Looks good, feels good but a bit too noisy!
It is good looking and very comfortable. It is narrow and that is a blessing for my skinny feet. The only thing I am not too happy with is that the bottom makes noise as I walk on uncarpeted surfaces. I would have preferred it to have had a silent, soft rubber bottom.

With my last order I now have 4 pairs of the shoes. Thanks so much for stocking them as I could not find them any place. They are the best...so comfortable and look good.

These shoes are so cute, not much arch and heel support. The smart wool feels so good but I will have to return because not enough support for plantar fasciitis and heel spur.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
