Excellent product! Although I can still feel that my pack is heavy, this bag is definitely sturdy enough to handle the load. I am extremely satisfied because it looks great and feels durable.

Great buy for bus commuting -
This is a great little pack for getting to and from work by bus. I got it for my niece and she was thrilled and says it is very roomy.

Product exact - zip ship- FABULOUS experience -
We chose the Wasabi in pink and white for a high schooler. Great choice- roomy, plenty of compartments, water bottle net is a great extra! Look is casual and hip. Weight distribution on straps is great- carries a very heavy load.
Would buy anytime from Zappos- lightening speed delivery!

Great bag for students -
I’m a graduate student and this bag is great for me. The medium compartment has great features (key holder, pockets) and the main compartment is large enough for a few textbooks and a laptop, yet does not look overly bulky when it's not full. I find the shoulder straps to be comfortable and don't mind the curvature-- perhaps because my shoulders are relatively broad. The mesh pocket on the side nicely fits a travel mug. It’s also very simple; no extra loops or straps. Overall, this is a great school backpack.

Loved and Hated -
I loved this backpack when I had it last year, it was strong and so sturdy.
Then- this year I ordered a backpack from Zappos, and a month into school it already has a ripped strap. I think the quality went down.

I ordered this backpack for my daughter. She liked the colors, and we normally buy Jansport for back to school. We live in a small town so we would have to do a day trip to find selection. It arrived quickly and is very sturdy and well made.

Good Backpack -
This is good for school. It's got lots of room but doesn't look too bulky. I agree with the previous review that said the straps are kind of funky. They aren't designed perfectly for the user's comfort but they aren't bad enough that I wouldn't recommend the bag. There are plenty of pockets and it looks pretty sharp.

Great pack!
I bought this after coming back from a trip on which I wished at least 2 dozen times that I had a backpack. I was using a shoulder bag that was absolutely killing my shoulder and back. Jansport products are always well-made, so it was a no-brainier to go with this brand. I did hesitate a bit at the price, but Zappos makes returns SO SIMPLE that I knew I could just send it back if I didn't adore it. I shaved off one star for comfort, just because the straps are a little wider than they really need to be. However, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pack to anyone. It's roomy and sturdy, and would work well for just about any purpose.

Great backpack -
I really like this pack. I don't use it everyday, but I recently used it for an overnight trip and had MORE than enough room for my stuff, and then some! Very easy to access all of the pockets and it's fairly comfortable. I think because mine is new, it feels a bit stiff, but that should change w/use. Definitely recommend this backpack.

 |  | Wow. I placed an order online in Seattle yesterday at 2pm and this morning before I finished my first cup of coffee a UPS guy was standing in front of me with my shoes. I was going to ask if he had a shoehorn and could put my shoes on, because it was almost like being in a shoe store it was so fast. And best of all, it was free shipping. I feel like leaving you guys a tip or something. But I’ll tell you what, 3 other people in my office saw what went down and they were all on Zappos today shopping and I know they told a few friends.
