I just wanted to drop a line to let you know that I am extremely pleased with your company. It is a relief to know that if I purchase something and it doesn't work out you will pay for the return shipping. My husband found a shoe here locally and they didn't have the size, and he was very disappointed because he was sure they would be perfect in the next size down. I said "Let’s look at Zappos" and sure enough you had three left! We placed the order on Saturday evening and they were at my work Monday morning. I surprised him that evening and he was elated plus he said they felt fabulous...I will tell everyone I know because I am sure they will get the same great service.
