More comfortable than I expected! The product is very much what you see in the picture, and much more comfortable than my regular sneakers. My only observation is that the color says light blue/gray/white, but I would say it is gray and white. It looks good, just not blue.

So comfortable! I bought these because my round-trip commute to work includes about a one-mile walk, and I got tired of my feet always suffering from cute-but-uncomfortable shoes. This shoe is not the cutest thing you'll ever see, but they need no breaking in, and it's awesome that they're slip-on. So convenient for running a quick errand, etc. Also, I'm consistently an 8, and I found them to be true to size.

These are very comfortable shoes! I had heel problems with other tennis shoes. Since many shoes have the extended tongue on the heel, was unable to wear them because of achilles tendon pain. This shoe is the only style that is wearable. Comfort goes a long way when working graveyard. Please continue selling this style shoe in the wider sizes.

I bought this shoe as soon as I could walk after surgery on my Achilles tendon - wanted a shoe without a back. I ordered a size larger because of the swelling. I've been very happy with the result.

I have 4 pair of these shoes in different colors and love them. I have wide feet and need a comfy shoe...and I found it. I can be on my feet all day and not even think of my feet. They are true to size and width.

Easy Spirit Traveltime is Very Nice -
I love these Easy Spirit Traveltime shoes so much that I have them in 4 colors! I wear them as much as possible and my feet remain comfortable in them for long periods of time. I bought a half size smaller for the more recent pairs because the shoes felt as though they began running larger. They're great for every day use as well as travel. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ordered wide and it felt right when I first wore it, but it stretched out and now it is very loose over the toe box. It is comfortable around the house, but definitely not for shopping.

Cute & comfy sporty shoe -
I love being able to get a cute sporty shoe like this in a narrow size. Wear these all the time with yoga pants, jeans, and capris pants. Can wear with or without socks and they are comfortable. Wish I could get them in lots of other colors too!

These are very comfortable shoes. They are light weight and you can wear them all day without hurting or rubbing. I love them.

Easy Time Wearing This!
Love this shoe. Extremely comfortable. The color palette (black and purple) with the black being patent leather was a bit strong. But the fit, LOVED it!

I've been buying these shoes for the last four years. I'm still wearing the first pairs, and continue annually to buy new colors. They clean up beautifully; I seldom wear anything else. This year they're even more shock absorbing.

Gray/Silver Easy Spirit Travel Time -
These are the fifth pair of Traveltime shoes I have bought and although these fit and I love them, they seem just a bit smaller, not quite a whole or half size difference but enough so I could not wear socks if desired: I am figuring they will allow for socks after wearing them a while. Width is fine. Great walking shoe which stays on and offers support for the old feet.

Like Slippers -
These shoes are amazingly comfortable. Once you slip your feet into them you feel immediately transformed to the comfort. I have flat feet and am always in search of a shoe to give me support and easy to put on. These have proven perfect. They are also very true to size.

Wonderful, light on your feet -
I tend to wear "comfortable" shoes in general but I also like to wear what's in style. These shoes I didn't think I'd like because I feel too young to wear shoes that look like these but they are the most comfortable shoes I own. I wear them all the time. They're light and soft on your soles. If you're looking for comfort and easy on and off these are for you.

This shoe is absolute comfort, and fits my narrow feet, even though it is a medium width. Perfect for travel or anything involving lots of walking.

Solution to a problem.
I am extremely impressed with next day service that you offer! The shoes I have ordered have fit, true to their picture, and comfortable. I wear a AAA, so it is had been hard for me to find shoes to fit. I think I have found the solution at last thanks to Zappos.

Great run around shoe -
I have these shoes in almost every color as I find them to be great in size, comfort, and perfect for those who want sneaker comfort, but hate tie-up shoes. I've worn them for work, walking around theme parks, and generally for running around and errands. I bought this color for a planned European trip in winter.

 |  | As incredible as it may seem, this is a true story: It was 6 days before camp started for three of my four children. As a working mom who loves to come home, pull on a pair of old jeans and sit on the floor to play Battleship or jam to Guitar Hero or sit outside and paint with water colors, it's easy to understand why avoiding the packing list can become a battle of wills. Every year, it's the same story and every year, it seems that the children grow 10 inches between the end of school and the start of camp, which sends me into a flurry of insanity as I try to piece together as many pairs of shorts, socks, shoes, and t-shirts as possible between 6 PM and midnight. Enter Zappos. At 10:00 on Thursday evening, my daughter and I clicked Confirm on an order for 3 pairs of Keens with standard 3-5 day shipping and quickly put the matter of water shoes out of our heads. You can only imagine our surprise when by 3:00 on Friday a box holding 3 pairs of Keens was sitting on our doorstep! But, we weren't finished. One of the three pair did not fit the intended child and the style of a second pair was not as easy to put on for the 7 year old as we had hoped. Quickly, we returned to the computer. One order was processed within seconds, but the second return continued to show up as an error despite multiple attempts. I grabbed the phone and called customer service. I was greeted with a bubbly and happy Hello! proceeded by an unprecedented ‘can do easily done’ attitude. The shoes were on their way and the return hadn't even left our house! There it was! Long lost TRUST with a capital T. By Monday afternoon, the replacements were in hand and by mid-week, the packing list had been conquered. Will we return to Zappos? You bet! Was the experience an absolute pleasure? Absolutely! Has Zappos redefined customer service and satisfaction? Let's hope so!
