I personally feel these shoes are half size smaller than marked. I have them in silver and couldn't find the 1/2 size up so I just wear them a little smaller. It's the length that seems too small. But overall it's a cute shoe. Goes with everything and the heel is not too high. The silver pair I have says all manmade materials, so maybe certain colors are not real leather.

Great basic shoe -
These are very cute, basic black heels that go with everything. I ultimately decided to return only b/c I already have too many basic black heels, but they fit well and were comfy.

Great shoe! The comfort of a flip flop but stylish enough for work. Broke in very easily and has thick, comfortable straps. I get a lot of wear out of these.

The shoes are very comfortable. For the first time I wore them to a wedding and I didn't have any pain at all. Even after two hours of dancing.

I always shy away from white shoes, but these with the wooden heel look clean and fresh - they are comfortable (I haven't worn them out walking, but I had no trouble wearing them for a party) and go perfectly with my Lilly dresses! I've tried thong heels that don't have a lot of room for the toes - this one doesn't let your toes hang off at all (I have wide feet), but is not too big either - very feminine shoe. Zappos is the only place I buy shoes - I recommend this company to all my friends. Thanks for the excellent service!

I like this shoe! It’s cute and it’s comfy for long days. If you tend to vary between sizes like me (a 10 only fits if the shoe is made big) go for the bigger size.

They look good and are initially comfortable. But if you wear them for an extended period of time they begin to hurt the pads of your feet. But I rarely wear heels.

Size 6 1/2 and straps stretched.
Shoe is a great look, but I had a problem with the right shoe. My feet were hanging on for life. The left side was fine, but the right shoe just did not fit right. The straps stretched and made this an uncomfortable fit.
Do not recommend this shoe for a small foot.

Very cute shoe but tight in the thong part between the toes. I think it will soften. The leather is very soft. The heel is perfect!!!

I ordered the sandal in silver and it looks very nice with dressy shorts and dresses. The heel is pretty low, so even those who do not normally wear heels can easily wear this all day long.

I loved these shoes until the string started unraveling on one shoe after wearing for less than 3 weeks. Now I have to pay extra to get it repaired. Very disappointed.

I love Steve Madden shoes and I've never had a problem until I bought these sandals. I wore them for only two months and they started cracking-like all metallic shoes but they also untwisted and the strings were falling apart which made them impossible to wear anymore.

Well, these are very cute, but they cut my feet the first day I had them on. I was bleeding from the straps going on the inside of the foot (both feet). Comfort level low, the look is good, but if you can't be comfortable in them, then what are they really good for? All in all - for the height that they are, the comfort level doesn't match. I wouldn't recommend these particular ones, but still love Zappos and still love other Madden shoes.

Good fit, comfortable and look very cute. Heel height allows the shoe to be dressy or casual. I have them in silver and have received many compliments. I have also been surprised how many outfits the silver shoe coordinates with. I may still buy them in black too :)
