I wanted to write to express my complete satisfaction with your company. I ordered Macbeth shoes, an indoor soccer style shoe that I saw once elsewhere and did not get at the time, but was thrilled to see that Zappos offered. I ordered them on Wednesday and they arrived at my house as I was coming home from work on Thursday, so you got them to me in about 24 hours. I could not have expected such fast, good service.
