A surprise...
The bag/muff was somewhat of a surprise, in terms of size. Although, I have not had the opportunity to wear it yet. It maybe very useful but don't know that yet. I may want to look at buying a bigger Ugg purse..what style would that be? Size? Cost?

winter style -
I really like this Ugg muff- nicely done- holds keys cell and small thin id holder. The muff part is a nice touch. Only thing is I bought this to match my Ugg fur jacket- each skin takes dye different so they are not from the same lot, they are not an exact match. Other then this the pieces look related and work together well.

Love the Muff, but want a longer chain strap -
This is an addition to my glowing review of a few minutes ago. I did forget one thing. The strap is too short. The description said a shoulder strap but if I hang it on my shoulder it hangs way up under my arm. If they would send me another chain for each (I orderec brown and black), I would be completely happy. But I love them anyway. Zappos is the BEST company I have
EVER dealt with.

If I don't have gloves -
I ordered the Sundance Muff in both brown and black to go with my brown Summit boots and the black Summits I will order next. I love them. Though they're small I knew that before I ordered.(I also ordered the Sundance grabbag for a larger purse.) It is wonderful to have those cosy sheepskin lined pockets to put my cold hands in. Zappos is the BEST BAR NONE!!! I recommend Zappos and UGG to anyone.

Wish it held a little more -
Great little bag but it is small even for evening. It cannot hold a wallet of any size and I can't even get an eyeglass case in it. It is still adorable.

A great Christmas gift -
The handbag that I ordered from Zappos.com was a winner on Christmas morning. Being a guy, I'm not good at chosing womens accessories. Zappos made it easy and the end result was excellent. I have to also mention the fast fulfillment and shipping of my order. UNBELIEVEABLE! Great job Zappos!

UGG Christmas Present -
I can't express how helpful Zappos was with my order. I had ordered this purse the end of October from another online store and was promised delivery the last week in November. I called the second week of November to check the status as I had not received it. I was told they didn't ship because they did not have any. They never even contacted me. I could place a special order with them if I wanted and have it in three weeks (after Christmas). I searched the web and came up with ZAPPOS. Wow what a nice experience. I would definitely deal with them again and again. THANK YOU ZAPPOS! Also, the price was lower and delivery was free.

Perfect Bag for any Climate -
This bag is such a wonderful addition to anyones collection. Although it only holds a few key items, it is perfect for a casual day or even a night out on the town. On top of that, it was so useful on my recent trip to Germany where it doubled as a muff to keep my hands toasty. Perfect gift for yourself or anyone who loves to keep up with the fashion while still being functional

Perfect for the cold -
We love the Muff, It has just enough room for the necessities for going out at night and it's great for keeping hands warm. We used our bags in Utah and New York, where we're from it's just for show.

Ugg Sundance Muff/Handbag -
Not only is this well-made and cute overall, I love using the muff instead of gloves or mittens. In the Chicago weather, it keeps my hands very warm. I love it.

I was really happy with the handbag - even cuter in person. I actually now want to buy one for my daughter. As a hockey mom, it is perfect while sitting in very cold ice rinks watching games. I'll be using it all winter long.

What a bag!
This great bag looks great with everything from jeans to mink!! Eliminates the need for both gloves and a purse. Used without the chain it looks so smart--and of course, since it's an Ugg,I'm sure it will wear like iron. I love it!!!

SUPERSTAR SERVICE!
I called Zappos today, to get some ugg boots for my daughter. I'm a little late in shopping and wanted them before Christmas, plus, I am nervous about purchasing online. The Zappo representative was sooooo kind and helpful, that all of my shopping will be done with Zappos from now on.She was very personable, etiquette, and I'll have the boots within 5 days!! Warm, comforable, room for essentials (keys, phone, ID). And you don't have to worry about "losing one" like with gloves. Works for me.

Cozy warm purse -
When I saw the UGG purses I laughed a bit thinking " A cozy warm Purse?!" Then I thought what if you could use it to keep your hands warm? The Sundance Muff was perfect. It is a great size and keeps all my items and my hands toasty. Everyone wants one now!
