These boots are the greatest! They are comfortable right out of the box, fit like a dream, and are beautiful, too! I ordered exactly to size and they fit well; they "gave" a little the first time I wore them to better fit my foot. And Zappos is amazing, boots arrived the next day. How do they do that? Can't wait to buy my next Justin boots from Zappos!

I have a couple pair of cowboy boots and I really enjoy them. I love these Justin boots! I needed a pair of basic black ones. These are perfect for the money. I will probably just stick with Justin because I'm not ever disappointed. I did not need to break them in. They are comfortable and very adaptable to many outfits, and can even be dressy with a evening top, scarf and jeans. Some say the shank is short. I think it is fine, and because I have a slightly larger calf, I like this as well as the width of the shank. I wear them with skirts, dresses and jeans/pants. They have white stitching which was a bit of a surprise. Couldn't decide if I wanted that or not, but it is neat, and if I don't, I will blacken the stitching with polish. I bought an 8M, which I typically wear. Yes, the heel slips, but I was always told that in western boots, this was how they were supposed to fit. And once you get used to it, it just feels right. No need for inserts etc. As far as arch support, I'm not a good one to ask. I do not like heavy arch supports with "humps" because my arch is very low to non-existent. These boots are comfortable to me. Zappos is the best. What's not to like with customer service, free shipping, and faster than lightning service? I can't believe how good this place is, and I usually don't like shopping on line.

Only wear Justin's! This is my 3rd pair of Justin boots. They always fit beautifully, and look great. As good boots should, they also break-in easily and look better with time. (I only buy my next pair when I absolutely have too.) And the price at Zappos could not be beat!

Boot lover!
Wanted a pair of western boots with a pointed toe. The budget won't allow "Old Gringos" so these came in a close second! Ordered my true size and they seem a little bit long. That's good for me though because I wanted comfortable toe room. Probably could have ordered a half size smaller but, for me, it would have been a little cramped. Overall I'm really happy with the boots.

My first pair of cowboy boots -
My first pair. I learned that you must wear tall socks - otherwise the little pull-on straps on either side will rub a raw place on your leg! I may also put a heel pad on the back to prevent heel slippage, or get the sock thickness just right.
My only gripe (and I really can't gripe, as I am the one who ordered them!) is I wish they had a little fancy stitching going on - they're a bit plain.
Like them a lot, gave them a 5!

Excellent Quality/Gorgeous Boot - 7.5A (Narrow) -
I am on my second season with this boot in 7.5A (Narrow). They are awesome! I wore them all last winter and they continue to look nice enough to proudly wear with skirts. They are true to size and true to width. The quality of leather and the durability of the sole is something other manufacturers could learn from. They are truly comfortable and are the best boots I have found.

Help threes been ice on the ground!!!
Since I’ve gotten my boots I haven't been able to wear them since we've had both snow and ice, not a good idea to walk with leather soles on ice... I've tried them on several different times and they seem to be comfortable, they have an overall nice look, and seem to be pretty soft. Guess I’ll have to wait to see how comfy they are when I start to wear them.

Pretty good for a basic inexpensive cowboy boot. They are a little tight and the shaft is wide and short. But they are starting to get a lot more comfortable the more I wear them. I got a half size smaller than I usually wear and that feels like the right size.

Too narrow for me -
I'm a typical 7.5 medium width and these boots were very tight - too narrow for me and I had on nylons! I'm a bit surprised because the other reviews said they fit fine. Maybe mine were mismarked but they were TIGHT!

They just arrived beautifully packaged and right on time. Thank you Zappos!!!! I never usually order boots on-line, but could not find any boot of this style locally that I liked. They are fabulous. I usually wear a size 10...these size 10 fit great in width, but the heel is wide and “slippery”. May have ordered a half size smaller, love them anyway so will put a heel grip in! Wanted to share the size info with readers so they can order accordingly...now I will order these in brown as well, but will try the 9.5.

Overall these boots are pretty awesome. I love how flattering they are. However, since they are pointy it would be wise to order a 1/2 size larger if your feet aren't used to narrow spaces. I exchanged size 6.5 for 7.

Very Pleased with my Justin Boots -
I am big on comfort, but don't want to sacrifice style and appearance. I got it all with these Justin boots. They're a good quality leather with nice stitching...kind of an understated western look that works well with jeans or business pants. I'm not that big on "western" but fell for these boots and fine myself wearing them often. I wear an arch support and found that these fit well ordering my usual size. They're comfortable all day!

Wear high socks or tights, I found the top of the shoes irritating on my bear skin, but I haven't really broken them in yet.

I love these boots. They are comfy (although I believe a more expensive pair would be even comfier) and they look great. I feel very western. I think anyone who is looking for cowboy boots that aren't crazy expensive would be happy with these.

I love these boots. The shaft is a little shorter than I expected...I'm only going to wear them with jeans so it's no biggie. After wearing them a few times they feel a little big. I'm a 9 & wish I ordered an 8.5

I have a pair of these Justin boots I've worn for 15 years, it was finally time to replace them with a new pair, and these new ones are just as comfy as the old! Doesn't take long to break them in, they fit true to size and are very well made. Excellent value for the dollar.

Thank you Justin for making my size (5)!! They are just as fine in the saddle as on the street - surprisingly comfortable for all day use. I just need my boot jacks to take 'em off, but that's also true with any of my tall boots that fit close over my arch.

These boots have changed my life.
Well, pretty much. I absolutely love them. If you're not used to cowboy boots, they feel really weird at first (I was convinced they were too big), but as they wear in, they fit great. I ordered my normal size. They're very very cute and ridiculously comfortable. The first day I wore them I ended up walking for miles, no problem. They are much shorter than I expected (not even 1/2 way up the calf).

I had a pair of these 15 years ago, and they really haven't changed. I put them on and they fit true to size, and feel as comfortable as pair of slippers. I have a wide foot too.

On one of my orders, Zappos was so amazing to give me a special priority in upgrading my shipping date to the next day I placed my order. What other place does that? Not only did they do that, they always email you right away when you place an order. Other websites take so long, you worry if they even got the order. And, in Zappos website, it's so helpful. When looking at an item, it gives all the information you need. Your size, your color, and price range you are willing to spend. AND if the item is sold out, they email you once the item is back in stock. Come on! What other website does all of this! None! When I receive my shipment(s) at home, the packaging is so cute, neat.
