Nothing to complain about with these shoes. Roomy toe box, attractive looking and the pillow insoles make it feel as if you are getting a foot massage.

Most comfortable shoe you will ever buy!
This is the shoe to buy if you have to stand on your feet all day-I wear these shoes 15 hours a day and my feet never hurt. After getting my first pair, I ordered a second pair immediately. I have trouble finding comfortable shoes that don't hurt my feet. This is the shoe to buy!!

I like this shoe I feel that the back of the shoe should come up about a quarter of an inch more and it should have a little more arch to make it a little more comfortable Otherwise overall the shoe is a great asset to any wardrobe.

A very comfortable, flattering shoe. I can wear them all day with no discomfort/fatigue. My first pair of San Mateos were just a bit narrow, so these are one size wider than I usually wear, and they fit perfectly! I love SoftWalks (I must have 6 pair) and Zappos makes shopping & returning easy!

Really a great shoe -
The San Mateo clog is really a great shoe ... comfortable ... would buy in every color if financially able. I really wear a slim shoe, but in Softwalk shoes, I am able to wear a narrow due to the padding on bottom of shoe. I really recommend this clog to anyone. It is the best!

If I could change anything about the shoe, it would be a little more of a wedge heel. I thought that it was a bit higher than it actually is. The additional height would keep the shoe from slipping when I walk. Overall, it's a very nice shoe.

Soft Walk's -
SoftWalk's are the best shoes to buy if you have problems with your feet or legs. I bought a pair for my Mother-inlaw for her birthday, she is 75 and has problems with her ankles swelling. The Softwalk's have been wonderful for her. I also have a pair and love them.

I love doing business with your company. I have only used or worn these shoes once. It has been snowing for 4 weeks, and I have been in boots or slippers. I can't wait to wear them on vacation to Las Vegas.

My Favorite Shoe!
I bought a pair of Soft Walks on a trip to Texas. I tried to find another pair because they were so comfortable. I couldn't find any. At Zappos.com I found a similar Soft Walk shoe and ordered it. It is so comfortable and looks beautiful as well. I will NEVER be without Soft Walk Mateo shoes ever again! I'm 59 years old and can't stand long periods of time. These shoes help me stay on my feet longer! Keep up the good work!

Great pillows to stand on all day.
I love how cushiony this sole is to stand in all day but I have some beginning bunions and they don't work for standing or walking in all day. I've purchased 3 pairs, 2 in my regular size 8 and 1 in an 8.5. Neither is kinder to my bunions. I am a salon owner and stylist and have had tons of compliments, I have highly recommended them to everyone. I did order other styles and they did not work for me.

Wonderful Shoe!
I ordered this shoe for comfort. I have fibromyalgia and a great deal of pain in my feet! I thought, "I'll sacrifice looks for comfort". Not so with this shoe. It is so cute! The picture really does not do it justice. I ordered a W and my feet are not super wide. I have a high instep and it accomodates perfectly. If you want a comfortable shoe, give this one a try! A plug for Zappos here...the shipping is free, and the return is free, try any shoe out on the carpet for a while and send it back if you don't love them. There is nothing to lose in the deal. Zappos customer service is outstanding!!

I love this shoe! I have the black nubuck/leather combination which has nice detailing which make my size 10's look petite and have a very cushy and flexible sole. They are very lightweight for travel and they go thru security at the airport. I walk all over Manhattan in them. They have very good style for a comfort shoe.

Soothe My Aching Feet -
These truly are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They were comfortable even when standing for hours on a concrete floor, and when walking for hours in a mall.

Returned this shoe. Didn't come far enough up on my instep making the shoe flap and my feet look extra long. I wear Size 10 1/2. It was also the right width at the toes, but gaped by my instep. As a new shoe, it already looked old and dumpy. Maybe plain leather would look better?
In general, I love Soft Walks and I love zappos!!!!

My review title says it all. I bought these for comfort and they definately are all they claim to be. I could walk kilometers in these shoes. I have had many compliments on how they look on me too.

Buy wider!
This is a beautiful shoe and I was stupid not to really try it before discarding the box. SoftWalks always fit great but these are way too narrow for me. Too bad because I know I'll never wear them.

I bought these but returned them because I did not find them very comfortable and I think they are very overpriced for the quality. The leather was not good quality, but looked and felt cheap, and was rather stiff--the kind of leather you find in discount shoes. They were fairly true to size, though, but for this price, you can buy much much better shoes of a quality brand with quality leather. I didn't find them very comfortable, either, but I wouldn't have kept them for this price since I thought they were rather unattractive--I don't think you can tell from the picture very well what they really look like (cheap and shiny and stiff leather). Thank goodness for Zappos return policy, though, the service is great. Overpriced -
