Tougher than they look -
I wore these shoes for the first time to my birthday dinner. On the way to a club, I got caught in a torrential rain storm. I figured they were ruined. I took them off when I got home and let them dry out; the feathers fluffed right up and look exactly as they did before!

Fabulous Kate Spade!
These shoes are so very pretty. The feathers are funky and feminine, but don't make you look like an extra from Moulin Rouge. The suede is incredibly soft and the heel feels really stable. I would probably buy them a half size larger because I'm usually a 9 and I got the 9 1/2 (it was all that was available) and they are just the perfect fit!

 |  | I love my shoes, but most of all… I LOVE the courteous service you all provide. A thousand thank yous might just cover my appreciation for Zappos People. You make shopping easy... and I do love being spoiled. Someone asked me, "Why don't you shop at a particular shoe outlet store. It's waaay cheaper. You get the same shoes, same brands that you like, but less expensive." I couldn't argue the store’s affordability, but then again, by the time I make time after work or use my precious weekends, then drive... (gas-ching, ching)! And if the shoes feel okay for a minute, then have to be returned... same process all over again, and sometimes they will not refund your $$! Well, my only argument is that I shop with Zappos online, save gas and money, save time, and shipping and handling are FREE! They can't woo me away from you guys! or women! Thank you all. Sincerely,
