Best Shoes -
These are fantastic. There is no other shoe that is this dressy (the less design on the shoe the dressier it is) and this comfortable (due to the thick rubber sole). They are being discontinued so I bought 3 pairs. I hope I never need any more -- given Allen Edmonds' reputation and repair abilities, these may be all I need for life.

Great shoe with great comfort.
This is a great shoe, very stylish and comfortable. It can be scuffed, however, so use caution is you are walking in difficult terrain. But the scuffs do polish out with little difficulty. The shoe fit me perfectly and I love the rubber heels.

Great fit right out of the box -
This shoe had virtually no break in period at all. Comfortable right out of the box. I do a lot of walking on NYC streets and the rubber bottoms on this shoe were extremely comfortable.

Not as good as the old Benton -
Front toe portion of the sole was different on the right shoe compared with the left (squared vs rounded). Almost seemed like an irregular "second quality" pair. However, a comfortable well-built shoe, and width is good. Probably needed a half size larger. The discontinued Benton is still the best casual comfort shoe from A-E.

Best shoes I ever owned -
Just putting them on makes me feel special. I love this shoe. It's light on the foot, comfortable and solid.

Wonderful shoe. Bought it for my husband, who's had Allen-Edmonds before and as always they are sturdy, classic, comfortable and beautiful.

Allen-Edmonds never fails -
My favorite shoe brand. Of course these, like most Allen-Edmonds shoes are for the traditionalist not the trendy. I always buy one half size larger and am always pleased.
