Absolutely AMAZING customer service. \\r\\n\\r\\nI bought 4 pairs of Nursemates -- in various styles -- for my wife as a gift. She liked 2 of my 4 choices, returning the other 2 for exchange. Both of us were very impressed with the speed, friendliness, and efficiency of the return and exchange process at Zappos. Delivery was lightning-fast as well.\\r\\n\\r\\nSince then my wife has gone on to place additional orders for dress shoes, casual shoes, etc. She is remains impressed with Zappos service and delivery!\\r\\n\\r\\nDefinitely a 5-Star experience!\\r\\n\\r\\n

I really like these shoes however I feel they are about 1/2" smaller, so order 1/2" larger size. I like the support they offer as I'm on my feet for the most part of the day.

I usually wear a 9.5 W and always need extra cushioning. As a teacher who’s constantly on the move, I had high hopes with these shoes. The Dove 9.5 W is true to size and width, but the style is not very comfortable at all. The heel is too low (felt like I was going to walk right out of them) and the part above the toe is too high.

Wish I got the shoes the positive reviews received -
I don't know how I got such a lousy pair of Nurse Mate Doves when most other reviews were positive, but my pair did nothing for my feet. I wore them around the house before wearing them at work (bartender). Carpeting creates an extra cushion so wearing them in the house gives no true indication of how they will be at work. After 4 & 7 hour shifts my feet were in agony. There is NO cushioning around the ball of the foot and no arch support. I have wasted money as I can't wear them again or return them. The toe box gives a lot of room and that is the only positive I can say. The insoles need more cushioning and support. Do not recommend especially if you have a high arch.

These are great work shoes!!! You can wear them right out of the box, & they stay extremely comfortable all day long - without getting sloppy! I think that I'm on my 5th pair!!! I've tried others, but these are my favorite!!

Comfortable Shoe for Work -
These shoes came the next day right before I had to go to work and stand on my feet for eight hours. At first, I thought they were too large so I used some arch supports with them. However, they made me feel as though I were walking out of them. Next, I tried gel soles, which were okay, but I really didn't want to have to wear them. Finally, I decided to just wear the shoes with thicker socks since I wear pants and it wouldn't really matter. Now they feel okay, although still a little large. They have helped somewhat with my knee and hip pain but not completely. Still, I would recommend them to anyone who has to stand on their feet all day.

These shoes are excellent if you want comfortable, LIGHT-weight shoes (a total turnabout compared with the weight of Dansko clogs!). The only downside of these shoes is that the arch support wears down relatively quickly (mine lasted about 8 months with frequent wear). They really aren’t the most attractive shoes, but they slide on and off and wipe down easily (great if you’re working with patients on contact isolation or if you get something on your shoe and need to clean them).

I ordered these shoes in my usual size 9; however, I found they ran a tad small. So, I returned them, via UPS - online printed, postage paid return label, no problem at all. Ordered half size larger, which I received the next day, prefect fit. I wore them 12 hours the following day and 11 hours the next day. Totally non-skid; great for the hospitalty industry. This was my first experience with Zappos AND will be ordering again.

Great shoes.
I bought these shoes for my mom who is a waitress and has a hard time finding a shoe with a non-slip sole. She loves them. They are comfortable and stylish.

I bought these for my 80 year old Grandmother. She's having a hip replacement in Jan and needed a slip on comfortable shoe in a wide width. She loves them and goes on and on about the comfort.

I have just bought my second pair of these shoes. I work 12 hr shifts as a nurse and I am on my feet probably 10 of the 12 hrs. These are the most comfortable shoes ever. I am going to buy another pair in brown to use outside of work. I highly recommend these shoes.

Died quickly -
This shoe did not last long. I am a restaurant worker and am on my feet all day. They were not very slip resistant, the bottom of soles started to peel and the cushy comfort died quickly.

I just started a new job that requires 8 hours of standing. My feet were killing me until I bought the Doves. The first day I noticed the difference - no more foot pain. I've been wearing them for about three weeks now and still no foot pain. I'd recommend them to anyone who stands all day.

Didn't require any break in period; I was able to wear them for a 12 hour shift the day I bought them. My last work shoe was the Easy Spirit AP1 (lasted for two years). The AP1 offered a little more support, but both are equally comfortable and the Nurse Mates are cuter.

Shoe is great!
I have slightly wide feet, but not enough to get the wide size. Other shoes always felt too narrow and these felt wonderfully! I'm not a nurse, but my feet get fatigued easily and I do some walking every day for my job. Thanks for having these shoes available on Zappos.com!

These are very comfortable. I have very wide feet with bad bunions and there are very few shoes I can wear. I tried these in the wide and really like them. I have not worn them for all day yet but so far they are working great.

I felt the white nurse mates were more comfortable than the black ones. I do like it overall. The shoes are much more comfortable with inserts.

Very comfy - Not the greatest fan of how they look, but they are definitely comfy. I am a sailor and we must wear non-skid shoes at all times. I am in this pair 6 hours a day, and my feet, my legs are never sore!

I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so.
