Great Buy - As always, Keen is a great shoe. This shoe feels good on the foot and looks great. After buying several pairs of Keen sandals, I decided to try a shoe. They are very comfortable for all day walking. I ordered a size up as I feel they run a little small, but overall, I love this shoe!

Comfortable but not for me - I love Keens, but these weren't for me. I normally wear a 10, and in these I ordered a 10.5 based on other reviews. It fit perfectly. They were comfortable and supportive but I couldn't get past the look. They looked too mannish for me – not funky, just masculine. Too bad. I returned them, but as always, I love Zappos!

Love these shoes! I got these shoes because they looked comfortable, and they had gotten great reviews. I love them! I have worn them while on my feet for extended periods, and they offer great support. I also use them when going for walks around the neighborhood. I find that they fit true to size for me. Great shoes! I plan to buy a second pair in another color.

I got my first pair of Doc Marten boots. The Doc boots are a very nice stylish boot and very comfortable, but you might want to order one size bigger than you normally wear these run a bit small, but they are very cool! Thanks Zappos!

My favourite Keens yet!
Perfect for work, play, hiking, and so comfortable I think I could wear them as slippers! I have about 6 different pairs of Keens and these are my new faves. Great arch support, I like the footbed and the new colors are wonderful. If you like Keens you'll love these, and if you've never tried Keens, this is a great one to introduce the wonder of Keen shoe on your foot!

Just wonderful -
I love this shoe, I have always worn Birkenstocks for my work as a house cleaner but wanted something that I could tie and looked a little sportier. This shoe is so cute and I can work all day cleaning and running around and my feet or back don't hurt at all. I like how it looks and wear it with jeans and shorts and capris. Great shoe!

Great shoe. I have, what I consider, problem feet and am always on the hunt for a shoe that offers style and support without always resorting to an athletic shoe. The reviews on this shoe and on Keen styles have been very helpful. I never even heard of this brand until I read recommendations from customers on Zappos. What a find! Good support, good looking, and a perfect fit for my wide feet and falling arches. Thanks Zappos for carrying such a good variety of Keens. They are hard to find in stores. Your service in fantastic and I will continue to do business with you.

I decided on this pair of Keen's based on the look and reviews. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and a heel spur. The arch feels wonderful on my foot. The toe box is wonderful with lots of room. I wish I would have purchased them sooner!!!

I'm keen on Keen -
I've recently purchased the Keen Briggs in the peacoat color. Very nice looking shoe and makes my feet look very small. Looks great with jeans. I usually wear an 8, but in Keens I order an 8.5 and they fit perfectly! You can wear them all day and your feet still feel great. Amazing.

Awesome Shoes!
I have a very hard time finding a shoe that fits my feet... and I suppose I can be very picky. Anyway, I finally decided to purchase a pair of Keens after hearing amazing reviews from family members and other reviewers on this site and they are definitely worth the money. For some reason though, I did have to send back the original size purchased for smaller (I usually wear a 9.5, but ended up being happy with the 9s). I *highly* recommend these!

Great shoes - I am an Innkeeper/waitress at a conference center and I am on my feet all day. Years ago when I was complaining about my back and feet hurting, a co-worker said that I should always wear work shoes that have laces. I did and it helped a lot. I recently purchased the Keen Briggs and no more back pain even with the problems that I have with my back. They are wonderful and though they looked heavy and a little clunky, they are very light and sporty. I love them and highly recommend them.

A little clunky looking but so comfortable. I wore them on all shore excursions on a recent cruise to Alaska and they dried almost immediately when they got wet.

Very Comfy -
I wasn't sure if I would keep these shoes because I had heard they are for people with wider feet, but I ended up loving them even though my heel slips out a little when I walk. I don't care. I haven't taken them off since I got them, they are so comfortable. I love the look too even though it could be described as a bit clunky. I agree w/ the other people who said to order a half-size up.

These shoes are remarkable. I can wear them for a 12 hour day on my feet and neither my back nor legs hurt at the end of the day. On top of that, they look great with jeans. They are fully worth the price.

Sidewalks to trails -
Great shoes. I was looking for something to wear for a week in Scotland - cute enough for cities, but rugged and comfortable enough for lots of walking and even some hikes. These are the ones. They're just a bit funny-looking because they're so wide, but I like the old school sneaker styling and they're very comfortable. I wore them in cities and hiked up trails in them and they were great. No discomfort at all.

Really comfortable shoe -
This is truly a great shoe. I am on my feet at least 10 hours a day and this is the most comfortable shoe I have ever found for work. It is not the most attractive shoe I have worn, but the comfort makes up for it. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day anymore. I would recommend this shoe to everyone.

I have high arches and require extra cushioning and support, which unfortunately Keen does not seem to have. While this style was a little more cushioned than some of their others, it still was not enough for me and I have since gone with Teva shoes which have the extra cushioning and support I need.

MY LOVE...The Briggs - I don't think I have ever found a shoe as comfortable as the Briggs...and sturdy! I even wear them when riding my motorcycle. I love the protective toe and they make my feet look really small! I just wish they came in some different colors. Black is my fav but I have it in grey as well.

Cured My Plantar Fasciitis -
I had inserts made by my podiatrist and even they didn't help. Then I tried these shoes and within one week I was pain free! I have difficult feet to fit, wide, chunky big toe and square shaped line with a narrow heel. The 6 eyelets allowed custom fit. I hope Keen never stops making this shoe because I don't know what other shoe I could wear on a daily basis. I have all different colors to wear with different outfits. I wish Keen would make this same shoe as a boot, using the same sole.

Keens are the only shoe I never have to break in. Put them on and go. I have about 10 pairs now, and I love them all. I have a wider foot and these shoes fit me perfectly. Thank you Zappos!!

Pretty good shoe...
I wanted these, in black, for work because I am on my feet much of the day. They were pretty comfortable right out of the box, but after a bit of wearing them around the house, the back did rub my ankle slightly. But before I sent them back I wanted to see if it'd get better and it did. I know experts say shoes should fit right out of the box but these needed a few hours of wear. On my feet these shoes feel nice. I feel somewhat clunky walking across non-carpeted floors (a little loud)--but my feet feel fine at the end of the day. And, to be fair, I usually wear sneakers so this may be of no concern to others. One thing that I didn't see often in other reviews that surprised me is that these shoes make my feet sweat. A lot. Surely I can't be the only one? And it really does take some getting used to how wide they are. I thought others were exaggerating...no. It's wide! But it feels nice so you kind of forget about it. I wear a 10.5 (awesome that they make that size!) and have a slightly wide foot and these fit perfectly in that way. So in short: looks strange, feels good.

These are the best!
I purchased my first pair of Keens for a trip to NY. I walked for 3 days and my feet never bothered me. I am an RN and wear these at work where I am on my feet for 12 hours. They are great, good arch support, plenty of room for your toes!

Awesome shoe!!
This is not only a very comfortable shoe but it looks cool too. I like the all black leather of the Briggs because it looks somewhat dressier than the Keen Presidio. They also add solid black shoes laces which is nice. I must admit I don't like any of the other Keen styles - just too crunchy for me. Order one size up, these tend to run small. Thanks Zappos!! I had bought a Bronx and Astoria before and quite frankly the arch felt more comfortable than they are now. I work in retail and I am on my feet all day, so it really makes a lot of difference walking with a comfortable, higher arch shoe.

 |  | Your team rocks! On Labor Day (9/1) I ordered two pairs of Hunter boots because I wasn't sure which was going to fit best. First off, I get an email the next day telling me I'm receiving my boots priority. So that day, 9/2, I received my boots – after ordering on a national holiday, no less! I was wowed! I tried on both pairs. The ones that were too small I knew I wanted to return. The other ones looked like they had been worn before. I easily printed the return label/form for the smaller boots. I called customer service for the exchange and they handled it effectively and efficiently. She told me to send back both pairs of boots and a new pair would be sent priority. I assumed she meant after Zappos had received the returns. Nope! In fact, I received the correct boots today, on 9/3. How crazy is that? To order boots on a holiday, 9/1, and have the entire receive-return-receive wrapped up 48 hours later? AWESOME! Thank you for your team's great service. I've ordered before and now am even more of a fan for the service I received when something isn't exactly right. And that telephone recording with you and Serena Williams! Brilliant!
