Best closed toe sandal on the market -
I bought my first pair of Clarks in 1974 and they were the most comfortable shoe I had ever owned at the time. 35 years later I am still buying Clarks. This is the first Clarks sandal I have bought and I am not disappointed. I usually wear a 9.5 and am happy I got a size 10. The fit is prefect. I would highly recommend this sandal.

Very comfortable and classy looking!
Got these while out in Santa Monica, California to replace the Merrell sandals I've had for 3 years. These Charles are comfortable, look good, and have a great sole.

Sandals -
I was looking for a sandal that I could travel with and face varying weather and wardrobe needs. I prefer work boots so I found the heel a little low but as expected. I wore them with socks (not white LOL) in the 40* rainy weather and without socks in the 70* sun. Good with shorts, jeans and casual dress. I did a ton of walking in them with no complaints. Oil stain residue showed a little on my socks after wearing. Best part is the availability of XW. Good overall support and stregnth. I got them within 48 hours of ordering. The whole process of shopping was great!

Clarks for feel and fit -
Clarks have always been my favorite sandal and this model continues in that tradition. I usually get a wide size but took a chance with what was in stock and the sandal felt extremely comfortable. It has a soft comfort feel and fits nicely. Easy on the eyes and on the feet.

Poor quality - good looking but stinking...
***Comfortable, good looking, excellent workmanship on top.
***Bad smell and very sticky on bottom, wear them a few times, insoles fabric loss with bottom too.

I bought these for my husband for a trip to the Caribbean. Aesthetically, he was not extremely by the looks, but he thinks they are practical and comfortable for what his needs. He particularly appreciates the cushioned insoles.

Awesome, Clarks are the most comfortable shoes on earth. Have a problem with toenails and these are the best camouflage. Comfortable the first time you put them on. No break in period.

Wears off faster -
Looks good and comfortable but the sole wears off very fast and the cushion gets depressed within 3 - 4 months of normal use. Expected they would last longer than they actually did.

An extremely comfortable sandal. They immediately became my daily shoe of choice here in Florida. More support than you would expect from a sandal. They stretch a little from wear but not enough to require ordering a different size than normal.

This sandal fits perfectly and feels very good. I live in the Mexican desert on the Sea of Cortez and this sandal is ideal for multi-use in this area.

Awesome sandals, awesome service!
Classic style and incredible comfort in a multi-purpose sandal. Perfect for casual, function, or even dress. Bought in preparation for a move to tropics. Initially bought the wider size (what I normally wear), but found that they were too wide. Zappos shocked me with their incredible customer service - leaving me in disbelief with a taste of utopian service. I had the first shoes just 21 hours after placing the order, and the replacements just 24 hours after that. Thanks Zappos!

An exceedingly comfortable sandal. These became my primary footwear throughout the summer, at home on the beach as well as in fine restaurants. Most versatile and comfortable summer footwear imaginable. I can't recommend these enough.

Best Sandal ever owned -
If you can snag these while on sale like I did, you're lucky. Dressy enough to wear out but rugged enough for the trail. I felt they were a half size larger than marked but sandals are supposed to be comfortable.

I tried Tevas, Keens, Chacos, and Merrell sandals and found all of them to lack adequate cushioning. So glad I found these; very cushiony and light! I love them. Zappos service and delivery are fantastic!

I was impressed with the quick delivery and very satisfied with the product quality. I find the sandles light and comfortable with good support. They bridge the gap between my sport sandles and fully enclosed shoes. They go quite nicely with casual trousers.

Originally bought the brown and eventually intend to buy the black as well. It's seldom I'm able to find a stylish shoe that fits as well and is as comfortable as these are. Best of all they are very reasonably priced. And Kudo's to Zappo's for providing the best online shopping experience I've ever had! Using only the free shipping option, I've had all of my shoes within 2, 3 DAYS max. If necessary, the return service is just as good. All is hassle free and communication is such that you're not left wondering about your return. I know my account has been credited just as soon as it was possible.
