. These pups did the trick. Women swoon over them constantly, it's crazy. Many thanks to Zappos for their extremely excellent customer service and for this very positive experience.
