This is a great bag. The leather is very soft which makes the bag hang comfortably on your shoulder. The bag is big and fits a lot of stuff in it. Zappos shipping was fast, as usual. Thanks Zappos!

Pros: Good travel bag with room for books, magazines, or small umbrella, etc. Cons: Not enough inside zippered compartments, no outside pockets, hard to find small items and they fall out easily.

Bought this for my sister-in-law. She liked the style of the purse, but the drop of the handle wasn\'t long enough, so the purse didn\'t rest properly on her shoulder.

This purse is awesome; very stylish, beautiful soft leather and well crafted. I wish it was available in tan. I would buy it in a heart beat.

I Love Zappos -
I ordered this purse (in brown) late last year. The leather was damaged so I called a representative who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! They exchanged my purse and made the process easy and painless. Zappos' customer service is unreal; I wish I lived near their distribution center because I'd march right over there and apply for a job. Oh, and the purse is great, too. I use it almost daily. It's kind of big (I'm 5'4" and thin) but it hangs straight so it's not as bulky as it looks.

I bought this bag as a present for my daughter-in-law. She wanted a good black leather bag and had admired a similar one that a friend had. She was thrilled. Loved the way it fits on the shoulder and especially loved how roomy it is. Although the top has a magnetic clasp, the bag is secure. It has zippered compartments inside to secure very important stuff. Overall, it was a huge success. And those of you who shop Zappos know that this is probably the best place to shop. I cannot rave about them enough. The bag arrived almost immediately. Kudos to all who work at Zappos.

The perfect bag for travel and touring!
I choose this bag for our trip to Venice. The bag is very soft leather with a handle big enough to carry over your arm...up close to your body for security. It is the perfect size for carrying a small water bottle, cell phone, tour book...and all the other essentials one needs for being out and about for the day! AND it looks VERY SMART! Love it!

I'm very pleased with zappos. I ordered this bag on Wednesday with standard shipping . Zappos delivered the bag the next day. Wow… The bag is roomy. I can put my thin textbook, bottle water, and small makeup case. The handle however is kind of stiff. But it’s ok.

Just the way I imagined it -
I had been eyeing this purse for several months at the store but couldn't commit. So I decided to get it for myself for xmas. It arrives and it was a soft as I remembered. I love the size, not too big, not too small. The only thing I wish is that the lining inside was a different color, sometimes things get lost against the dark background. It does have a side pocket for phone so that is easy to find.

I LOVE this bag. It's light weight, eye catching and so roomy! The detailed stitching really makes this purse stand out. I fell in love with the style when I saw it on Weeds and have been looking for a great deal since. I love this bag so much that I purchased it 2 colors and I'm considering also purchasing it in red. Rest assured that Zappos delivers exactly what they say. This is a VERY trustworthy site as experienced nothing but the best service for all 4 purchases off it.

Lucky purse -
This is my 4th Lucky purse and this one, like the others is made of beautiful soft leather and is very attractive. One thing that I don't like about this one is the handle could be a bit longer as you cant really get into the bag very easily. I think as it gets older it will get a bit easier. Overall I am happy with the purse and LOVE Zappos!

Lucky Brand`s Medium leather slouch -
I love this purse. I am very hard to please when buying a purse. Sometimes I buy and then return them but this is a definite keeper. It is so soft. I have never had a purse with a magnetic closure before but I love it. No zipper to deal with. So easy to get to your stuff.

Great bag. Other reviews are right on. The handle is very stiff. The inside pockets are small & the zipper pocket is not deep enough. The bag is very stylish… many compliments from folks who like good bags. The bag is large enough to handle a big wallet. I use a med size cosmetics bag to keep lotion, lip gloss, etc. organized - fits great & there is still room for everything else I need. I am very pleased with this purchase. Check out the black & gray patch work bag in the same style - very cute.

Great bag, great look, not good for long shopping hours -
This pocket book is great, lots of compliments on it. You can fit everything in it! Only problem is the handle part is hard, and if you have a lot of stuff in it and it gets heavy the handle digs into the shoulder since it’s not really that soft. I would not recommend using this bag for a long day of shopping for the season, but overall I love it!

This bag is beautiful; I've gotten a ton of compliments. The strap, although at first very stiff, has loosened up and is now very comfortable and the perfect length. My only complaint is that the bag is almost too roomy. It takes me forever to find my wallet, keys, cell phone, etc. This bag would be perfect if only there was a divider in the large compartment, or some more pockets to keep smaller items in.

I saw this bag in suede and searched for the black leather version on different retail sites. I found it on Zappos cheaper, and it arrived within two days! The leather is soft and the bag is beautifully made. It is already my favorite!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this bag!!!!! The leather is unbelievably soft. I saw other reviews about the handle being really stiff but I did not have a problem. It's a great size and fits so nicely under your arm. I get compliments on it all the time!!! It has several pockets inside that make it easy to keeps things organized. Very pleased with it, can't think on one negative!

I got this after eyeing it for a while. It is a perfect, everyday bag. I carry A LOT of stuff and everything fits. After having it for a few days, I noticed it was on the TV shows Weeds AND Sons of Anarchy. Good taste costume designers! Worth the money. You can beat it up and it takes it.

A Great Every Day Bag -
I'd been looking for a perfect black bag for ages and I'd somehow convinced myself that I'd have to spend loads of money to find one. Not so; this Lucky bag is an excellent find at a great price. The handle stiffness breaks in after a day or two and I really like the magnetic enclosure; it keeps your bag closed but makes it really easy to reach in and grab what you need. Definitely recommend.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos.
