I've had these shoes for about 18 months and they are very comfortable. I feel they are a bit wide so about 1" of the strap ends up on the floor by the time I get them snug enough. The velcro on the straps didn't last but 6 months. I had to bring them to the shoe smith to have a snap applied. They are amazingly durable, still look great and I still happily wear them. Although I purchased them locally, I think Zappos is awesome and will continue to e-shop for shoes here.

These are some of the MOST awesome shoes!!! These are the most comfortable shoes I have EVER had!!! My co-workers call them my bowling shoes with tred but they sure do love my FAVORITE Red shoes!!! And so do I!!!!!

Bought these locally in brown -
This shoe seemed large in the heel width for me. I could not adjust it tightly enough to keep it from rubbing my heel. Lovely leather and I like the negative heel. I think a lace-up would be better for me.

These shoes are just great!
The leather is top quality. The negative heel really improves my posture (I'm a sloucher). I walked around Disney World in these shoes for literally hours and hours and they were fantastic. You can't say that about many shoes. Yes, they have more arch support than you may be used to, but I didn't at all find it bothersome. I'm a perfect 9.5 M and found them to be true to size and wonderfully roomy in the toe box. I'm a 37 year old mom and I'm fine with the style of these- it's a good thing to look cool and different and stand out in a world of Crocs. Earth shoes rock!!

Revoking my previous review -
About a year ago, I gave these shoes rave reviews, even though I noted that they seemed a bit too wide. Now that considerable time has passed, I have to say that they are much too loose to be comfortable. I have to wear two pairs of socks to tolerate them at all, and even then, they're still not great. I love my Earth sandals, but these, sadly, are going to be donated to a thrift store after fewer than twenty wearings.

Great, very comfy, good arch support. I'm on my feet all day at work, and this felt good from day one. They're a bit big . . . maybe a little wide? Or a little long? I'm not sure which, but it's not enough of a problem to bother me. I think they're adorable, too, but I gave them a four for the look since my husband and coworkers (all guys) have been making fun of me and my sister says I probably only think they looked cool because I lived in Europe. Still, I love them!

Nice looks, but unhappy feet. I bought these to help combat plantar faciatis (sp). I wore them a few times and instead of getting more comfortable, they got worse. My foot would start to get numb and tingly from too much pressure on the top (and the strap is too short to be very adjustable). Then, my pinky toes really got rubbed. The longer I wore them, the more uncomfortable they felt. I tried to stretch them, but that didn't work. What a waste of a LOT of money! Next time I'll stick w/ cheap trainers and good insoles.

These shoes are so comfortable but are cut wide through the front of the foot. It makes the shoe fairly large all-around. You can't deny, though, that they are uber comfy. I will be wearing a thicker sock to compensate. They by no means make your feet look petite, either, so if that is an issue for you, this isn't your loafer!

Earth’s Vision 2 -
I wore this shoe all day every day on a weekend trip to Chicago, during which I was on my feet, and walking, every minute of the day. (Or at least it felt that way). It's a wonderful shoe. I am totally dedicated to Earth shoes.

No more foot pain -
These are great shoes. I work in food service and am on my feet a lot. My feet were constantly sore and tired. Not any more! The only problem that I have with these shoes is that they did stretch out a lot. I should have ordered one size smaller.

I wish that I would have sent these back, but I tried very hard to make them work.
They are a very cool looking shoe but the strap is useless.
Bad design!
Now they are sitting in my shoe trunk.

Roomy shoe -
A nice shoe but found myself swimming in it. For a closed shoe, I am going to have to stick with earth shoes that have ties.This one runs wide and the velcro straps are almost non-functional.

Like a slipper...
These shoes are soft and comfortable. They are a bit wide and the velcro strap does not cinch tightly, so they do fit my feet "loosely"... but they are just snug enough to stay put and give a very nice, roomy feel. I wouldn't run in them, but they are a great general purpose shoe!

I bought these shoes to walk to and from work in, and find them comfortable for this. Usually I buy size 9's but read the reviews before buying and found the 8.5 fits well with thin socks, but no extra room for thicker socks. Also would mention that the straps only snug up the fit slightly.

Great knock around shoe -
Be sure to order a half size smaller than usual on Earth shoes as they all seem to run a half size big. This shoe is a great everyday shoe, especially for standing a lot.

I’d buy them again -
I’m addicted to Earth shoes. I have a neuroma in my left foot which makes almost all shoes uncomfortable for me. Earth shoes are the only shoes I’ve found which relieve the problem (while I’m wearing them). This is the 5th pair I have from Earth and it is by far the best. Has the best and most secure fit of all that I’ve tried and is also the most attractive. It’s very cute, slightly sporty looking, but refined enough to go with more urban outfits. I’ve gotten tons of compliments and will probably order them in another color. I’m on my feet all day at work and walk my dogs in these shoes. They are appropriate and comfortable for almost any activity. I love them and, of course, Zappos service and delivery were great as always.

Comfortable, but not enough heel support -
Leather is very soft and comfortable. The shoes are very cute looking. The negative heel technology may be good for body alignment, but they don't have enough support if you walk a lot. I brought these shoes on my last trip and my heels were sore after whole day of walking. So far, this is the only pair of Earth I have. If they could improve heel support, I would definitely buy more since I really love their style.

I am on my feet 12 hours a day. These shoes are a heaven send! Easy to slip on and off, airport friendly (where I work) and they look good. If you are looking for a shoe that fits the bill this is it.

Bought this shoe for my mom as a fashionable casual everyday/walking shoe. She loves it and says it is comfortable. She has intermittent back pain and the shoe works for her. She is a straight 8.5 and the fit worked for her.

Cute, but having trouble breaking in -
I can't decide if these shoes are comfortable or not! When I put them on in the morning, they feel waay, waay too narrow for my foot, but then later I sort of get used to them. Then by the end of the day I am suffering, and can't wait to take them off. I guess I just have wide feet! Hopefully I can break them in enough that this isn't a problem, because I think they are really cute.

Feel really sloppy -
Even after I exchanged for a size shorter, these shoes were just sloppy feeling. The velcro tab is suede and stretches over time, so now I can't cinch it any tighter. I am an Earth shoe devotee, but I really wish they would stick to one last platform so sizes and wear would be consistent.

Earth Vision 2 -
These are great shoes! As other reviewers indicated, they are pretty loose around the ankle, but not so much that your foot slips around (I have small feet and very skinny ankles, and have had no problem). The leather is very soft, the softest of the Earth shoes I've tried (this is my 4th pair), and the shoes can be quite warm -- which serves my purpose, since I bought them to wear with socks in the Northwest winter. Compared to other Earth styles, these are quite funky, fashionable looking -- I've been complimented more than once.
