Gets better with time -
Lowa's are excellent shoes. Very substantial and will last a long time. Sizing runs on the large size so order at least one half size smaller than your normal size.

Great hiking shoe -
Great quality construction. Quick to break in and get to that "sweet spot". Very comfortable out on the trail.

I did purchase the lowa Tempest II Lo, it is comfortable, but the size is smaaler than US standards, so I have to exchange for larger size , otherwise they're light shoes ,I like it

Where else can you order shoes on line at 11PM and have them delivered to your front door within 24-48 hrs? And then, if it doesn't work out or the shoes don't fit, you let me send them back free of charge! And I have 365 days to do that. I am and always will be a loyal Zappos fan and tell everyone I know.
