Nice!!!
They take some getting used to when walking on the hard soles but believe it or not are super comfy. I suppose because the shearling makes them kooshy. They look sexy with a simple dress or denim skirt and are even great under jeans. These are by far one of my favorite purchases this past year. They are sexy and beg for compliments!

Chic and Comfortable -
This is a great pair of boots. The fit is good; the inside is very warm and comfortable. It looks great under jeans and even better with dress. I love Michael Kors shoes-- good quality and stylish as always.

I was so excited to get these, but they just weren't all that I expected them to be. They are cute, but the sole is pretty hard and the fake shearling isn't very soft or cozy. You can't fit jeans inside them, so you can't really see the cutest part unless you wear them with a skirt.

Great Boots -
I got this shoe today and I can't wait to wear them this winter. They are a little narrow, but they fit me perfectly. The calf area is pretty wide. They look nice with skirts, and with jeans. Very sexy and warm.

Suede boots -
These boots are not as comfortable as I thought they would be. The black suede is rubbing off all over the beige fake shearling, which I also thought for the price would be real shearling. I only wore them once and discovered these problems. I am contemplating returning them.

The boots are just gorgeous! They are very comfortable to walk in, but I would not recommend getting them if you don't have narrow feet, because they do run narrow. One of the notches that held on the string that wraps around the boot fell off the day I got it but Zappos replaced them with a new pair and I have not had a problem with these.

Gorgeous boot-
I purchased this shoe right away before they would go out of stock. I receive compliments every time I wear them. They look great under jeans, with jean skirts or over tapered leg jeans. They are worth the money and the service at Zappos is great!!!

Comfortable, warm, look good especially with a long wool coat… Don’t even feel like you're wearing heels. Get them treated before you wear them.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
