I am a size 11 and I ordered a size 11, fit perfectly. Best running shoe I have ever owned and very comfortable if you are just wearing it out on the town. Stylish, yet versatile.

I love this style although some might just think they're ugly. They remind me of one of my first pair of running shoes: some old "Jazz" I got in 1990. That being said, they're very comfortable and feel like slippers. Not much support in the sides or arch support. But great knock arounds! Priced a bit high for what they are, but aren't all sneakers?

My husband and I have always pretty much been New Balance fans. I stumbled across the Saucony Jazz Low's for women and loved the vintage look and the colors. Something New Balance is lacking. I got my first pair of Saucony's last week and I won't be going back to New Balance! They are SO comfy! Even more comfortable then NB and I thought NB's couldn't be beat. I have decided to purchase a pair of men's Saucony’s for my husband and see what he thinks. I know after he tries these on, he won't be such an NB die hard.

Pretty good shoe. It's very light and comfortable at first. I was a little disappointed in the vinyl on the shoe; I thought it would be mesh at least. I've had them for about 3/4 of a year, and I already tore through the insoles and the shoe is starting to separate from the sole. I guess I give my shoes quite a beating, but I was hoping for more from the durability. I don't know how 80% of the people thought there was moderate arch support...it's nonexistent. Don't wear these for anything athletic; it's solely a walking shoe.

My first shoe of choice is the New Balance 574. It's got a classic look, and it's the most comfortable shoe I've ever had. I basically never looked elsewhere for a style of shoe to buy. Recently stock has been terrible on that particular shoe, and the color ways have been pretty lacking too. I looked all over this site for a good replacement, and ran across these. They were a bit cheaper, and had the same general look so I went for it. They are about as close to a pair of New Balance 574's as you are going to get. They are comfortable right off the bat. The colors are all really rad too (I got the charcoal with neon green and black). I don't think I'll be going back to the New Balance any time soon. These are a better buy, for the same quality. On another note, I want to point out that I ordered these shoes at around 11:45 on a Wednesday night, and they were on my desk at work the following morning at 8:00 am. That's 8 hours and 15 minutes to ship my order. How the heck is that even possible? Amazing shipping.

The only problem I ever had with them is that the treads wear out sooner than other shoes.

Finally, a hipster sneaker for the big-footed!
This is a super comfortable, well-fitting sneaker. I would not use it for "athletic" purposes, such as running. It accommodates my orthotic nicely, though and is a nice work option.

Extremely comfortable, like walking on air. Simple classic style. Only problem is they have almost no arch support.

Sneaker review -
These were a gift - my son so loves these shoes he sent me the link with the style, color and size as part of his Christmas list. All I had to do was order and pay. I ordered them nigh on to midnight on a Saturday shortly before Christmas. And to my amazement and surprise I got them Monday!! Now that is what I call customer service. I will be using your company in the future and have already told my friends about you.

I love this shoe -
This purchase was a gift and the recipient was thrilled with the look and color options for the shoe and most importantly the comfort.
Over the last 5 years I have purchased 12 pair of Saucony Originals Jazz Low Pro in a variety of colors and will continue to buy more as long as they are made.
This is without a doubt, the most comfortable and durable shoe I have ever owned and the very reasonable price tag will keep me coming back.

The most comfortable shoes I own -
Wow, these shoes are just great. I have a closet of ~35 pairs of shoes, and these are the most comfortable that I have ever owned. While clearly they are not meant to replace leather business shoes, they are really stylish with jeans or khakis of any type. I plan on keeping at least a couple pairs of Saucony on hand at all times.

Jazz Low Pro Review -
I had the luxury of having bought this shoe a couple of years. In this respect I was pretty confident regarding the shoe size. This is the first time I've ordered shoes online. If I had to be exchanging because it was a 1/2 size either way I wouldn't want to bother. But this shoe is amazing, light and comfortable.

Great shoe for the money -
The shoe looks great and is very comfortable. I would never run in it, but walking and lifting are just fine in this shoe. I bought a size 10 knowing that it would fit me like a size 9 in any other brand (thanks to the other reviews!) They were a perfect fit!

Ultra-lightweight shoe!
This is the most comfortable sneaker I've ever worn, it weighs next to nothing. Best of all was Zappos helpful customer support and extremely fast delivery.

First off, I’d have to say that the reviews were right about shoe sizing, that they do run small; had to send them back for a half size larger. Second, they also run very narrow. I was very surprised by that. I wear simples, Clarks, Eccos, Danskos, Birks, Keens, and these were the only brand to be like that. They look great, feel good overall, and are suitably priced. The only other caveat I have about the shoe, which I recently discovered, is that they are slick as hell on wet pavement, concrete, and wood. Not a shoe for inclement weather! And as always, Zappos was great about everything. Good for the money, you could do better if you wanted to spend more.

These are a great pair of shoes. I wore these all over Europe with no problems. I would order these a half size larger since they are a bit tight.

Zappos and Saucony are incredible - I have been wearing Saucony Originals Jazz for running for over three years now because I cannot find a more comfortable shoe that stands up to the pavement and trails that I run on. Plus they look great. As for Zappos, this was my first time ordering from them and I was very impressed with their selection and prices. After I ordered my shoes I called customer service with a question and after answering it, they gave me free next day shipping. Awesome!

Great shoes - I love my new Saucony Jazz, they are so comfortable, but also look nice. I'm glad that I found the size and color I wanted on Zappos. I would recommend these shoes to anyone whose looking for an everyday pair of shoes.

 |  | I just can't get over how fast your service is!! No company ships as fast as your company does. This is my forth order with you and I have never had a problem... My order goes through the same day and within that day or a day later, I'm getting an email saying my order has been shipped.; WOW!!! I don't see how a company your size can be so organized! If I could order everything from your company I would (food, clothing, gas ect...) kidding. Keep up the great job and I will keep ordering.
