Great Boot -
These boots are great! I needed something sturdy and comfortable, but still on the feminine side. I ride a motorcycle, so waterproof was a plus! Awesome boots and terrific service from Zappos...I'll definitely order again!

I love these boots! A bit stiff at first, however they have broken in quite nicely, (within the first day). The fit is perfect. And, needless to say, I was delighted with the speedy delivery. I'm sure I am just one of many satisfied customers.

Nellie Timberland Boots -
I didn't realize this was a shorter length boot. I would have preferred a taller boot due to my work (landscaper) but I am satisfied with these. I was looking for a more "girly" look to wear this summer with shorts... and I think I found it. Thanx. P>S I have been quite impressed with your customer service and contact. You guys have really shown how important your customers are to the business. I rate you guys a 10 out of 10!

First of all, I was more than amazed when the Timberland Boots were at my door in 24 hours after I had placed the order. When I tried them on, they fit so well, just like they were custom made.

Love These Boots!!
These boots are wonderful. I ordered the black leather and they were a little stiff for the first wear but loosen up as you wear them. Comfortable and look great with jeans.

Nice dress boot -
This is a good looking boot for muddy, rainy conditions and some, but not deep, snow. It is very comfortable and true to size. It is a nice compromise between a serious and ugly hiking boot and a city shoe. My boot is all black leather.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I bought about 10 pairs of boots from all different places (and returned them all) and LOVE Zappos’s convenience the best! And these boots are awesome! They are so comfortable and look nice, even with dressier pant outfits. They're a little more narrow then I'm used to but I bought the 11 and they worked fine (I'm a 10 1/2 usually). Another great feature is they didn't have 11's in stock, but their email notified me that it was in a few weeks later. I had them 2 days after that! Great shoe and great service - thanks!

I wanted a stylish AND comfortable all black shoe and this shoe does both well! It may not be quite as stylish as my Donald Pliner shoes or Doc Martens, but they are a million times more comfortable and utilitarian! They fit perfectly, and can be dressed up or down. You really can't go wrong!

Very comfy shoe!
I bought this boot for a lady friend, and she absolutely loves them. The fit is excellent (true to size) and they are very soft and comfortable. Timberlands are a quality brand and this pair did nothing to disappoint.

Smaller than normal - hard to get my foot into the shoe -
I own 2 pr of Timberland lace up oxford shoes 8.5 medium - I wear orthotics and they fit perfectly in both pairs of shoes - this pair I couldn't get my foot into the shoe - too tight on the instep and too short.

The perfect all-purpose shoe--sturdy, comfortable, waterproof, lightweight, looks great with jeans. I have them in black and wear them everywhere. If I could only have one pair of shoes, this would be it.

This is a great shoe. I purchased this shoe more for looks than practicality. There are many Ladies Timberlands to choose from. I tried on most throughout stores first including the boys shoe sizes when my Ladies' size was not available. For maximum comfort, I say to the ladies, the Ladies' shoe is the better fit for us. The Nellie shoe is also the most comfortable of all the styles. For orthotics consider ½ size bigger.

Good sturdy low cut boot -
This was a perfect boot for riding my motorcycle. There is a great sole that is not too thick, but not too thin and there is a lot of traction for this use. It is also very pliable so is comfortable to wear.

I love these boots! I chose the black smooth leather & like the style very much! We went on a trip up to the Great Smoky Mountains. I had ordered a pair of similar boots from a different well known store chain. Their was a mix-up in my order & by the time I called & realized that they were not coming & that it would take way over a week to re-order them, I was so upset that I wasn't going to get them in time for our trip. So I found Zappos on the internet & was impressed at how quickly I would be able to receive them & that it was free shipping!! I also chose these boots because we live in S.W. Fl. and the warmer boots are way too warm for our winters. These are perfect for our coldest days. They had great traction for the snow & icy conditions on our vacation & helped to make for a wonderful vacation!! Thank you Zappos! I highly recommend these boots!

Great boots -
These boots are comfortable, stylish and sturdy. Look great with jeans, cargo pants or whatever else you throw at them. They're not the lightest but then again that should be obvious from the photo & the fact that they're Timberland.

Cute shoes!
These are really cute shoes but are somewhat uncomfortable around the ankles. The creases in the leather are very obvious (in the pink color).

Great winter boot -
I was very pleased with my Timberland boots. They are great with jeans on a cold wet day. I haven't yet "broken them in," which is why they feel a slight bit narrow on my feet. Otherwise, they are a great buy! Thanks Zappos.
