Great cushioning (bye bye shin splints), good for stability -
I had horrible shin splints and foot discomfort before I bought these shoes (I went a size up which you should always do with sneakers - go up 1/2 a size or a full size) and I felt like I was walking on a cloud. I've used them mostly for running and high impact gym classes for over a year and it is now time to replace them though they still are great for low impact workouts.

Great Running Shoes -
Why are all running shoes so ugly? These are great shoes for running, feel amazing on the feet, have great support and hold up well - but like everything else out there, they just aren't that attractive. I'm more interested in the quality of a gym shoe than the looks, but really wish they weren't white and silver anyway. I bought a half size bigger than I normally wear to have more toe room for running.

Great Shoe for running and walking around town -
I have a pair of these and they are so comfortable that I wear them not only to run but also all day long. I am on my second pair and plan to continue to buy these as long as they make them. They do take a few weeks to wear in though so give them time.

These are good looking running shoes but they are just not as comfortable as others I have tried. I bought wide, even though I do not wear a wide and they are still snug in the toe box. After moving around in them for awhile, the front part of my foot starts to hurt. I would recommend spending the extra money and purchasing the Gel Kayanos if you are a runner.

These are great shoes, the only thing I wish I had known was to order 1/2 size larger than your normal shoes! Other than that, really good heel support and very comfortable shoes!

This shoe made my toes go numb. I tried two different sizes; one was too small and the next half size down was too big and did not fit comfortably.

Heel too roomy -
I'm returning my shoes because the heel is too roomy for my foot. My heel moves around and these are not going to work out for my feet. If they did fit in the heel, though, I would keep them. They held the rest of my foot nicely, offered good arch support, and are nice looking shoes.

Not a bad looking shoe! I absolutely love Asics for running. My last pair of running shoes were Nikes and I ended up having tons of leg trouble from the shoe so I went back to Asics. These shoes have a great fit, excellent stability and a nice cushion.

Highly recommended.
Very good quality shoe. This is the second pair we have bought for my daughter. They have a good combination of cushioning and support. We highly recommend them.

Love this shoe! They're super comfortable and I wore them till they pretty much fell apart. Good cushioning, pretty good arch support, good traction.

Painful Heels -
I bought these shoes because of the reviews of people who had very painful heels and Asics seemed to heal them. These shoes feel like Cadillac’s on your feet, and look like Rolls Royce. My left foot feels comfortable and warm in the shoe; my right foot has a large bunion by the big toe and a heel that felt as if a spear had been stuck into it. I had to put a metal object in the right shoe overnight to stretch it out to accommodate my bunion, and now both feet feel great in the shoes. The stinging pain in my heel left almost immediately. Thanks.

Great look, comfortable, but a little shorter than indicated by length ordered overall, very satisfied with product. Rheumatologist recommended running shoe for walking on treadmill because of my back problems.

super comfy is the Asics Gel-1110 -
i heard through a friend how comfy these shoes are for walking and my friend said to go thru zappos.com......am i glad i did they are super..i just love them and ordering was so easy and shipment was so fast thanks they sure help my walking at 5:30AM each morning!!!!!

Love these shoes and immediately turned them into my everyday shoes. I find that gel works better in cushioning my feet than air. These put a nice spring in your step! I got the pink ones and have been amazed at how clean they've stayed on the NYC streets.

Love these shoes!
These shoes are so light weight and comfortable. They run true to size in both length and width. I wear orthotics in mine and there is still plenty of room. These are great for walking, running and everyday wear.

I never seem to purchase the right running shoe, but the Asics Gel-1110 fit comfortably and is light for an easy jogging shoe.

Roomy toe-box, snug heel, perfect medium arch support. Someone put some thought into the design. Very comfortable right out of the box. No blister points. I have been wearing them every day- mom errands, some treadmill, and even around the house on the hard floors. Would rather have them on than be barefoot! Bought the raspberry/grey- a little darker color than pictured. I am between 7 1/2 and 8- 8 fits perfectly! Would definitely buy again!!

I am very happy with these shoes! Will buy again! They felt wonderful right out of the box. I am between 7 1/2 and 8, 8 fits perfectly. I feel like someone was paying attention when they designed these for a woman's foot; snug heel, even support, balance, roomy toe-box, etc... No blister points or any problems. I use them for treadmill, errands, and even around the house for better support on hard wood floors.

I love Asics -
I have been running for 2 and a half years, I put in over 50 miles per week. Initially I was wearing the wrong make of shoe with very little support. I suffered a serious injury to the hips, back and calf, I’m only 24, I ended up forking out a lot of money on physics, who were a waste of time. Then I found Pilates and Gel 1100, heaven I have not had an injury since. If you over pronate please buy these as they are worth it in the long term.

First Pair -
I took up running about a year ago and had some crappy generic shoes to start with. I bought these after suffering from the side effects of bad support and have been in love with them ever since. I've beaten the crap out of these shoes but they've just kept going. It's getting about time to replace them but I'm confident that I'll stick with this brand.

 |  | I just want to compliment the Zappos team for the superb customer service I received recently. I recently attempted to return a pair of shoes for my daughter hoping to exchange them for a larger size. After a week of not hearing from Zappos regarding the status of my return, I called to check in to find out that they had no record of the return on their end. The gal I was speaking with (unfortunately I didn't get her name) offered to call UPS to locate my order. UPS also had no record of my order either. I was very frustrated and had no idea what happened to the shoes. She was so kind and reassuring that it was not a problem at all and would process the exchange any way!
