I love these Top-Siders! I owned a pair years ago, and these are even better. This was my first Zappos purchase, and the service was great. The shoes are light and comfortable, even when I am standing all day. All the workmanship is perfect.

Each and every time I've ordered from Zappos I've received the absolute best service! Their customer service is very friendly and helpful. Shipping is prompt. The Sperry Top-Sider shoes that I recently ordered for my son are great and arrived on time for his birthday as was promised by the great people at Zappos. He loves these shoes!

These shoes are awesome! I dumped all my other shoes and pretty much just wear them all the time after I got them and they goes perfectly with my white shirt, blazer and blue jeans. Get them and get the icy color.

I love these shoes! I was kind of unsure about getting them because everyone wears them and I like to be different, but it was well worth it. I've worn them every day since I got them a couple months ago and they barely have any signs of wear. They aren't as comfortable as other Sperry's I've tried on, but they still feel nice. Highly recommend these!

I have ordered from Zappos twice now, and both times have been amazing! I had my order within 24 hours, and it was free shipping. Sperry is a quality product, and I knew I would love the shoe because I already have two other pairs. The Sperrys run true to size and were a comfortable fit out of the box. This pair is my second of this style and color and the first lasted two and a half years of mostly hard wear for every day.

The Sperry Top-Sider authentic originals are classic looking and easy to slip on and off. I have a narrow foot and unlike other similar shoes, these come in narrow sizes.I always have 2 or 3 pair of these shoes in varying stages of wear and use. Thank you Zappos for carrying the Top-Siders and for having narrows available.

The shoes, as expected,are fine. I\\\'ve had good luck with Sperry products for a very long time. I have decided that we need a way for Zappos to run the economy. Maybe the health care system. Maybe the rest of the country. Such smiling, flawless service is seldom seen and much appreciated.\\r\\n\\r\\n

No arch support at all. Possibly less than no arch support. D width is truly a D. If you think you might be wider than a D, go with E. I should have, but they're working out for me anyway. Definitely narrower than Timberland's Two Eye boat shoe, which I wore for two years. Let's hope these last as long. Gum sole feels very different than a standard white non-marking sole. Almost like you are walking in cushioned moccasins, which I like. Took about a week to really break in. I wouldn't wear them without socks, because, although the exterior leather is really smooth, the interior has that leather "fuzz" which feels a bit strange on bare feet.

I like the shoes, but the real star was the service I received. I had to return a pair of size 9. Zappos is one of the best I have dealt with in returns and also in getting the appropriate size to me almost overnight. I will be back.

Great boat shoes, but exactly that. If you are looking for something to wear out and around town you might want to get some dockers or something. Sperrys have a really soft sole (for good traction on boat decks) but it will wear out quickly when worn on concrete and throughout daily use. \r\n\r\nThat being said, they\'re very good looking, comfortable shoes.

This order was to replace an existing pair of Top-Siders. The order process was very easy and delivery was prompt, pretty much a no brainer. I'll definitely use Zappos in the future. If only they could deliver me a pair of size 12 white bucks for my Pasadena Tournament of Roses duties, I'd be all set! Having a tough time finding a pair.

I bought Extra Wide, and they fit as if they were a standard "D" width (or narrower). Their quality has definitely suffered since they moved production to China.

These shoes last forever, no matter how scuffed or beaten they get. The Authentic style is timeless. I don't know if I will ever find a shoe that will outlast them. I have a pair of Sahara shoes that have taken me everywhere, and I still get compliments on how comfortable they look.

I've been wearing deck shoes since the early 80's. I was in the first wave of the preppy years, when everyone wore pink Izod shirts. This is the first pair of Sperry shoes I've owned and I love them. The leather is soft, and the inner sole is extremely comfortable. I'll never buy another brand.

 |  | Hi Fabulous Zappos Team: Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Barb and I just finished reading an absolutely delightful article about your company and corporate culture. I was so genuinely impressed that I wanted to send you all a note of thanks. Thanks for being the genuine article! My entire adult work life I have tried to promote a happy, customer focused work environment. While I have always been extremely productive from being authentic and caring, certain supervisors looked at my ways as being suspect and a little weird. Yes, it's true they felt a respectful, caring attitude was a waste of time and actually did not care if their current customers were satisfied. How they didn't equate that current happy customers equals monetary success now and later through referrals is still beyond me. They also never "got it" that their incredibly high employee turnover cost them dearly. Trained, happy people produce positive results. I worked with a company as a manager for the past 8 years that went through 29 managers in the 2 locations closest to me in my 1st two years of employment. Finally I decided to leave after not being able to effect positive change in my boss. Amazingly at Zappos the positive goes CEO down and back up - way to go! Being the eccentric optimist I am, I left my job and figured I'd have a great job in no time. Unfortunately, I am still looking for a positive, proactive position and was getting a little blue until I read the article tonight about Zappos. The great news is that my faith has been restored. There actually is a company that values what is really important and not just in a PR lip-service kind of way. I wish you all enormous success, big bucks, and happiness. I hope that your corporate culture spreads out like wild-fire to other businesses so that people like me who live it and believe it can experience it in our careers. If my husband wasn't off serving in Iraq, I'd probably be there beating down the door for a job, but it is in extremely bad form to sell the house and move away while the husband is out of the country for a year.
I most sincerely appreciate: Your Zappos core values that you really follow. Your supporting your employees to learn more, be happier
