Best shoes I've bought in years. Instantly and totally comfortable. Worn on overseas airplane trip, and was able to readjust the velcro straps for total comfort even when my feet swelled a little on the plane. Walked all over Paris for 10 days with no foot pain. The insoles remove easily and washed up nice as can be in a net bag in the regular laundry. Best purchase I've made in a long time. One small caveat: the heel tops did abrade my ankles a little bit when striding with long steps.

Got this shoe for my mother- inexpensive, supportive, fairly pretty. Very adjustable, and even a little support for her ankles. Great shoe.

I ordered a size 9. Should have ordered a half size larger due to length, needed another quarter inch. Also, the insole has a raised area in the heel that aggravates my foot and hurts. I would have preferred a completely flat heel area on the insole.

I ordered these shoes because I had good success with Propet in the past. They look good, and felt good on my feet - width and length were good. But...I have high arches, which is one of the reasons I like Propet. On these shoes the strap that goes over the instep would not close - the two velcro ends would not meet. I will be returning them.

Great sandal/shoe -
First time I've purchased from Zappos. First time I've bought Propets shoes. First time I've bought sandals in a very long time because I need to wear orthotic inserts. The sandals are very light weight, give great support, and look good & very comfortable. The feel is more like a sports shoe. The tan is a good neutral color but the brown is very pretty -- I wish they had blue. Yes, they are not what a teenager might buy.

Fit and comfort -
I have been looking for a sandal that would give me the support I needed since I am diabetic. I find that most of the shoes on the market are not necessarily what I need. This is not my first purchase of Propet products. In the past I have purchased 3 pairs of Propet walking shoes for my husband and it is the only company that he has found also works well for him. These shoes are excellently crafted and work well for me. I also am very pleased with the customer service and the ability to not have to wait for delivery. I did have to exchange the first pair that I bought due to an error on my part when ordering them. The return process was very easy. I will continue to purchase Propet products from Zappos in the future.

Great shoe, but...
This shoe was true to fit and very comfy for my feet. However, the heel managed to position me in a manner that aggravated an old knee injury. If you don't have knee issues, this is definitely a great shoe. It's light, looks better in person and sporty for a "orthopedic" shoe.

WONDERFUL COMFORTABLE SANDALS -
I love these sandals as they are one of a very few closed heel sandals, which I prefer so that I do not get cracked heels. They are comfortable to wear on any walk you would wear any other walking shoes. *Very* comfortable and supportive. You can even remove footbeds to wash. (Who doesn't need to wash the inside of their shoes, if they can?) I wish they were in WHITE as well.

One of the few orthotic-friendly sandals -
Finding shoes is difficult for me, since I have wide feet and wear orthotics. This is especially a problem with sandals, since most sandals don't have removable insoles. This sandal is the only one under $100 that I've seen so far that matches my specifications. I had to return the first pair of these because W is not a wide enough size to wear with my orthotics, but X fit perfectly. My only complaint is that the strap nearest to the ankle is longer than it needs to be.

Supportive sandal -
Excellent support and easy to put on. I thought that it looked chunky; but I got several compliments on it. Zappos credited my account when I saw this shoe at a cheaper price elsewhere on line. I like doing business with Zappos.

Difficult to fit painful feet find heaven -
I have very wide and sensitive feet. I have not been able to find a comfortable pair of sandals in years. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. Ok, so they are not the prettiest shoe, they look a bit clunky, but they are still better looking than many of my other "orthopedic type" shoes. The insoles are very cushy, but the shoe feels sturdy and supportive. I ordered these in a 4E and got a half size larger than I normally would have because of availability; but as it turned out - they fit perfectly. The only problem I have had is that the straps seem a bit too long and the trailing edge sometimes catches on something when I am getting into the car and loosens the velcro strap. It appears that they will be easy to cut shorter though because of a second stitching across the strap although I don't think that is what it was intended for. I really like these shoes!

Cute on little feet!
I bought these for my 78-year-old mother. They look really cute on her little feet and give her more stability when walking with her walker. She needed something with a lot of support but cooler for summer and this fit the bill perfectly.

It took me three tries but I finally came up with the right size. I normally wear 8.5W with an orthotic but ended up with a 9M. The shoe is adjustable with velcro straps on the front of the shoe, I was able to use my orthotics and they were very comfortable. The 8.5W and 9W were very big in the heel area. They look a little chunky but if you are looking for comfort you should consider this shoe. I took four pairs of shoes on my vacation to Boston and ended up wearing this one most of the time. I walked all over Boston for four days and no problems.

The shoe is very photogenic. In person it is much heavier and thicker appearing. I feel it would coordinate with large bolts in my neck and stitches in my forehead...Frankenshoes.

I bought this shoe to use as a summer "work" shoe. I had a pair in black in 2006, but they were just a little short in a size 8; so I ordered an 8 1/2 this time. I wear 8's or 8 1/2's in most shoes. The width is adequate...slightly wide. They are not deliriously comfortable, but they suffice! My orthotics don't fit them really well. I'd have preferred them in leather, not nubuck. The insole is washable, so that is nice! Great Zappos service!! As usual!

VERY comfy support -
Comfortable with lots of support. Light weight with cushy soles. I have low arches and these shoes were extremely comfortable. However, I normally wear a Wide (D) and exchanged that for an M (B) instead. Also, ALMOST a bit too long. Never thought I would be able to wear sandals again but these have so much support for the ankle and arch that I was pain free all day and after taking them off.

Now I can wear sandals!
I thought I would have to give up sandals now that I have had foot surgery and must wear an orthotic. These sandals, however, hold the orthotic perfectly and fit like a dream. They are as comfortable as a good athletic or walking shoe. These sandals are not as "cute" as I might like, but I can live with that because they really are regular sandals. Have never purchased Propet before, but I'll be looking at their other styles soon.

Cushy sandals for the streets of New York!
I wear custom orthodics that are unusually deep, so I'm challenged to find a cool, comfortable sandal with a back that holds the orthotic in place. The removable insole in this shoe is secured by Velcro; I managed to cut it so that it butts up against my orthotic; that way I have the smooth suede-y comfort of the insole under my toes AND the support of my orthotic. Maybe the shoe is a bit "clunkier" than I hoped, but the leather is lovely, the craftsmanship is excellent, and I think it will wear very well.

 |  | I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
