Good looking boot -
I loved the looks of these boots, however, ended up sending them back. The strap that goes across the top of the arch is very tight and confining. I don't consider myself a high arch, but my foot felt very restricted by that. I certainly would not have been able to wear a sock with the boots. Too bad, they really are cute. Not sure if ordering a size up would have solved it for me.

Good Warm Boot -
I bought these boots for a trip to northern Canada so my feet wouldn't freeze & was quite happy! I have short, fat feet & normally take a 6.5-7 but bought a size 8 so I'd have enough room in the calf to tuck in my pant legs. These boots are WARM & have good tread, but need to be treated to make them waterproof (snow melts on them & soaks in) and I had to pull out the insoles the following day because the seam across the top of the foot hurt so much. But with flat sheepskin liners minus the arch support, I was very comfortable. Great Boot!

I LOVE these boots! They are awesome in fit and looks. I am very hard to fit, with very flat feet, wider at the toes, narrow at the heel, thin calves.....and these boots seem made just for me. The arch support is good, the toe room great, and no slip on my heel. I can sinch them up tightly enough so they are snug around my calves. Finally--warm feet and legs! Or so I hope. I've not yet worn them outside, but look forward to it. Just wanted to post a review to help others who might be interested. I did order 1/2 size up as recommended by others--I am a standard 9.5, and went with a 10. They fit like a dream! Usually size 10 swallows my feet, but these did not.
And Zappos was fast--ordered Saturday, got them Monday! They have much more variety, and better variety, of shoes than I can find here. Best thing is the No Risk option--free shipping and returns! :)

I ordered a size 6 - I'm usually a 5 1/2-6 - and it fit perfectly. The inside is ridiculously soft and the shoe is very comfortable. I ordered before 1 PST and received it the next day.

First, can I just say that Zappos ROCKS! They are absolutely amazing. I have told everyone I know about Zappos. Their customer service is absolutely the best ever! It is nice to find a company who still cares about its customers. I will get all of my shoes on Zappos from now on. Their prices continually beat out their competitors, and with free shipping, free returns, and lightening fast delivery, seriously what more could you ask for??? Ok, now about the boot: I want to sleep in this boot! :) It is so soft and cozy and the fact that it is completely waterproof just blows my mind. I don't know how...but your feet stay warm and DRY! :) I wasn't going to go hiking in 4 foot snow or anything like that, I just needed a boot that would keep me warm and dry while I built snowmen in the backyard with my kids, shoveled the walk, and ran errands around town in freezing snowy weather. I am a 9 1/2 usually so I ordered that and my toes were touching the front of the boot and it was uncomfortably tight across the arch area (and I have flat feet!) So I just exchanged them for the 10 and then they fit perfectly! It isn't tight across the arch and my toes aren't touching the top. They feel amazing, fit amazing, and stand up to the 3 feet of snow we got this weekend...amazing. :) I want one in every color. Way to go ULU!
*Also recommend the Sorel Caribou boot. Not nearly as "pretty" as the ULU Seona but is a serious boot that will keep you drier than a desert and toasty warm. It is not as tall as the Seona. And the Sorel caribou runs BIG. Order a half size smaller than usual.

Ulu Seona - A Perfect Boot -
This boot is unbeatably cute and comfortable. I own many boots - Uggs, Pajar, Earth, etc. None is superior to this boot.

Fit was strange -
I have a pair of Steeger Mukluks from Ely Minnesota and I love them but due to a weird job relocation thing they are in storage and currently unavailable to me for this and maybe next winter. I have been searching for the perfect boot to use until I can get my Mukluks out of storage. I frost bit my feet years ago working outside in NE Montana winter and need warm boots for winters in Maine. I thought these were going to be perfect but the fit was just not for me. My foot is a size 8 and I ordered a size 8. My arch is really not that high but the boot was very tight across the instep but was actually too long in the foot so I was afraid to order the next 1/2 to full size up. I returned them... my search continues...

Oops, mismatched boots...
I got these boots and when I opened the package they were different. One of the boots had a thinner, darker fur than the other which was a good inch thicker? Otherwise when I tried them on they fit true to size which I take a 9 and I loved the height. It was nice to be able to tie them tighter so they didn't look as bulky on the top. I ended up ordering the Earth boots which are more my style and I love the support you get with the negative heel:)

Best Christmas Gift -
I gave this boot as a Christmas gift, the recipient LOVES it. She has worn this boot almost everyday since she received it. She is a dancer and likes how the height helps keep her calves warm especially while walking across campus. The boot can be worn with her jeans in OR out, looks great. This boot is far better than an UGG, and has a good sole.

Finally - a gorgeous boot for Minnesota winters -
These boots are perfect for the harsh Minnesota winter and they look great. I've used them to build snow forts, shovel, and tromp through the slush during my bus commute to work; all with warm dry feet. I ordered a half-size up and they fit great. I have a very narrow foot so the heel felt a bit loose, but the adjustable laces create a snug fit around heel and ankle. It's hard to resist wearing these ALL the time, they are so gorgeous and snuggly.

Style, comfort and warmth!
I purchased these boots from Zappos about a year ago, have worn the heck out of them and they still look great. Now I'm back to buy a second pair. For the money a far better value than Uggs, and light-years ahead in looks and fit.

Almost a keeper -
These boots are very cute and pretty comfortable, too. I found that they hurt the top of my foot because of that strap, but I have a high arch. I recommend these as long as they fit you well.

Perfect Winter Boot!
I live in the northeast where it gets very cold and we get a lot of snow. This boot is absolutely perfect for that weather. The shearling inside this boot makes it so cozy, you want to wear them all the time.

Great looking shoe just didn't fit my foot!
Gorgeous boots! I wish they fit! I don't think I have an unusually high foot but there was a lot of uncomfortable pressure on the top of my foot where the seam for the lower and upper part of the boots meet. I never had this problem before with any other shoes before so ended up returning them. Other than that, it was toasty, and quite stylish!

This is an adorable boot. I received it for Christmas, the fit is exact and you can wear it w/o socks and your feet stay toasty. Wish Zappos had more in my size. Great boot...wait maybe I shouldn't tell you all that. It is really unique.

Great, stylish boot!
I was looking for a more stylish alternative to my Uggs, something that I wouldn't see coming and going and these boots are it! Fantastic on the leg, very tall shafts if you're looking for that, and somewhat wide, although you can adjust this with the laces. Very warm, too. I originally thought they were about a half size large, but after wearing them a little bit changed my mind on that. They do, however, look a little large and somewhat wide on my feet. Regardless, this is definitely a great boot; I'd buy them in every color if I could afford it!

I ordered these for a ski trip and they came right away thanks to Zappos fantastic customer service! They feel very warm and they are so fuzzy inside! I have very large calves (16") so I am always worried about the fit but they fit great - not tight! Much more stylish in person than the picture and they make my size 10's look smaller - AMAZING! I have very flat feet and the arch is a tad high for me but I think they will work out fine - I will not be hiking for millions of miles in them. Definitely recommend these boots!

These are much more substantial and supportive than my Uggs. Definitely run small, so order 1/2 size up. Very nice looking. I wish it would snow more so that I could wear them more often!

Definitely get a full size larger than your usual size, especially if you would like to wear socks. Otherwise, I think these boots are incredible- they are different than your run-of-the-mill Uggs. They’re gorgeous, very comfy and warm and look great with skirts.

Review of the Ulu Seona-
The Ulu was just what I was looking for... comfort, style, fit, warmth, and versatility. I ordered a size bigger than I wear in a shoe. (I don’t like anything tight on my foot, and I also like to wear a heavy sock.) It has very good arch support. I absolutely love the look of the boot. Your service is wonderful. I received my order within a few days. I also ordered the Tatuk, but the fit was very snug and narrow in the same size. I never would be able to wear a sock with them. (LOVED THEM, THO) I returned them and found your people to be very prompt, courteous, and efficient in processing my return. I will definitely be back!!!

Cozy!!!
I wanted to warm my cold feet and wanted full sheepskin. These are so cozy and light and though I haven't worn them outside yet, I feel they'll be warm. I love the styling. They are so attractive. I had to get used to not wearing socks in the winter, but just love them.

ULU Seona AWSOME!!
Received these boots in only a few days!! They are so comfortable and very warm! Like the fact insole can be removed for drying. These are made so much better than the look alikes from UGGS. Soles have great grip and double side walls make for longer wear when used in the outdoors. They even look great with a skirt! Have had nothing but compliments on them. I am so happy, and what a great price!! True to size also, order half size larger ONLY if you want to wear thick socks...I wear regular cotton socks or no socks at all, either way you will be warm.
