Look great...feel OK...just a little disappointed -
First...these NB's are the coolest style NB has put out in years....great retro look with some updated styling but unfortunately...a little outdated in the comfort/support efforts. I purchased the suede rust / cream color combo and was extremely disappointed that when going from the car to my house in the rain...the suede dye ran a little....they barely got wet and now they are stained a bit. I tried everything to get the stain out but no luck.
Overall...I would buy these again...although, I do think they are overpriced based on the fact that they are just not a very good engineered shoe when it comes to comfort...BUT...A++++ for styling....I guess I'm vain. ;)....or a masochist...LOL...

Comfortable kicks!
Classic look, stylish and comfortable. Perfect for an all-day wear shoe. Look great with jeans and I wear them to the office all the time and my feet feel great. Like most New Balances, they're a bit wider than most shoes which helps for wide footers like me. Great shoe!

Fit Right -
When I received my new shoes I couldn't wait to try them on. To my surprise, the shoes fit great. Surprised because, not having the chance to try them on in advance I wasn't sure they would feel so good. The fit is perfect, and they look great too.

Great shoes for my kid -
My son has a wider foot, but New Balance fit him well in a regular width. Zappos has a great selection to choose from! These have a cool retro look in olive green and yellow. My son is a senior in high school and loves them. Yay for Zappos!

These Shoes Rock -
Very happy with this shoe. I've had a pair of the 578's for a long time and decided to switch it up a bit. I like these ones a little better. They are cushier and therefore more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Found a great color on Zappos that I had never seen anywhere else either. This was my first purchase from Zappos and it was the best online shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered Thursday night around 9 and they were delivered the next day. Very pleased with the service!

I enjoy my shoes there very comfortable and are great with shoes. How ever they are a little akward to walk in at first but other than that a very nice shoe for the price

Good looking, comfortable and reasonably cheap -
Thought New Balance classics are prone to having really bad colors every few line-ups I'd say that, on average, they're my favorite maker of hassle-free hipster shoes.
More importantly, they are long lasting, quick and painless to break in and don't fall apart.
The rest of you clowns can freak out over ugly, expensive, uncomfortable limited edition Nikes with neon-basket weave toes, I'll stick with these.

Zappos is a lifesaver!
My teen son only likes older New Balance shoes (they run nice and wide) and they are getting hard to find especially since he's in a size 17 now. Since they do tend to run wide they are perfect for him and since Zappos has a great selection and great prices they are perfect for me. You now have 2 customers for life!

Good casual shoe, but needs more arch support -
Nice old school shoe design with nice proportions and good cushioning. The last shape is best for people with very straight feet, rather than for folks with a mild curve like me. This is issue is felt in the toe box, where the ball of my feet and sides of my big toes feel a bit squeezed. This shoe would be improved by adding some arch support, as it has none. Best worn for casual fashion rather than athletic activity.

Great everyday casual shoe -
Not an athletic shoe per se, but a great comfortable everyday shoe. Interesting and different color combos. My teenage boy loves them.

It’s a crowd pleaser -
This shoe is best for a night on the town, but not for everyday use. There is no arch support so your feet will hurt in a very short time if you have arches of course. So basically it’s a shoe for its looks, not for its comfort because it has none. If you want great arch support go with the 574.

Neat shoes - not much support -
I got the brown/cream combo and the looks of this shoe are great. I bought because of the SL2 last but was disappointed in the support. Lots of heel pain with this one - wear your orthotics!

Great for wide feet -
I have wide feet, making it hard to buy sneakers. Not many stores carry many styles in the wide NB width. Fortunately, Zappos does. Wasn't sure of size, so bought one in each, and very easily sent one pair back. Zappos made this a very easy purchase. As for the sneakers, they look and feel great. Love the throw-back styles.

I was looking all over the place for a different style of new balances besides for the 574's. I found these and the color is absolutely awesome.
They are just as comfortable as every other New Balance sneakers.

Comfortable shoe looks "weird" with jeans.
I purchased the black and blue shoe of this model, and it is comfortable. However the blue on the shoe doesn't look too sharp with blue jeans. I mean I still wear them with jeans, they are just a little awkward.
