I agree with the women who stated she had trouble with the sizes running very large. I ordered a half size smaller as recommended but they were still to big. Now they only have sizes that I can't wear. Cute shoes but worthless if you can't get them to fit.

I ordered a size 8.5 for my daughter. I ended up wearing the sandal and my foot is a size ten and they are still big especially around the heel. They are attractive etc. but I find I wear them mostly in the house as slippers as I am always adjusting the heel strap back on to my heel. Perhaps buying the Isabella instead would solve the problem. Have other people found such size discrepancy?

Comfy and cute - that's a rare combination -
By far the most comfortable sandals I own; I'm on my feet all day and my Crocs are not as good for me as I had previously thought. The best thing is, for comfort shoes, they are really cute - I had a co-worker tell me: "Those are Keens?! They are so cute!"

Forget it -
Pay $100 for a shoe that stretches out in the first couple of weeks? Forget it. I ordered down a size and loved this shoe for two weeks, and then it was so stretched out in the back that it was useless. It doesn't matter how snugly it fits when you first put it on. It will stretch to the point where you can't wear it anymore. Looks like Keen stopped making this one anyway. It's not on their website anymore. It'd be nice if they offered refunds to the rest of us who paid $100 for a shoe that fit for two weeks...

Absolutely the BEST!
These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!! I have owned many other pairs of Keens and bought these shoes before leaving on a trip to Europe. After an eight hour walking tour of Rome, I could not believe that my feet felt as good at the end of the day, as they did at the beginning! They even look great after enduring several hours of walking through rain drenched cobblestone streets and Roman ruins! These shoes are worth every penny. If you have hard to fit feet, Keens Rosarita's are the perfect shoe.

Close but not perfect -
There is a thin groove across "palm" of foot that pinches foot when you walk. Ouch!
Keen please make the shoe w/o this groove. I dislike the big black rubber front.

Love this shoe:
I solved the problem of the stretching and slipping: my shoemaker suggested putting hell pads in the back, and soaking in water. It seems that the stretch is normal for this kind of leather. When they get too big, I put them in a hot tub and let dry naturally, (no newspaper) and they shrink back to the original size! The heel pad is the type that you put in a dress shoe to keep your hose from ripping. It all works, and I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can wear them for the second summer.
I have the green, and love the natural grass color... it seems in the summer to go with everything... I wore them everyday when I was on vacation on the west coast for 2 weeks, using the tub method. They dry in about 4 hours, and become as good as new!
Also, I have wide flat feet and have a lot of trouble with shoes, but these are great.

Slip, slide, then give away!
Love the way these look but just wait about a month and you'll have a pair of shoes that's almost 2 sizes bigger. You'll be putting a perfectly good and expensive pair of shoes in the "Donation Box" because they soo stretch out of shape. Keen has to figure out a better way!

Feel like moccasins -
This is the most comfortable sandal imaginable. I had to order a half size smaller. After they stretched, the back sometimes slips off, but that does not impact the wearability of these shoes, which ended up being my go-to casual sandal for the entire summer. If you want a pleasing-feeling soft sandal with support, these are for you...

Sorry, Keen, These get thumbs down.
Even ordering a size down as others suggested the heel straps on these Keens stretched out so much they just flop behind me as I walk. I end up wearing the shoes with the heel straps inside the shoe, like mules, but they don't look so great that way. In my opinion, these are a Keens flop. I've already put them in the "to donate" box. Maybe if you buy them two or three sizes too small they'll work, and if that's the case, they'll be good looking shoes.

I am crazy about these shoes!
I ordered half a size smaller than I ordinarily would and these shoes fit perfectly. They are AMAZING! SO comfortable...perfect summer shoes. I am going to be sad to put them away for the winter! I'd buy another pair if they weren't out of my size!!

The strap across the back slips some on one foot but overall I am not having much difficulty with it. I do think you have to order at least a half size down with this shoe.

Best shoe ever!!!
This shoe is the best yet. I own 6 pair of Keen shoes all of which are very comfortable, but these are like slippers. No break in time required. I plan on getting another pair as soon as they are available in the color I want. I will order a 1/2 size smaller than my normal size. YOU WILL LOVE THIS SHOE!!

Not a good fit.
This shoe has a comfortable foot bed, but once I wore them for a couple of days on vacation, where I was doing a lot of walking, the leather loosened up and they were much too big, with the strap in the back sliding down under my heel as I walked. I ordered a half size smaller than my normal size, but I should have ordered a full size smaller. The shoes were practically falling off my feet.

I bought these because I love my other Keens and wanted a summer shoe for work. This style is too loose and lacks support in the toe area. The shoe is too loose and floppy and looks very clumpy, not what I expected.

Great Summer Shoe -
This shoe is perfect if you're looking for a casual shoe that offers more coverage than your typical flip flop or sandal. It feels open and summery, but it also hides my oh-so-unattractive bunions. Even if you have great-looking feet, I imagine there are times when you'd want your feet to be fairly covered and protected, but not hidden away in a pair of hot tennis shoes. I bought these shoes for a long weekend in Charleston, SC -- knowing my time there would be hot and sticky and would involve walking down lots of cobblestoned streets. These shoes were comfortable (and my feet always hurt) and cute (working with everything from summer dresses to cut-off blue jeans). I love these shoes.

Very comfortable--accommodate my wide foot and bunion in 1/2 size down from my usual. Great walking sandal to wear with pants and longer skirts; heavy looking for knee length or shorter skirts.

Like going barefoot -
I own 2 pairs of these sandals. They support your feet, but you feel like you are walking bare foot. They are light, even though they have a thick supportive sole like a sneaker. I will be buying more Keen sandals and shoes.

Wonderful Shoe If It Didn't Stretch -
I would have given this shoe 5 stars in every category if it had not stretched from the heel so much that I couldn't wear it, after only a week or two. I do like it so well that I had elastic sewn across the back so I could wear them a little longer. Maybe it's the suede leather that causes it to stretch so much, but for this price, you shouldn't have to have the shoes repaired after only a week or two. I tried them on in a department store and loved them so much that I bought them immediately, but I wish I had waited to buy them from Zappos because their customer service is so awesome, I might have returned them! I ordered the Keen just like the Rosarita only without the back in a different leather from Zappos today and can't wait to try them.

Walking on air!
I have thoroughly enjoyed this shoe. The footbed is great - very cushioned. I need the arch support as offered in Keens. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a full size smaller than my normal shoe size. They are like wearing house shoes. Love them.

Casual chic Keen -
Same comfort as their hiking shoes but in a more stylish package. The toe guard is smaller than on the hikers making for a more feminine look. I've gotten lots of compliments on this shoe, and it's insanely comfortable. I took the advice of other reviews and ordered a 7 when I normally wear a 7.5-8, but the 7 was too small. The 7.5 was perfect.

These sandals are extremely comfortable. I bought them for a whirlwind, week long stay in China. They saw the Great Wall, Forbidden City, Beijing, Shanghai, etc. and still look good.
Worth every penny.

 |  | I just want to thank you, and commend the customer service staff at Zappos. I just couldn't believe it when you actually kept me abreast of the certain pair of shoes I was looking for! Having a size 4- 1/2 foot, is very hard finding shoes. I could wear certain kinds of shoes such as boots, clogs, etc…but having to wear 3 heavy pairs of socks in order for them to fit! Well, they fit, but my feet kill me! Clogs such as the ones I purchased, seem to be more comfortable. I'm just hoping that they're not too big for me. I can’t wait to get them and see!
