These shoes are absolutely adorable and my friends love their look! Since I've read rave reviews about Born products, I thought these would be more comfortable right out of the box. The first day I wore them, I got a blister on the top of my foot where the band rests. The bottom of my feet felt raw too. However, now that I've worn them a few times, the comfort is improving. I would recommend ordering a size up if you might be a half size. I think I could have gone with one size larger and would have had more room at the top while I'm walking. Since they're exactly the length of my foot, my toes look and feel as if they might scoot over the edge of the shoe as my feet slide in them when I walk. Maybe all I needed was one size larger- oh well. They're still super cute though and I'm willing to break them in some more.

The most comfortable wedge -
This was my first pair of Born. I didn't know about this brand before, and one day I was shopping for a summer handbag. I saw this pair, tried them on and couldn't believe the high wedge sandals could be this comfortable. I immediately gave up buying handbag and bought this pair. All Born shoes are cute and stylish. I'm planning to buy more from this brand.

So comfortable for a high heeled sandal-
I fell in love with this shoe the moment I saw it and bought it in the Bikini color. I wear a size 9 but these 9s were tight so I returned them for a 10 which fit much better. These are incredibly comfortable and totally adorable. The wedge sole is a bit narrow, making them slightly tippy, but I think I'll get used to that. The upper is nice and snug but not pinchy, so the shoe does not slide around or flip flop all over the place. No breaking in needed either. I have since purchased another pair of Born sandals and again, the 9 was too tight but the 10 fit better. I now know to purchase Borns one size larger.

Love Born-
I first tried on this pair at Nordstrom and I fell in love with Born. It is so well padded and so comfortable. I was waiting for the price to come down and I can't believe Zappos carries them for a steal. They are so comfortable and stylish at the same time. Who says you can't have both at the same time. Born did just that! If you are looking for a pair of comfortable sandal, look no further.

Unbelievably CUTE!
These shoes are so CUTE and so COMFORTABLE! I love these shoes and I love Zappos! Zappos is the only place to shop online. They have the easiest site, the fasted shipping and the best customer service.

Sexy Stylish and Comfortable -
These are my first pair of Born sandals and are worth ten times the money I spent for them. They are sexy and comfortable. I have practically lived in these shoes since they arrived and the compliments keep coming. They did feel narrow at first but the leather stretched and now they are perfect. Thanks Zappo for the great price and the speedy delivery.

Just as I expected...Born shoes are very comfortable, I knew the size would be perfect.
These shoes are really true to size and have a lot
of arch support; I do not have a narrow foot and the width is perfect. Thanks to Zappos I had these beauties the very next day too.

Chiquita bonita!
Love, love, love these sandals! I am a true Born addict. After my first pair of black "Plush" sandals, I refuse to ever torture my feet again. Born makes stylish shoes that you can live in. I was skeptical of this shoe, with the wedge shape, but they have true 5-star comfort I have come to expect from Born.

I'm not usually a lover of plaid, but these shoes are really cute and comfortable. I got them in the blue and they actually go with alot of stuff as long as you don't wear lots of different bright colors. Then you may have some matching issues.

I was looking for a stylish yet comfortable shoe...one that I could wear for work and play. Well, the Chiquita is it!!! The fit is perfect, the colors are beautiful and they go with everything. Even with the pattern, I can pair my green Chiquita's with any outfit!!!

I wore them every day traveling through Greece for two weeks and another week in Spain. Held up great and were perfectly comfortable (even on cobble streets). My suggestion is to spray the fabric with a Scotchgard type of protectant to keep the fabric clean. I now have the green and the purple pairs.

Does Born make half sizes?
These are adorable shoes and I probably would find them more comfortable if I could have had an 8 1/2. I am usually an 8 but they felt too small so I went up to a 9. So, I slide around a bit but the more I wear them, the more I 'sink' my feet into them. Overall-- great shoe, looks wonderful with jeans and capris.

Loved the look -
I love the look of this shoe, however, the heel is very thin. This makes walking a tad bit precarious. I would have preferred a slightly wider heel for a little more stability. The shoe is very comfortable and well padded; however, I just feel a little unstable when I'm walking.

Very cute shoe! Great price and well made. Very comfortable, wore them all day out of the box without any discomfort. I normally wear 7.5 & ordered an 8, it is a bit narrow for an 8. Probably could have gotten a 9 and been ok.

beauty plus height!
Bought a pink pair at a local store then wanted the green ones (green sells out the fastest). Even Zappos sold out of green but I put in a waitlist order and zappos sent them to me (free shipping) when stock became available.
I am crazy about this style. Born's chiquita makes your foot look slender and pretty and is quite comfortable. The only variable in these shoes is the strap that goes between the toes.
Depending on how long or short (and we are talking a very slight difference) it is, that affects how the shoe fits and feels. my first pair, i could,immediately, wear all day "mall-ing". the second pair, my foot slides thru, ever-so-slightly, making them not quite as long wearing for me.
I am trying to figure out how to shorten that toe strap with out un-doing the knot or having any "addition" show and spoil the look.
That's where the problem lies for anyone who finds a "fit" problem. I'm sure of my facts, because I went back to the mall store and tried on several different pairs of this Born chiquita style. Some fit great, some had a slightly (and I mean slightly) longer toe-tie, which doesn't fit me as well but probably fits others great. Since I suppose a human tied the knot, I don't know of a solution except to keep "trying". Once you get your perfect fit you can walk in them all day. The green flys out in my size (7) so I am keeping them and will work on a solution. They are beautiful shoes, one can dress up or down.

The Born Chiquita shoe is perfect right out of the box. Comfortable, soft cushion under foot,& great color. I purchased the Celeadon. Very pretty & feminine. Goes with so many things. I wear a 6 1/2, so got the 7. Just right length & nice slender width. I have several Born styles & this will be a favorite.

I LOVE these shoes. These are my first pair of Borns, and they are so stinkin' comfortable, it's hard to believe they are as high as they are. I work on my feet all day as a Second Grade teacher in a LARGE school, and these never hurt my feet! They are definitely worth the investment, and I'm online right now buying another pair!

Comfortable, with cushions for the feet and a nice lift for long summery pants or for showing off the legs with a shorter skirt. I feel sexy in these shoes and I can still dance. They only get a little tiresome after a long, long night of busting loose. Definitely worth getting!
