These shoes are very comfortable and attractive. I wanted something easy to slip on and go, and these are perfect. The cognac color is a lighter medium brown/tan. I like the egg carton insole, very cushy.

Well made shoe. Quality leather(upper). True to size. I would not recommend to anyone needing arch support. My feet and ankles become tired after walking in these for a short period of time.

This is my second pair.The first had a paisley pattern. I used the shoe for two years.\\r\\n The shoe fits a narrow width. It\\\'s comfortable. So I looked for a replacement and got the leather shoe in cognac. It\\\'s slightly different from the first but it has the same attributes as the first. I like the shoe a lot and I wear it often.

These shoes fit true to size (7.5 AA). The underside of the top is a little rough, takes the toes a little while to get used to it. I used band aids for a while to keep the toes from getting rubbed. And I guess the shoes needed broken in. Now I wear them almost constantly, with and without socks. I\\\'d probably buy another pair if they were on sale.

I\'m new to Zappos but love the idea of trying shoes and being able to return them if not quite right (for free)! I\'m having foot problems but the Soft Spots work for me when other better shoes have not. Zappos is a great sight where the customer is first. Keep up the good work and free shipping!

Stylish and comfortable. Love the squishy footbed, except it is just a little slippery; that may be because my feet are pretty thin and are not filling up the space properly. Nice shoe.

I love shopping at Zappos, they are always pleasant, and courteous when you call. Most importantly, Zappos have the greatest product ever. Their product is of good quality, and true to size. I have recommended Zappos to all of my friends for their shoes. Ms Woodville, Mississippi.

I started wearing SoftWalk brand about 2 years ago, because SoftWalk is a very well made brand. I have even tried several other brands, but I always go back to the SoftWalk San Mateo style, because they are so comfortable. I now have them in just about every color. You can put them on and never have a problem with your feet again. I hope they never stop making them.

Shoes in WW are so hard to find. It's very, very comfy. I was able to wear it all day in comfort, like walking on air. The heel is not too high.

I bought these in a size narrow. They're the first pair of slides I've been able find that fit my narrow foot. The top inside lining rubs a little without socks, but otherwise these are super comfortable.

These are truly comfortable shoes. I am on my feet a lot, and since developing diabetes, a lot of my old shoes have become quite uncomfortable, not these. I have two pair now. Would highly recommend.

I love my shoes! The insoles are soft & cushioned. The size & width are true. I’ve always had a hard time finding shoes wide enough as I wear a triple wide shoe.

Comfy, but clunky -
At first blush, this mule seemed to be what I needed: lightweight, comfortable and secure. However, after wearing them for a while, my little toe started feeling very pinched. Perhaps this will pass with more break-in time. My biggest issue is feeling unbalanced--the heel feels higher than I was expecting.

Love these shoes, but...
They have some sort of lining in them--like plastic which make them a bit too snug for my wonky toes. I like the way they look--very classy, and they are well made, but I wasn't expecting the plastic--I think this is the soft-step part of the shoe! However, if I didn't have a bad couple of toes, these would be wonderfully comfortable, even if they are very expensive.

Very comfortable!
I had to get rid of the Dansko's I had previously purchased for work because they hurt my feet, but I love these shoes! It's like walking in slippers. The only problem I had was that they are a tiny bit too small. Might be a good idea to get a half size larger than you are used to.

They are very comfortable only they squeak. So I wear them when I'm going to the mall or someplace noisy so you don't hear them.

This shoe is comfortable and attractive, which is a difficult combination to find in an athletic shoe. I do agree with the other reviewers, in that you need to order 1/2 size larger than your normal shoe size. My last two toes feel a *little* squished, but these are the first shoes in a while that I can wear all day and not have my arches and balls of my feet ache! I may just have to order the bigger size.

First pair of Softwalks -
This is my first pair of Softwalks and yes, they are pretty comfortable. The leather is soft - the foot bed is soft. The shoes itself looks a little petite, but fits nicely.

Just got the shoes...
Just received and tried on the shoes. They are as attractive as a mule can be. The leather is soft and they don't have the "bulky" look that I've found other mules to have. The leather is "shinier" that I thought it would be but looks good. The shoe is true to size...I wear and ordered a size 8.5M and the fit is perfect. Initially, they are comfortable but when walking in them, the "bubble" in the middle of the shoe keeps me from being able to slide my foot all the way forward in the shoe. Consequently, as I walk, my foot moves to the back of the shoe making it awkward to walk. Maybe this will change as I wear the shoe more. Also, they are "noisy" when walking... Another thing that I am hoping will change with wear.
