This shoe feels very comfortable, true to size, and width. I haven't worn it yet, but it has a nice casual look to it.

Awesome Shoes -
I have the brown tweed plaid of the Center Lo. Growing up with musicians in the Seattle area, I have always been in Docs or Chucks, but neither were particularly great for my rather flat feet. I discovered the PF Flyers 2 years ago and the tweed are my second pair. They are super comfortable and go with a lot of different outfits. The quality is also a great deal better than Chucks. All in all great shoes!

Classic and Comfortable -
I grew up with this shoe and now it is back! The look is classic and I have subsequently had to order additional pairs for my Teenagers, who love the "Retro" styling. Comfort is adequate, it will take some getting used to after wearing the new style sneakers, but definitely better than the Converse All Star.

Classic shoe, retro look -
I bought the shoes for two reasons. The brand name. The look. Firstly, PF Flyers are the classics of classics. The shoes Benny Rodriguez wore to jump the fence into the unknown in "The Sandlot" were none other than Flyers. Secondly, they're pretty, eh? The plaid stands out among any other boring shoes in the room. That's what caught my eye. I wanted a pair that nobody else had and I can safely presume that I will ever see anybody else wearing this shoe. If I do, I can rest easy and hope this review played a part and that the originality I so painstakingly hunt for won't be broken. Good shoes. Not Converse, people, not Converse.

Old school style and really comfy -
I love these P.F. Flyers. Fun to wear and feel good too, with terrific arch support. I wear them all day and forget I even have them on. Only problem is that these do run on the narrow side. If you've got really wide feet, these may not be the best choice for you. The old-school styling is appealing. Only thing missing is the Johnny Quest decoder ring.

Good and bad -
I wanted to love these shoes. I ordered my usual size and they were way too small and especially narrow. I sent them back (thanks Zappos!) and got a half-size bigger. They basically fit, but are still extremely narrow and a little short. I'm hoping they loosen a bit, but I don't know. I probably should have sent these back as well. On the plus side, they're chucks with arch support, which is awesome. And they look great. So I'd say if you have narrower feet, go for it. Otherwise, be prepared to send them back.

I like these shoes, I like trying new brands and stuff so as soon as I put these on I could feel how different they felt. Pretty cool. If I get any more flyers I’m getting hi-top black (sandlot).

Blows Chuck Taylor away.
I ordered some custom Chuck Taylors awhile ago and at first they were great, but they deteriorated in less than a year and it was showing within the first couple weeks. However, these PF flyers, being works of fine craftsmanship, show no signs of wearing down at all. They're light and very cool shoes, I run faster with them on. They have improved my life.

Love them, but miss my old PF Flyers -
I had this great pair of PF flyers that was dark gray felt with brown trimming. They no longer make them, which is sad because they were really the most perfect shoe - they could go with brown, they could go with black, they were comfortable. This new pair is black weird material (like plastic?) and brown trimming. Still works with brown and black but not as well as the other ones, and these don't breathe so much. I still LOVE them and wear them all the time.

The shoes look good, but definitely are a little narrower than you would think. I'd recommend ordering a half size larger.

These new flyers are definitely my fav. new shoe. I didn't think they would give much support, and only got them because they looked cool. But after wearing them for hours at a party I forgot I even had shoes on. The high arched insole works perfect for my feet, the width is great, and everyone loves them. You should definitely try a pair.

Who I Am.
I purchased my first pair of the Center Lo Reissue in black leather about a year ago and I own roughly 15 pairs of sneakers and these have been the shoes I've found myself wearing most often for their comfort and style. They have definitely surpassed the test of time and all my expectations. I have recently ordered my second pair (green leather) with confidence. I look forward to continued comfort in the shoes that I feel have become a part of who I am. I hope PF Flyers never stop making the Center Lo.

My PF Flyers -
My husband and I both ordered a pair of the tan leather PF Flyers and honestly did not know what to expect. We are so pleased with the look and comfort of them. They have an incredible arch support! What a “throw back" to the old days and so up to date with colors. We cannot wait to order another pair in the black" sand lot". They will be our favorite tennis shoe from now on. Because we both have narrow feet, the fact that they run a little small made our actual size of 7 1/2 for me and size 13 for him fit perfectly.

PF Flyers are the Original Kicks!
These shoes are by far one of the best as far as comfort and reliability. I have been a fan since I was little and have been buying PF Flyers ever since! I'm currently own or have owned 69 pairs of PF Flyers! SOO COMFORTABLE!

Very comfortable, get lots of compliments on them, people at first thinking they were Converse or other brands. I did order them a half size larger than my normal size (9) and they fit fine. Ordered them on a weekend and they came on Tuesday--just like advertised.

I Love My PF Flyers -
I was apprehensive when I ordered these shoes on line, because I have very bony feet and really have to try on shoes before I buy them.
However, I ordered them any way and was very very surprised how perfect they are. They fit--they are narrow enough, and they are leather!
Imagine my surprise when my husband (a size 13 and narrow) wants me to order him a pair too!

Still Great!
This is the second pair I've had in 3 years and they still rock! They are tough, daily wearers, and hold their look over time. Well worth every penny!

Love the retro look. The shoes feel kind of "stiff", and could maybe use some more cushioning, but are very comfortable, nonetheless. As soon as I put them on, my feet felt refreshed, and ready to move!

Nice sneaker -
Seem sturdy in construction. Thicker removable insole equals more comfort. People requiring a lot of arch support should substitute a different insole, as these are not highly supportive compared to modern sneakers. These seem to run about a half size small and are wider. Great deal in a great looking old school sneaker!

Very happy!
I really like how these sneakers fit and look. The first day they rubbed my pinky toe on my left foot, but the second day out they felt great. I would say they run a bit narrow towards the toe and are looser at the heel, but they haven't rubbed my heel at all as I feared, so it's all good. I recommend them, but please note that I had to go up a half size.

I bought these shoes for my 15 yr old son. Who can no longer buy in the stores due to his increase in shoe size...wasn’t sure if he would like them...but I cant get them off his feet he loves them wears them ever where...he says they are very comfortable with the supple leather....thanks Zappos.

The shoe of Johnny Quest!!
These shoes are great! I have wide feet and I love them! I usually wear converse but these actually fit me better than my Chuck Taylors. I have the sandlot in black and white leather and have been waiting for the classic black and white canvas for some months now. Come on Zappos don't let us down!

I love these shoes. They are similar to the Chuck Taylor style, but way cooler. The only downside, which is super minor, is they squeak sometimes because of the soft sides.

Love the look! It took a couple of times wearing them to feel comfortable. Really wide at the heel, but lacing up tighter made a decent improvement. Thicker socks will probably solve the problem. A much better unisex fit than Converse, but what's with the unisex sizes anyway? It's just not a true match (for me) that XX in men's is the same as YY in women's.

I had the size that I always order and it was narrow and felt very uncomfortable...I ordered up a half size and they were still too narrow...Unfortunately these shoes simply are not to be in my world with my feet...
