I placed an online order and it seemed like as soon as I turned around, the shoes I ordered for my son were here! It was amazing! I got an email that said that Zappos was going to send my order rush priority at no additional charge. I called my son to tell him about the email I got from you the day before and he just happened to be at my house. He laughed and said he was wearing them at that moment! WOW! How did you guys do it?!
