I absolutely ove these shoes. I had a couple pairs when I was younger and I am thrilled that they are back in vogue. They look effortlessly cool with any outfit and are always super comfortable. Mine are the charcoal grey, and they are a more traditional grey than they look in the picture (they look like they have more brown undertones in the photo.) They do run a size large, I am a standard size 10 in everything and the size 9 (women's) fits me perfectly in these. Grab them in your favorite color and wear them everywhere!

The classic cool sneak. A must have for all ages. Run a bit large, but this may be good due to the slightly pointed toe. Flat bottomed and not great for walking around on concrete all day. Great for school, work, downtown and stylish jaunts.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Keen sneakers have a rounded toe and a bit more arch support. PF flyers are even more classic than Converse and have a slightly better arch.

Love these. Have always been a fan of Chucks and now have my longed for grey pair. They might not be great for your feet, but they sure are comfy.

The Converse shoe is great. I could have gone to a mall to buy, but because I don't have a lot of time I ordered through Zappos. This website is great! I know I will have no problems with a return if necessary. Free shipping both ways. A+.

I ordered two pairs for my myself and one pair for my son. We are very happy with the shoes. The fit is narrow and for some reason my feet feel better at the end of the day. Will try the Jack P next!

I ordered these shoes for my son for his birthday. He already had a pair of black Converse Chuck Taylor shoes and wanted another pair in blue. He loves them; can even put an insole, Superfeet, inside the shoe without any cutting and trade between both pairs. Also another plug: I have always been pleased with ordering from Zappos. Very fast, efficient and dependable.

Great classic sneakers! Classic sneakers, comfortable and cute! Just what I was looking for! I got a woman's eight and it was a little roomy in the toe, so if you want you may be able to fit a half size smaller than you usually get.

I wanted a pair of grey sneakers that I could wear with everything from jeans to dress pants. I bought a pair of these Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Ox in Charcoal and also a pair of Superga Classics 2750 in Steel Grey. These fit better and were considerably more comfortable, although I liked the look of the Superga shoes a bit more. I usually wear a women's size 10 and that size fit well. These are comfortable and they look good.

Great suggestion on the sizing, Zappos! I wear men\'s 11.5, but bought 11\'s, and they fit perfectly. Heard from a friend that arch support is non-existent, but I\'ve found that if you go into it expecting them to feel like sandals, you won\'t be disappointed. Definitely going to be buying another pair or two in the future.

I needed these shoes for a birthday present and didn't have time to drive all over looking for them. I searched for them on Zappos and there they were! As usual, I was cutting it pretty close to when I needed them. I ordered them from Zappos, with free shipping, and they were here 3 days later! It doesn't get much easier than that! Thanks Zappos!

I ordered Yellow Chuck Taylors for my daughter's birthday. She loves them! They are exactly what she wanted. I will use Zappos again.

These are great shoes! They are a bit funkier than your standard tennis shoe and go with both jeans and skirts. Can't wait to buy them in more colors!

This isn't so much a review of the shoe, which is a basic Chuck so it is as great as you'd expect (my boyfriend was very happy with his gift). But just wanted to say that Zappos' customer service was excellent. Fast, friendly, and responsible. They helped me to make a birthday wish happen. Thanks again, guys!

These are cute, comfy, versatile and fun shoes. They felt true to size, and even though my feet are large (Size 12 womens), I didn't feel like they made my feet look like boats. I bought them in the purple, and absolutely love them!

Love my Chucks! I have been wearing Chucks since high school. I just love them! Classic and stylish. I just ordered my new pair in Maroon. I wear women's size 9, so I ordered men's 7. They fit perfectly. I knew they would, I have been wearing them for at least 20 years now. The maroon color is just a perfect red. Besides how awesome my Chucks are, I have to give a 'shout out' to Zappos. I ordered them and got free upgraded shipping. The next day, they were at my door. I have only ordered 1 time in the past from Zappos and I am nothing short of amazed by how they treat their customers! I will be ordering more Chucks in other colors from Zappos (when they are on sale...hint hint).

I love my shoes so much! They are so cool! And this website is the best. The shipping was super fast and free! I wanted my Converse in a darker red because I don't like the traditional red, it's too bright for me. And I looked everywhere for a darker red and didn't find them anywhere except in this website. They are fabulous! I'm so happy with my shoes, I will definitely buy another pair from this site. But yeah, I'm a size 8.5 and got the size women's 8. They're a little bit big, but I think size 7 would have been too small. I also think these shoes are so cheap! I live in Sweden and here the exact same shoes cost a lot more! So I bought them here and had them shipped to my brother who lives in Chicago. I had to wait a while for him to ship them to me, but Zappos shipped them super fast to him. Thank you!

I am absolutely in love with Chuck Taylors. They are my all-time favorite sneaker (I'm sort of a sneaker snob) and I love that they have so much history. The beauty of Chucks is that the more worn they are, the better they look. I own them in grey, green, and black (which I replace about once every couple of years), along with a very special sequined pair that a friend gave me. I think they're comfortable, but I have very narrow, long feet so that could have something to do with it. And as for sizing, definitely pay attention to the instructions and go with one size smaller. Overall, you cannot go wrong with this classic shoe!

Awesome, but a note about size for the ladies. As usual, handsome classic. Everything rocks about the All-Star, but I would definitely concur with the other reviews as far as sizes go and order a size smaller than your regular size, ladies. It may say women's sizes are true to size, but I usually wear an 8, and had to go with Size 7 and it fits great. Just a heads up!

I live in chucks!!! I have 4 pairs and am about to order my fifth. These shoes are so comfy, and purely classic. Colors are great and i wear them with skinny jeans, shorts, even some dresses and skirts. I\'m a dancer, and they\'re even great for hip-hop. Zappos is my favorite Converse supplier because they\'re SO fast and very innexpensive.
