My first Stuart Weitzman disappointment -
I own 10 pairs of Stuart Weitzman shoes and this is the first pair that is just plain uncomfortable. They are sturdy and easy enough to walk in, but the toe box feels sooo tight. I'm going to try to get them stretched at a shoe repair place.

I'm 11M (standard), and while I could tell the shoe would fit fine after one or two wears, the style is so classic it borders on boring. For this price, I want something more than basic, practical-looking shoes.

The Perfect Pump -
I love these shoes. They are gorgeous, and it so hard to find pumps with rounded toes. They are also comfortable. I'm on line to order a second pair.

Amazingly comfortable!!! I bought 2 pairs!!
Fit felt a bit snug at first, but with just a few hours of wearing, the leather really softens up and they are the MOST comfortable pair of black pumps I own. I ordered true to size (8 when I am an 8) and there are no problems.

I love these shoes!
Buy these shoes, they are wonderful! The rounded point toe is so comfortable, and the thicker heel makes walking in these shoes very stable. They look high, and they are (I think they are 3 1/4") but if they are comfortable and easy to walk in, what's wrong with having the appearance of longer legs? The first day I wore them, I wore them for more than 10 hours and I felt great -- they did not hurt my feet, and the compliments I got that day were amazing. I hope they expand this shoe "Purist" into different colors.

Great shoe for wide-leg pants -
I bought this shoe to wear with wide-leg dress pants--I needed a sturdier, thicker heel than the stilettoes I wear with my jeans. This is a great classic look that won't age. The fit is good, and I found that the heel height (I measured it)is exactly as Zappos represented -- even with a size 9. I haven't worn them for a full-day yet, but right off the bat they rubbed on the inside right under my ankle. I'm going to keep them b/c I can't find another shoe that I like as much with the sturdier heel. I'll try using moleskin inside the show on that area and maybe try an insert that will give my foot more of a lift to avoid the rub. I usually have to doctor my shoes anyway b/c my feet are narrow and kind of bony. Hope this review helps someone. Oh--and excellent shipping service from Zappos by the way.

Gorgeous but uncomfortable -
First, I must say this shoe looks great on but...to be honest...unfortunately I can't say its one of the most comfortable, "painful but gorgeous". You can't just "slip" these on and expect to wear them for a long period of time. I was very disappointed because I love Stuart W. shoes and these look so great on but not comfortable.

Comfortable but classy. In general, Weitzman runs 1/2 size smaller than other brands. Weitzman has great narrows.

Every bit as good as expected -
I don't have much to add to the other raves posted, but suffice to say that these shoes meet all expectations. For my foot (which is somewhat narrow) they fit perfectly with no uncomfortable pressure points to break in-- unheard of! I did buy a half-size larger, as recommended. I will mention that they are not 3 1/4" as Zappos states-- it's closer to 4". But they are the most comfortable 4" heels I've ever worn.

Fabulous Pump -
Remarkably comfortable for a heel of this height. They look fabulous on my feet. Plenty of room for your toes. I have another brand with heels this high and I can hardly wear them and walk very far.

Most comfortable shoe -
This is the most beautiful, comfortable shoe. I am on my feet 12 hours a day and these shoes feel like slippers despite the high heel. I bought 3 pairs! You get what you pay for.

These are the best-fitting pumps I have ever tried on. I searched a long time for a simple, unadorned quality pump, without an excessively pointed toe, and I finally found them.I will definitely buy Stuart Weitzman shoes again because I am very impressed with the quality. I love shopping at Zappos, and I've become spoiled by their excellent customer service. It is such a pleasure. I have never had a problem with an order I have placed or a return. They truly put other internet shopping sites to shame. When I have a bad shopping experience I find myself saying "you're no Zappos!"

I am a fan of Stuart Weitzman shoes. I have trouble wearing pointed toe shoes; this shoe fits the bill... This is perfect. It is slightly rounded, Sexy, comfortable and versatile. I can wear them for business, with pants or for evening.

I bought the black Purist w/ the wider heel which makes it more comfortable standing for long periods. It's a great looking shoe that goes with almost anything! I do have to use a shoe horn to get my bare foot in comfortably. I have a small foot so girls with normal to wider feet may think the shoes are a little tight. The toe of the shoe is beautiful; not too round & not too pointy!

Painful but gorgeous -
The look of this shoe is classic, but they are very painful. You can't just "slip" these on, instead you have to spend time forcing your foot into the shoe. They can be painful even just sitting at your desk as they are quite narrow and the shoe painfully squeezes the sides of your feet. I kept them because they are visually so appealing. Order a half size larger and avoid the pain that you would otherwise have to endure.

Striking Red Accent -
These beautiful red pumps are so comfortable and beautiful! I wear them with a black suit for an eye-catching accent. They also brighten up an evening ensemble.

Classy and comfortable!
This shoe is not only classy and well-made; it is also very comfortable (for a high heel). The toes are rounded, but not so much that it looks overly "trendy." This shoe would be a great staple for any wardrobe.

One of the most gorgeous pair of shoes I have ever owned. Unfortunately I can't say it's one of the most comfortable -- designers just don't seem to get the concept of "wide." Still, I will sacrifice comfort now and again for the classic beauty of this shoe.

One of my favorites -
A great shoe overall. I love the shape of the toe... it's not too round nor too pointy. Heel is a nice height. Sophisticated enough to wear to work but sexy enough to wear out on the town.

Absolutely wonderful shoes! Extremely comfortable and easy to walk in. I like them so much I'm going to get a second pair. Hey Stuart - sure would love to see these in other colors that can be worn to an office, like wine/burgundy, taupe or navy blue!

Fab shoe-
I was a fan of Stuart's Lady Black pump and got the Purist to replace them. This shoe is a great buy. Tremendously easy to walk in despite its 4" height. I gave it 4 stars out of five for comfort because I work all day long standing up, no sitting, and I can only get through about 5 hours before these shoes start to hurt. In the Lady I could be standing for 8 hours and have no prob. However, Purist is a great shoe, enjoy!

Love this sexy shoe!
This shoe is wonderfully sexy, and perfect with a dress, a suit, or jeans. But beware if you have trouble with high heels...I wear an 11 and they are nearly 4 inches high.
