My daughter wanted these so she could wear them with socks (after soccer, lacrosse, basketball, etc.) and didn't want to take her socks off. She loves them and, because she's wearing socks, the bottoms don't bother her like other people have commented. Since the women's and kids sizes were sold out, we had to order this unisex style. She wanted a size 7 in womens and we got a size 6 in these and they fit great.

The GOOD: The sandals are comfortable. I wear them around the house, with or without socks, and during showering at the gym. The BAD: The black plastic massage nubs are breaking off and are all over my apartments hardwood floors. I am constantly vacuuming up black plastic nubs. You can actually see my foot imprint in the sandals footbed where the massage nubs have broken off. Maybe I'm too heavy 215 lbs (bodybuilder). SUMMARY: Comfortable, but doesn't hold up. I will try other Adidas sandals that don't have the plastic massage nubs.

They are comfortable and stimulate the bottom (ball) of your feet. I just hope the little plastic "massagers" last longer than the pair I got the previous summer. I also like the strength of the velcro that makes the fit properly in the width, especially since I am normally a EEE width.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I also like the Mephisto sandals, which are a little more dressy.

I order these sandals every year. In fact, I ordered two pairs this year. I order shoes all the time from Zappos. I wear a 14/15, so it is difficult to find shoes in my size. Zappos delivery is super fast and there is no problem returning a pair if they don't fit. These sandals are comfortable. I think they run big, so I ordered the size 14.

These are a torture device...not shoes -
I have seen so many people wearing these sandals for such a long time,but it always bugged me that everyone I saw wearing had socks on. Well now I know why. These are the WORST sandals I've ever worn! Those "massaging nubs" are more like thumb tacks! You HAVE to wear socks with them so that you do not damage your feet! An S&M freak must have designed these. Biggest waste of money.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Bare feet on glass is more comfortable.

These shoes are iffy. When I first wore them, the nubs hurt my feet. Then I started to get blisters from the abrasion the strap caused. After a while, both of these thing went away. I\'ve had them for a year now and now I\'m wearing them more than every. However, I am looking for a new pair because these have given my awful blisters (not painful) on the bottom of my foot. (Completely covering the ball of my foot and on every toe. Anyway, I would not suggest buying these. They weren\'t awful, but they were uncomfortable when I first got them and then when they were at the end of their rope.

This item was exactly what I was looking for. The variety of products in general is remarkable, especially because they offer extended sizes for men\'s shoes. The quality is great and delivery prompt (actually more than prompt, I received my items the next day!) Makes my life so much easier by saving me time and money. The worst sandals I have ever owned. These sandals are awful. The little nubs that are supposed to rub your feet while you wear them are constantly snapping off. About 10 percent of them have snapped off in the month I've owned these sandals. Every day I find them in the carpet at my house. It's either bad design or extremely low-quality manufacturing. I will never buy these again.

Generally performs as advertised. The biggest problem with this shoe is that the little black rubber "massagers" fall off in about 6 months and could be a choking hazard for very young children.

Normally I never wear this type of flip flop. However, I dance a lot in high heels and started getting a lot of foot problems. My daughter had a pair of these and on a whim I decided to try them because of the massaging effect. At first I hated them. Then after a while, I found it really did help massage some of the tension out of my feet, once I got used to the nubs underfoot. Size wise, I would go a full size smaller than your normal shoe size. Depending on manufacturer, I wear a 5-1/2 or 6 M and the size 5 was the correct size for me.

The "massaging" balls are comfy only for a short time period -
I bought these for my husband, who needed a new pair of flip flops. On the plus side, they fit great - he has a super-wide foot (wears EEEEE shoes), and with the velcro top, he was able to adjust them to the right width. He didn't even have to adjust them all that much, so the flap on top doesn't even look all lopsided. On the downside, he liked the massaging balls at first but now is regretting it. He says they feel fine at first, but when he wears the shoes for more than just a couple hours at a time, he finds the massagers uncomfortable.

GREAT SHOE!!
This shoe is awesome for just slipping on and running errands or going out to the clothesline. I love everything about this sandal; it's simple and looks great. Yeah there is no arch support but that doesn't take away from the shoe for me because I am never wearing it long enough to care. Great buy!!!

Broken nubs -
I bought a pair of these sandals about 10 years ago and they lasted me forever with no problems at all. They started to fall apart so I bought a new pair. After about three months of owning them and wearing them 4 days a week for about an hour a day, a nub or two broke off. This started a domino effect which caused almost a quarter of the nubs to fall off of one sandal, and a decent amount fall off the other! They must have switched to a lower quality molding because my friend is having the same problem. Too bad because they are comfortable!!

Wouldn't want to wear this all day, but I got them to use in the showers and at the pool when I go to the gym, for which they're perfect.

If you enjoy feeling like you are walking on a bed of huge hard plastic nails these are for you. If you are looking for comfortable walking sandal look elsewhere.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Would recomend a piece of cardboard and a string over these shoes.

Reliable sandal - I have bought 2 or 3 pairs of these a year for the past 6 years or so. They do wear out (the massage nubs will break off) but they are cheap and reliable. They are comfortable and basic; they won't draw lots of attention or help you make a bold fashion statement. They will make you happy.

I've owned these sandals for a few years. I try to remember to only wear them when I won't need to wear them very long, like taking my dogs outside for a few minutes. I've made the mistake of wearing them for a couple hours and my feet are so red and deeply indented from the nubs, I can't walk for about an hour afterwards. I have broken them in and they're still horrible, painful shoes.

Ouch!
Everyone had these sandals, so I decided to get them also. I tried them on and they were really comfortable. The next day I decided to wear them out while my family was walking near the beach. After about 10 minutes they started to hurt my feet. I could barely stand in them and they were so uncomfortable. I hope that in time they will fell better because all my friends that have them love them. I just wish I could feel the same way.

Not bad!
These weren't bad for flip-flops. I did not really care for the soles of the shoe. It didn't feel like my feet were being massaged, but I eventually got used to the feeling. Overall I thought that they were a good fit (and adjustable).

These sandals are comfy and well ventilated. (Darn handy if you've got stinky feet like I do.) The nubbly bits are nice, giving you a little massage as you walk around. They do take a bit of getting used to though. Nice foot covers to have around in the summertime.

Excellent Sandal/Slide -
I bought these shoes through Zappos.com. According to my account they were shipped last June (almost a year ago) I actually purchased them to wear in the shower at the gym, and they have worked great for that purpose, but they are also great for relaxing indoors, and especially getting a little bit of a foot massage before going to bed. After almost a year there is almost no damage to the shoe. (And I usually go through shoes pretty quickly.)
The only problem I have with it is that I had to undo the velcro strap and re-attach it at somewhat of a strange angle to keep the heel under my foot, which looks a little funny. (Hence the 4-star rating for "Look").

I have worn this type of sandal for years and have gone through at least half a dozen pair, all from different manufacturers. This pair has disappointed me however because after only a few months, the plastic nubs began breaking off in certain parts of the shoe (particularly the big toe region). Once these completely wear out therefore, I will not purchase another pair by Adidas. It is hardly worth it, even at this price, if the shoe falls apart within months.

Comfy slides -
Purchased for my father to wear around the house. He is an 11.5 extra wide and these have an adjustable width, so I bought a 12. Perfect once you wear them a few hours at a time to get used to them, but once you do, amazingly comfy.
