Great dance shoe!
This is a nice, well padded dance shoe and it's attractive as a street shoe as well. The only issue I had was finding the correct size. Capezio sizing is not consistent from style to style and even shoe to shoe and, although Zappos makes returns easy, finding the right size was a bit frustrating for my odd shoe size, 10.5 Wide.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: The Capezio Open-toe Footlight for a sexier look!

Runs smaller -
This shoe runs narrower than a regular street shoe. The length was okay. The heel seems to be taller than 2.5".

Capezio #828 Pro Footlight -
Best looking, best fitting stage shoe you can get off the shelf. I would highly recommend them to all serious Tapgirls; as I use them to promote my custom made dance taps. All those Rockettes couldn't be wrong!

Great on the job!
I am a cocktail server at a Las Vegas casino. The Capezios are very comfortable, and fit me true to size. I love their looks as well...and so do my customers! Very leg flattering! Remember the leather soles and heels are designed for tap and stage dance. For fashion or work use, plan to invest a few more dollars to protect the shoe bottoms. From rapid wear/damage a local shoe repair store can attach thin rubber soling with small metal heel and toe plates for around 15 to 20 dollars.

This is a very comfortable all-around dance shoe -- suitable for a variety of dance styles. Super comfortable. Fast. Attractive on the foot. Highly recommended!

Great for dancing-
I saw a play on Broadway 2 weeks ago and loved the shoes the women were dancing in. Since I am always looking for a comfortable dress shoe to wear out dancing after the show, I asked someone in the cast and they told me which ones to get, and these are them. They are so comfortable, no breaking in required. Highly recommended.

I ordered sandals a month ago and they got to me before I could blink!! I placed my second order to Zappos on Sat night (11pm) and got an email with the tracking # that said it will be here Tues - but I just checked and it will be on my doorstep when I get home today! I do alot of online shopping, and let me tell you - Zappos is the fastest place ever! I had to call you for a defect in the sandals and was very impressed with your solution and your customer service person - so polite/helpful and they were overnighted (plus $20 coupon) for my "inconvenience". Thank you and count 1 more satisfied (and returning) customer. I'm telling people about Zappos!! Your company and people are great!
