Style just didn't fit my foot -
I liked the look of this boot, serious snow shoe, but without looking rugged. However, because of the other reviews I got a 9.5 (usually wear a 10) but my heel slipped way too much. Returned it for a 9 and the heel fit, but the toe was too small. I'm going to look for another Sorel style. Zappos was great with the returns, letting me exchange it for the original price even though it had gone up.

This shoe is good-looking and seems warm and cozy. Unfortunately, it is just too wide (and I have wide feet). My heel slips even in a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear.

These shoes are somehow a whole size larger than marked, they've even stretched a little. Otherwise great.

Sorel Icefall boots -
Great looking boot and great service from Zappos, however, I had to send the shoe back because it seems to run rather large. My heel is not unusually narrow but would not stay put in these shoes. I would not recommend these shoes if your feet are even slightly on the narrow side.

Best boots ever -
These are the best books ever. Super comfortable, really warm and stylish. I usually wear a nine but ordered an 8.5 in this boot and it is perfect.

I bought these for my mother as no other boot seemed to fit her foot just right. I took a chance and they are perfect.

Fantastic -
I got the camel colored ones, whatever you call it I don't remember, but the comfort and fit are way too excellent to even think about!! And warm, and breathable. I keep thinking to get the stinky Dr. Scholl’s things but these shoes don't make me sweat like my last Sorels. And everybody adores them. Of course they are all too cheap to pay for quality. I had my last pair of Sorels for 7 years and they still had tread, I just blew out the side and was using rubber cement for a year. I like the brand and the fit is fantastic!! And your service made it even better since they arrived on my birthday here at work (Dec 20). Great experience with Zappos.com!!!!!

The Warmest Boots Ever!
These boots are great! I can even wear them in 10degree weather without socks! It’s nice to finally have boots that are comfortable, stylish and warm! Zappos fot them to me very quickly, too!!

 |  | A while back I ordered a purse, and I ended up returning it. Shortly after, I realized that I had lost my keys. I figured my little boy had lost them somewhere. But today I got a box in the mail from you WITH MY KEYS IN IT!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You don't know how much this means to me!!! I think most places would have just tossed them out!!! I LOVE your site and your service! It is THE best! I recommend to EVERYONE I know to shop on your site, and I will continue to use it for all of my shoe, bag and clothing purchases!!! Thanks again!
