Where is the arch support?!
I've been wearing Keens for 5 years, mainly for the great arch support and amazing comfort for being on my feet all day. I love the look of this one, but I have to return it because there is no arch support. Plenty of cushion under the ball and heel, but nothing under my arch. Very disappointing! The Montreal insole is completely different than my 5-yr-old Bostons. I had hoped the sleeker styles of Keens would still have the same great support of their original styles. I'm sad that this one does not.

Keen on these Keens -
I have had these shoes for about 3 years. The last few winters I have worn these practically every day through all types of weather. I live in Wisconsin and they have survived snow & rain. My feet kept nice and dry. They are so comfy, I give these two thumbs up!!!

Although I've not found another pair of shoes as comfortable as my Keen Providence clogs, these are still mighty nice after a whole day on my feet. They're not as funky-looking as some of my other Keens--I love the big, utilitarian toe-guard style. Actually, they look a bit more like Danskos than I'd like, but for a busy day out and about, they're sweet.

Best Shoes ever!
I'm on my feet between 10 and 12 straight hrs a day at work. Also, I have problems with pain in the heel of my foot. These are by far the MOST comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

The Keen Montreal’s were my first purchase from Zappos! Thank you for making this purchase so easy for me! I have told many people about your site. Per the recommendation of my chiropractor, I purchased a pair of Keens and the shoe is fantastic. It was a little uncomfortable at first on my right foot as I was breaking them in, but now they fit me like gloves! The Montreal’s are my second pair of Keens and I LOVE THEM! I am excited about making another Keen purchase from Zappos.com :o)

Great All-Day Shoe -
I was surprised that despite appearance, it is a lightweight shoe, which I like.
Fits just right; if you plan to wear heavy socks with this shoe, get the next 1/2 size up.

Although the shoe looks great, I couldn't get my foot in it. The opening in the top was way too tight. I have 2 other pairs of Keen shoes and have not had this problem before. I guess the cut is too narrow. I don't have a wide foot or any other special needs and I ordered the usual size I order in Keen. Very unusual. I can't judge the size or feel (comfort, support, etc) of the shoe, b/c I literally could not get it on! I have to return them; I just haven't done it yet.

Love Keens -
I have many styles of Keen shoes. They are my favorite. These are beautiful, but not quite as comfortable as the rest of my Keens.

Keen Montreal works for me.
The Montreal fits me perfectly, which is difficult with many shoes. It doesn't slip off the shorter foot and it doesn't cramp the longer foot. With the Montreal I take my own regular size. With some other Keens, like the Bronx, I take a half size larger. After foot surgery, and being on my feet all day, the arch support is critical; the Montreal, Madrid, and Bronx are perfect for me, even without my own inserts. Thank you Zappos for the worry-free service and shipping.

Great comfort for touring!
I just returned from touring all over Scotland and was so, so grateful to have had these shoes. I have significant challenges due to ankle problem finding decent looking shoes that are comfortable. These were real winners walking on cobblestones, uneven sidewalks, up and down hills. I couldn't believe it! They look far better than athletic shoes and I found them to be just as comfortable. I DID take out the removable pads and inserted my own that has a bit of a higher arch support. But they were also comfortable with the supplied pad; I just wanted a bit more cushioning for this trip.

Superb comfort -
These are terrific shoes. I have foot and ankle problems and these are perfect. The padding is extensive. I got a size larger than usual to allow for an orthotic and this size is too big. This shoe is so well padded that I am returning them for my regular size and have no doubt that they will fit well. The heel height takes pressure off my "bad" ankle. It's very hard for me to find a comfortable shoe with soft sole, plenty of cushion and an elevated heel for ankle problem. These really fit the bill. As for looks, that is typically secondary for me... these are not beauties. I prefer the looks of Clarks Swanky (which I also tried) but that shoe is not as comfortable as these. These are a big step up from sneakers in looks, but they are in the same league in comfort.

As others have said, these run a half size smaller than usual...I have a pair of Keen Sydney’s that I bought in a store that are my usual size (10), but I had to return the first pair of Montreal’s I ordered and get a 10.5. They are awesome, though, comfy from Day 1.

Incredible comfort!
These shoes are the most comfortable work shoes I've ever worn. I work in an operating room, sometimes for 24 hours straight, and my feet feel great. I'm sold on Keens and I'll be getting more!

Nice work shoes to wear with slacks -
These shoes are great for me as I'm on my feet all day long. I ordered a 1/2 size up (I normally wear an 8, and ordered a 8.5) and it fit perfectly, the 8 would have been too small. They are nice enough to dress up for work and great for the lunch break walks.
