I am a Zumba Fitness Instructor and had been looking for a dance shoe that would give me the arch support and the room needed for my pudgy little feet! I have found a perfect dance shoe in the Bloch Boost DRT!!! This is now my favorite Zumba shoe ever... and my feet feel great even after 2 hours of dance!

I bought these shoes for Zumba and they are great! I ordered a full size up as some other people had suggested and they fit great! You can slide and pivot with no problem, there is less pain with your knees and back! Glad I bought them!

I absolutely love these shoes! I bought them to wear to dance class and practice, but now I am using them for dance social events as well because they are so comfortable and easy to dance with. They work very well on a wooden dance floor and are easy to do spins with. They have great support, especially when standing on my toes during certain dance moves. The first time I wore these shoes was at a dance event in Nashville with over 500 dancers. I was surprised to see how many of the other dancers were wearing this same shoe. It is obviously the favorite shoe amongst swing dancers. My dance partner also bought a pair and loves them as well. We do mostly swing dance with some ballroom. For sizing I went a 1/2 size up from my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly. Thank you Zappos for such a great product and also for the free shipping and easy return policy!

Great shoes!!! They are very comfortable and nice looking. I chose them because my dance instructor recommended them, and in fact they are excellent. I also bought the Capezio dance shoes, but had to return them because they were very stiff!! Bloch shoes are soft, inside and out, easy to wear and great for dancing. I bought one size larger than my street shoes, but I guess I could do with just a half-size more instead, they tend to stretch a bit, and over time, they might feel loose, but nothing that two pairs of socks wouldn't fix. Zappos shipping/delivery was exceptional!

I took the advice on sizing. I always wear size 5 and ordered a 6 because Zappos was out of the 6.5's. They fit just fine and are comfortable. I only wish the shoe had a little more arch support but they are great shoes for Zumba. Zumba rocks!

Super cute and comfortable dance sneakers. I usually wear 7.5 and ordered these in 8.5. I was really worried that they would not fit because of all the reviews that said to order 1.5 - 2 sizes larger. I have to disagree. The 8.5 is fine for Zumba, which is where I will be wearing them. But if I planned to wear these in a real dance class, I would DEFINITELY want a smaller pair.

Great for Zumba!
These run a full size and a half small. They make spins much easier. The only complaint I have is that when you move side to side they tend to make you slide unexpectedly. As long as you know this you can make the adjustment.

Great shoe for Zumba - order a LARGER size!
I teach 4 Zumba classes weekly as well as teaching dance classes. This shoe rocks for all. However, heed the warnings to order a larger size. I wear 5-1/2 or 6 street size, and ordered a 7...ended up exchanging that for a 7-1/2!! Great shoe overall.

They did NOT make these, when I was in dance class!
This is an incredible design and an incredible shoe! It's extremely important to read the reviews, especially on a shoe like this; very tricky sizing. So what, I haven't danced in years? I'm certainly dancing, now! The first thing these made me do was roll up on point, then pirouette around the room! Fun, fabulous and great looking, too!

Pay attention to Reviews on Sizing -
Taking the advice of other reviewers, I ordered a full size up from my sneaker size and they are snug to small. I am hopeful that they will stretch a bit so I'm keeping them. I purchased the black because I didn't care for the design of the colored versions. Would like to see a bit of color detail somewhere on the shoe...perhaps the lace straps. Anyhow. They feel great. Spin pretty well on hard floor. I will be using these for a Zumba class.
Here is how I order shoes:
Dress shoes: 6.5
Sneaker: 7
Bloche: 7.5 (8 would have been a better choice)

Great dance sneaker!
I love this shoe for Zumba. It conforms really well to my high arches, is very comfortable, and allows a wide range of motion. I ordered one size larger, and it is a perfect fit (I do have narrow feet, though).

I had high expectations for these shoes. I own two other pairs of Keens (shoes & sandals). The Jasper model was disappointing. While they fit length- and width-wise, my heel slipped up and down in the shoe. The tongue is not padded. Most disappointing, the sole has about the same cushion as a Chuck Taylor All-Star. There is very little arch support. In all, these were uncomfortable shoes that I had to return. Perhaps they'd work for your particular foot shape, but from my experience, I would not recommend them.

I bought the Bloch Boost DRT Mesh Sneaker for Zumba dance class. The shoe is good looking and relatively comfortable for a shoe that runs narrow. The sizing runs 1 1/2 to 2 sizes off.

I purchased these shoes for my Zumba class and I love them!!! My knees no longer hurt!! They do run small. I normally wear an 8 and I ordered a 9.5.

My ballet teacher wears these and I decided to purchase them. She explained they were good for the arch as well as for practice. I received a note from Zappos who gave the shipment to me. I received them earlier than I anticipated and haven't taken them off since. They feel wonderful and make me feel good. I recommend them to everyone.

I do love the shoe, it serves its purpose for my dance class. But I am in between sizes. I wear a size 11 narrow shoe and the Bloch shoe size 12.5 is too small lengthwise but the 13 is too wide. If there were extra shoelace holes farther back on the ankle then I could probably tighten them enough, but they don't.

I just bought these shoes for my zumba class and they were wonderful. Immediately my knees felt better as I can now pivot on the ball of my foot. They are comfortable, and I would definitely recommend going up 1 to 1 1/2 sizes. I have a wide foot and the look is okay, but not much I can do about that, not many shoes look that great on my foot IMO.

Great dance shoe, but not for those needing arch support -
Like everyone else, order 1.5 to 2.5 sizes larger than your normal size. I wear a 10-10.5, ordered an 11 (which was too small) exchanged it for a 12.5 and the size is perfect. The flexibility of the shoe is great for dance. However, the support is not enough for high intensity aerobic/dance classes if you need extra arch support or if you have plantar fasciitis (which I do). Also, the laces rubbed the top of my foot and caused a sore spot.

I ordered these shoes for my dance class. Yes, they are amazing for dance and make it easier to move on the floor. Something I noticed was that the shoes is really tight, but according to my dance teacher, the shoes will stretch out over time. So, make note of that if you are interested in these shoes. They are terrific for dance, but it takes time to break them in.

First off, how awesome is it to get your shoes less than 24 hours after you order them. I LOVE Zappos! I've bought dance sneakers before and know that they run small. I wear a 10 and bought an 11 and they are still too small. Because they are so cute and I had class that night, I kept them hoping they would stretch a little, which they really didn't. I'm going to see if I can return them for a bigger size. I would go 1.5 higher next time.

Great shoe, amazing service! I was looking for shoes to do line dancing and ballroom dancing. I ordered these online from Zappos at 7:30pm one evening, and they were at my door at noon the next day, at no extra charge. You just don't find service like that anywhere else. I LOVE the shoes. They are comfortable, slide and turn easily, but still offer great support; and I think they're cute. After reading the reviews, I ordered a size 10 (I normally wear 8 or 8 1/2), and they fit perfectly.

Greatest place to shop! The service was outstanding - faster than I paid for even. The notes on the shoe helped me pick the right size first time. Several people had said to be sure and order a size to a size and a half larger than usual. I ordered one size up and it is perfect! I rated the look as a one only because these aren't exactly what you would call pretty, but great for aerobic dance classes.
